Pas acceptable pour un hôtel

Chambres pleines de moustiques la climatisation de marche pas bien et la température n’est pas réglable dans les chambres. Je me suis fait réveillé à 2h du matin et la réception te rétorque d’autres personnes ont signalé le même problème mais on n’a pas de solutions. Le lendemain un autre réceptionniste qui paraissait plus professionnel a essayé au moins de proposer un ventilateur . L’hôtel est en face de la gare mais pas accessible avec une voiture . Si vous avez des valises vous êtes morts il vous faudra descendre de l’autre côté monter le pont pour ensuite marcher 500 m pour rejoindre l’hôtel

De locatie is top. Dichtbij het station en vlak aan het oud centrum. Vlak naast Mo.Co waar je geweldig kan vertoeven in de tuin ná een museumbezoek. Het lawaai van de treinen en trams valt best goed mee

Perfect location for Montpellier

The location was fantastic. Right in the heart of the old city, with a tram stop in front of the hotel and main train station directly across the road. The double glazed windows kept all the noise out but we could have fresh air in the room if we wanted it. Everything we wanted to see and do was within close walking distance which made the stay so lovely. Beware the brasserie across the road from the hotel ( they will overcharge and yell at you if you protest€17 for 3 coffees and pastries!!) Everything was clean and neat and if I had to say anything the room sizes were a little cosy. However the beds were generous and extremely comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. The staff were very helpful

The rooms were updated, clean and comfortable

The heating/ cooling was not working and the rooms were sweltering hot. We had to open the window but then the noise from the constant trains, mopeds and cars kept us awake most of the night One staff members was helpful in booking us a restaurant and taxi One just pointed to where the water was and would not speak The ad was misleading when it said parking across the street - it was much farther than that. Simple instructions on how to get to the hotel from the parking lot would be appreciated by weary travellers. Staff could be a lot more specific with their helpfulness

Précaution (sécurité de l'installation dans le couloir)

Bonne ambiance, super accueil du personnel. Très bon petit-déjeuner. Très propre. En dehors des commentaires plus bas, c'était un super séjour car l'accompagnement du personnel dans tout son ensemble était excellent, professionnel et chaleureux.

Attention au coin d'un muret, juste avant la descente du petit escalier de la chambre 325 : il est tranchant et pile à hauteur d'oeil d'une personne d'1 mètre 80 ... Un peu plus accessoire : la fenêtre de la chambre 325 (plafonnier) n'a pas de rideau !!!! Et la salle de bain n'a pas de système de chauffage, un peu archaïque...

Hôtel idéalement placé pour une visite de Montpellier.

Emplacement idéal. Personnel aux petits soins. La chambre était spacieuse et calme. Petit déjeuner copieux mais un peu cher.

Bouilloire à disposition avec du café hyophilisé, j aurais apprécier tant qu'à proposer une boisson, avoir un ou deux sachets de thé ou tisane

Beware of room you are allocated !

Excellent location , clean

Room was very small , with bed under a beam a foot from your head . Which unfortunately meant I banged my head in the middle of the night . There was a sky light with no blind so the room was full of light at dawn

A perfect stay.

Great little hotel right in front of railway station. Very confortable large bed, clean room and bathroom and friendly staff. Breakfast is generous and very good.

Great choice at a fair value

It was easily accessible and value for money. The hotel wasn’t too fancy, but the room was exceptional. Our bed was small, although the room was recently renovated, squeaky clean and really bright. All employees we interacted with were polite, helpful and smiley. Extra bonus the discount they gave us for our parked car in the city parking next to the train station.

very convenient location close to the railway station. close to shops, restaurants and sites. staff were exceptional, friendly and nothing too much trouble. room comfortable and very clean. will definitely book again. it’s quite a busy area but with the windows shut you can barely hear anything outside.

Pleasant

Opposite the St. Roch station, where the 4 tram lines meet and at walking distance from downtown and the main attractions. Comfortable bed and pillows. I especially liked the bathroom, the tiles and the big mirror beside the sink. Complimentary tray and coffee machine in the closet. Breakfast was just fine for me.

I was assigned a very small double room where the only big thing is the king size bed. The “desk” is a joke: just a floating bar not wider than 20 cm in the widest end, most of it being taken by the power sockets. Only a small coffee table if you’d like to place a laptop. No luggage rack and no place to put a big suitcase on. The “city views” offered in my reservation is a small indoor patio with no views at all.

The gentleman work the front desk when we arrived was super nice and accommodating since we had a late check in.

I was happy that the room was bigger than most hotels in Montpellier and they were able to accommodate all 4 of us in one room.

Short but sweet stay in Montpellier

Very close to the train station and main sites. Staff were friendly and breakfast was very good. Very clean and modern. Beds were comfortable.

The bulkhead above the bed got us a few times when we forgot it was there - a bit too low. Would have been nice to have a small refrigerator.
