Bu fiyat biraz fazla

Bahçede vakit geçirebileceğiniz bir ortam var. Güneşe yağmura karşı şemsiye de vardı. Çalışanlar güleryüzlüydü. Klima yeterliydi. Yatak konforluydu. İsterseniz temiz havlu veriyorlar. Duş malzemeleri vardı. Çamaşırlarınızı asabileceğiniz bir çamaşırlık vardı. Tesise mesaj attığınızda kısa sürede dönüş yapıyorlar.Konumu denize yürüme ile 10 dk mesafede idi.

Eğer arabanız yoksa burayı bavullarla çıkmak (gün içinde dışarı çıkıp gelmeniz de dahil) çok zor. Tesisin olduğu yol çok yokuş ve merdivenli.Merkeze 10-15 dk mesafede. Odanızın ana kapısında bi sineklik olmadığı için odayı havalandırmak çok zordu. Eğer sivrisineklerden veya böceklerden rahatsız oluyorsanız, odanız çok fazla havasız kalacak. Biz sinek girmesin diye çok fazla kapıyı açmamamıza rağmen içersi full lağım sineğiyle doluydu. Tuvalet giderinde sıkıntı vardı, tuvalet genel olarak kötü kokuyodu, sifona bassanız bile bir süre sonr idrar geri geliyordu. Ev ilk geldiğimizde temizdi ama 1 hafta konaklama süremizde kimse oda temizliğine gelmedi ve odada kendimiz temizlememiz içinde malzemeler yoktu. Bu yüzden günden güne oda gerçekten pislendi. Odada bulaşık makinesi olmadığı için bütün bulaşıklarınızı elinizde yıkıyorsunuz ve açıkçası kimse tatilde bulaşık yıkayıp temizlikle uğraşmak istemez. Onun dışında ev ağaçlık alanın içinde olduğu için doğal olarak evin dış cephesi ve oturma yerinde çok fazla böcek vardı. Açıklamada çamaşırhane yazmasına rağmen sadece istek üzerine yıkandı. Su vs temin etmiyorlar, sadece girdiğimizde bir şişe vardı. Temel ihtiyaç olan suyu kendiniz temin etmeniz gerekiyor. Saç kremi ve şampuan vardı ama duş jeli yoktu. Odanın belli yerlerinde büyük örümcek ağları vardı

Kotor est une ville exquise ainsi que ses alentours pour un mini séjour inoubliable au Montenegro.

Accueil bienveillant, Mihaela est une hôtesse avenante et disponible... Appartement pratique, fonctionnel, agréable aussi bien pour un wk comme nous l'avons fait ou un séjour plus long Bonne situation géographique 25mn à pieds de la gare routière de Kotor pour les personnes non véhiculées / 10 à 15mn à pieds de la vieille ville et des commerces Nous recommandons sincèrement cet hébergement et si l'occasion se représente de revenir au Montenegro nous n'hésiterons pas à réserver de nouveau ce logement.

Bardzo udany

Bardzo czysto, apartament posiadał Wszystko odnośnie wyposażenia. Miła właścicielka, pomocna pod każdym względem, ładne widoki.

Lokalizacja dla osób lubiących wspinaczkę. Położony dość stromo gdzie krótki spacer do promenady jest 15 min wyprawą. Pod względem lokalizacji, względem innych ofert uważam, że powinno być taniej

Perfecta estancia en Kotor

Habitación amplia con cocina y todo lo necesario para la estancia. Cama muy cómoda. Baño así como el resto, muy limpio. Cuenta con parking para el coche, muy práctico. Destacar la amabilidad de la dueña.

Tal vez unas cortinas en la ventana irían bien para poder abrir las ventanas, tener luminosidad e intimidad.

We loved our stay here! The apartment was clean, spacious and just a short walk from the old town. There is a small patio with an umbrella and the room was fresh & cool even though it was so hot outside. The hosts were very friendly and even helped us organize our airport transport. One our of favorites stops in Montenegro!

Clean , near to center , sea side and shopping mall

We loved everything , home is very clean and every part of goods very clean and enough. Ivana who is welcome us really kindly and friendly .. she helped us for everything. I would like to thank u her in here :) if we came to Kotor again we will be stay in this place 😍🥰 thank you..

Friendly hosts and nice garden, but it is more suitable for city exploration than for a beach stay

Each room is connected to a patio, where you can relax, that was awesome. It is just few minutes walking to the center and to the beach. The kitchen is tiny but well equipped, the bathroom was new and clean. The owners are very nice. The last day, when we had to go to the airport, the landlord drove us for much more reasonable price than a taxi.

There was no wardrobe to store clothes at, so we had to keep them in our luggage all the time. The AC worked well, but because there are no windows and only glass doors, you have to ventilate a lot so the room is fresh. Also even though it is close to the beach, this closest beach is always full and dirty.

so close every where and so clean and relaxing place

the apartment is so close to City center, shopping center, market, seaside, terminal and old town. room is so clean and relax for couples The woman and doughter is so kind and helpfull We used whatever we need for exp. iron and fire for candle you can make shopping from voli market and cook in kitchen

Our room was tidy and comfortable enough, and the host was very welcoming and kind! The walk into the old city was around 10 minutes only, and the free private parking was very helpful.

The cooking area can do with an extractor hood when using the stove top. I think it could do with incense sticks, or similar, to help with the plumbing smells.

Attention - entry and parking in your car is not for weak drivers

Spacious bright rooms, well equipped kitchen. Even the knives are well sharpened (I almost never saw this in the apartments). Comfortable bedroom, , good quality linens. Very easy walk to the center of Kotor (10 min)

We totally recommend :)

Everything was perfect. We stayed 2 nights. Walking distance to the center, shops and beach. Free parking in front of the building. The apartament was big, clean, the kitchen was well equipped, quite neighborhoood at night, wifi connection was very good. The owner was very nice and friendly :) The Kotor is a must see in Montenegro and the place is perfect for the stay.

Clean apartment with nice garden smell and good view

It was super clean, balcony view is good and the smell of the plant in the garden is amazing. It is 10 mins walking distance to the old town.

The only thing i can say the apartment is on the hill, so you need to walk through the hill or another choice is using the stairs ( stairs are much more easier way and makes shorter your way significantly ). Actually this is not a problem for us but only for information take note that it can be very hard if you are walking to the home with luggages, i suggest to take a taxi. ( especially if you arrive Kotor by bus you may plan to walk with luggages because it is short distance to the bus station but prefer taxi )

Pleasant stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was great- location, cleanliness, private parking, wifi. The apartment was very well furnished and spacious. Owners are super kind people. If we are ever back in Kotor, we would definitely stay here again :)

A wonderful apartment even for a longer stay! It is very comfortable and has absolutely everything you may need, from washing machine to a vast variety of kitchen utensils. The apartment itself looks very nice, and the balcony view is great. Wi-Fi is probably the best one I’ve encountered in rented apartments in this region before, so if you work remotely like me, this place is good for you. And the owners are so amazing! Very friendly, very helpful, always ready to assist you with everything. Thanks a lot, it was a great experience!

In order to reach the apartment from the main street you have to walk uphill a little bit, so just be ready for that. It wasn’t as physically requiring, but it can be tiring at midday on hot days, so keep that in mind.

Amazing view!

I like that we had a small kitchen (but please be aware of ants, don't let anything on the table) and we could make our food, a small fridge and the balcony was amazing! The location is like 4-5 minutes far from the beach, you have also Ribarnica take away restaurant very close and you can eat from there as well. For two weeks vacation, it's a perfect staying.

Calm and picturesque

The apartment is a part of a larger villa facing the Kotor Bay, so you can enjoy the look on the water and the hills on the opposite side of it. The place is located in a quiet rustic-like district, about a 10 minutes walk from the Old town or 5-minutes' descend to the nearest seaside restaurants and picturesque way to Dobrota along the sea. Mihaela was just great and helpful in any way, so we really enjoyed staying here.
