Hospitalité magnifique

La gentillesse du personnel et l’emplacement et un petit plus pour la douche à l’italienne et le petit déjeuner exceptionnel

Étant au rez-de-chaussée il y a eu pas mal de bruit cette nuit du coup on s’est réveillé souvent

Schönes, gepflegtes Hotel in der Nähe des Zentrums mit

Nur wenige Minuten zum Zentrum und zum Strand. Unser Zimmer mit Balkon auf der Rückseite war vollkommen ruhig. Alles war frisch renoviert, das Badezimmer prima ausgestattet. Nur 50 m entfernt befindet sich ein Supermarkt. Unseren Wagen konnten wir kostenlos im Hof parken, für die Fahrräder gibt es eine abschließbare Terrasse. Einige Personen des Personals sprechen u.a. deutsch.

Das Doppelbett war relativ schmal.

Gemütliches kleines Hotel, wenn man das richtige Zimmer erwischt.

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites und zuvorkommendes Personal. Gute Lage in Laufweite zum Ortskern, Supermarkt nebenan. Parkplätze vor dem Haus oder nahebei. Relativ ruhig gelegen, ein Bus fährt durch die Straße. Mückengitter. Gemütliches Zimmer, Dusche und Toilette waren separat abgetrennt.

Ich hatte ein Zimmer direkt über dem Eingang. Raucher trafen sich dort, Qualm stieg ins Zimmer. Die Tische unten waren glücklicherweise in der Zeit nicht besetzt. Man konnte von der Straße gut ins Zimmer gucken - aber da kann man ja eine Gardine vorziehen.

Nice stay

Rooms clean, comfy and good size. Location is less than 5min walking distance from the beach and from town center . Staff very friendly and helped with information regarding activities that can be done around the area. There is a grocery store and a laundromat next door, which was very convenient

Lovely little hotel with friendly staff close the center.

A nice little two-star hotel in an excellent location.

Reasonably priced. Well located in the centre of town, easy to park outside the hotel. Lovely host.

Heart welcoming staff, amazing location property!

The location is fantastic, a quick 10 minute walk into the city center and to the ocean. The lobby is so inviting and the room is super clean, efficient and quiet. What really makes this property special however is the Owner and her staff. She is super kind, informative and really treats you like you've just entered into her home. She explains every detail of the internet, the breakfast, the room and the services. She went above and beyond to assist me with some services that I requested and did it with so much class. I would highly recommend this property for a solo traveler or a couple.

Lovely little hotel close to the beach and centre of Saintes-Maries de la Mer. Great buffet breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious enough for three people and quiet. We would happily stay here again.

Rooms were very noisy, you could basically hear any noise from other rooms. On bed linen and towels were hair from cleaning personnel. Room Standards & Service didn’t justify a price of 100€ per night (even at high session).

The beds were OK

We were not near our fellow traveler. We were in a room designed for disabled travelers so had a weird and basic bathroom. Breakfast was very basic. Woman at the check in was not very friendly.

Superb

Staff we’re amazingly friendly and lots of information what is happening in the town. Rooms were comfy and clean and a great location. My father cannot walk to far and it was easy for him to reach the centre.

Good location and great staff but thin doors

The location is perfect for walking to the town center and to the beach. The room was clean and our terrace (on the ground floor) was very big and useful. The staff was really nice and always helpful. The breakfast was good (maybe a little overpriced). The bed was very comfortable. Overall a rather pleasant stay.

Unfortunately the door to the room was a bit thin and we could hear all the noises in the hallway. Being also very close to the entrance of the hotel we could hear all the other guests returning at night and the cleaning lady starting her day, which might be a problem if you are a light sleeper. I guess this could be “easily” fixed by changing the doors with thicker ones (at least the ones close to the entrance).

Lovely family hosted hotel

Lovely family hotel a few minutes walk from Ste-Marie-de-La-Mer downtown and from the beach. The welcome provided by the staff was just great, they event took me to the room and explained me everything. The room was very comfortable, quiet and silent, with air conditioning. The bathroom was perfectly clean. It was very easy to find a parking slot in the immediate surroundings of the hotel.
