Only location

Bath towel not clean, the house keeping didn’t clean the apartment properly ,parking cost 20 euro per day for hotel guest. Since the hotel at center there is a nightlife which is make a lot of noise we couldn’t sleep even after 1 am

Location and parking, they were excellent.

There was a lot of maintenance work going on, however this may have been because it was out of season. Also water didn’t work in one of the bathrooms on arrival as the mains tap had been turned off. Facilities in general need updating.

lovely location but dated apartments, they need to update it all from the 90’s to today

great location

working on a lift right outside the property, was t happy , every day banging and drilling , basic accommodation, looking a bit dated with no soul .tv is bigger in my car , definitely needs updating as it’s a great position. no tea and coffee facilities,( u can buy stuff from their shop. there’s no kettle it’s all a bit like butlins upscaled

Very good location with easy access to the marina, restaurants, shops and beach

The suite is large an well located.

The bathrooms and kitchen are aged and in urgent need of upgrading. The kitchen is poorly equipped.

The location was great, the staff was very friendly and professional. The hotel itself is outdated.

The location couldn't be better, right in the center. The car park wasn't great and costs 20 Euro/ day. The gym is not available for hotel guests, which was a surprise! You rent the gym on an hourly or daily basis!

Good location - poor, old and uncomfortable facilities

The hotel is very dated mainly the rooms are basic standards the beds and other furniture is very old. The bathrooms are very old also, you have limited supply of water per room and are advice to have short showers and no baths or hot water runs out. The hair dryer is very old in the entrance toilet not in the main shower room fixed to wall. The bathroom and apartment has no hand soap, tissues nothing like that only one universal basic tube of soap for everything. The kitchen is very old appliances, if you want it cleaned daily it’s a €30 fee. The air in the room is not clean as in the nights when it’s colder you may want to put heating on but it’s dry and no humidity makes you feel unwell. As there’s restaurants in front of the hotel if you have the nice big balcony doors open you get the smell of burning which makes all your room and clothes smell of as if you have been in a fire. It’s very loud most evenings due to passing crowds. The breakfast is standard basic, there’s a language barrier with most staff who work there but they are kind. To go to some of the rooms you have to go via the car park or the side entrances not a huge issue but good to be aware. The cleaners are not good at all, we had dirt in the room before we got there including tissue on the floor behind door which was there the whole time we was and cleaners came daily and didn’t see it.

Close proximity to the town

So much noise, the building is old and you can hear every movement of everyone around during the night, shouting and banging happens through the night until 5am and no one at the hotel will take any responsibility when you want to cancel a night due to using booking.com The apartment was big but felt like it was missing something, it had two bathrooms and two single beds but needed an extra spare pillow and just a general update, everything felt really old and outdated Breakfast was paid for at the café at an additional charge to the room, was €10 each, a selection of foods given but not much hot food.

the guy at reception was really rude, not helpful at all and spoiled the mood for the whole holiday
