Nahezu perfekt

Die Lage war 1A. Die Gastgeberin hat uns wundervolle Tipps für naheliegende Strände gegeben. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war reichlich.

Man konnte leider nicht in der Straße der Unterkunft parken, weil diese zur Fußgängerzone in der Nacht wurde. Da musste man dann leider etwa 7-8 Minuten zu Fuß gehen um den anderen Parkplatz zu erreichen.

Hôtel super. L’accueil est très agréable . Simonea est une personne très dévouée pour ses clients. Elle est à votre écoute. Le petit plus, proximité du centre ville. Nous vous recommandons fortement cet hôtel. Philippe et Andrée. Pays France.

Das Hotel ist sehr schon eingerichtet und alles ist in einem Top Zustand und sehr sauber. Zudem war die Besitzerin sehr nett und zuvorkommend!

Perfect!

The hotel is very nice and well maintained. Room is always cleaned and the bed is comfortable. Near to restaurants and everything. Simius beach is also accessible by walking some 20-30 Minutes. The elegant host, Ms. Simone is also wonderful. She helped us with everything. We felt taken care of.

Great stay in a lovely, friendly and central hotel.

Hotel Belvir is a little gem of a hotel in Villasimius. Super central, sparkling clean and with a wonderful friendly host Simona. We had a big double room with a balcony and a generous bathroom. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options, and the outdoor patio was charming with nice plants and plenty of seating. We thought the hotel was really lovely and would absolutely recommend it. It was also great value for money.

No improvements, everything was just perfect.

Toll, toll,toll!

Ein mega tolles kleines Hotel mit einer sehr herzlichen und wunderbaren Chefin Simona. Wir bekamen bei unserer Anreise ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und ruhig und mit neuwertigen Möbeln ausgestattet. Der kleine Innenhof ist wirklich traumhaft. Das Frühstück bot eine große Auswahl an verschiedensten Produkten. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Splendido Weekend in Costa Rei

Delizioso boutique hotel nel corso principale di Villasiminius , camera arredata in maniera semplice , con tutti i confort , aree comuni ben curate con tante belle piante e fiori, Colazione varia , abbondante ,con prodotti di qualita' ,Simona, la signora che gestisce la struttura è prodiga di consigli , gentile nei modi , accoglie gli ospiti sempre con il sorriso .

Fabulous staff make this very comfortable place a joy to stay at.

Simona was so very helpful, always ready to help with information in order that our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. Valentina and her lovely smile at breakfast always made our day. Would absolutely recommend staying at this comfortable and well appointed hotel and the staff make it all the better.

An absolute gem

The hotel is beautifully laid out around an open courtyard where breakfast is served. The perfect way to start the day! The beds were really comfortable and we had access to a rooftop terrace. Simona, the host couldn't have been more helpful or friendly!. Her advice on what to see and do each day was like having a personal tour guide - she got everything right for us!

The host was very nice and the view from the front terrace is good. Great area in city center close to shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment. The and coffee in the room.

The bed is too hard, the pillows too flat, bad and hard, the room is small with lack of good interior design (bad closet, few hangers and no creaks. No shelfes in the badroom to put your toilet articles. The curtains are full of holes.

Everything but most of all the staff. They were very helpful and superb. They supported us in all of our needs. Will definitely return. Also the breakfast and coffee was equisite

Simona is truly lovely.

Simona, the hotel representative, was absolutely lovely! She did everything she could to fix the atrocious problem with the WiFi connectivity but it was irreparable.

I booked a room with a double bed but got twins. The room was very small and there were stains on the curtains. There was no hot water in the morning so I had to leave without taking a shower. The WiFi was a huge issue. I work remotely and couldn’t not get any connection for most of my stay and when they attempted to fix it, it was very weak and could not support what I needed.

An amazing stay!

1st off the director of the hotel, Simona, was fanatic, extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was most impressive for a 3 star hotel, it was more really like a 4 star breakfast. There plenty of options to choose from. What's also very nice is the outside courtyard, where you can sit and relax anytime of the day. The location is fantastic because you're a 10min drive to the beach, and you're right in the heart of town, with so many places to eat and shop right outside your door. There is also convenient free parking just a 5 minute walk away!

Nice hotel but no parking

Common area & room were nice. The breakfast was good and the room was very clean. Location is great.

There is no parking at this hotel despite that we searched for that amenity when booking. Parking is in a supermarket parking lot 400m away. The shower floor is flush with the regular floor of the bathroom so the shower sprays everywhere which soaks the entire floor. The staff could be more mindful of their voices in the morning for the rooms that are located on the ground floor.

Easy access to Villasimius city centre and its local beaches

Simona is a super professional host who manages the facility like it's her own house. The facility is located in an area very close to amenities and a few beaches (both walking and cycling distance). Highly recommended! Grazie Simona.

The proximity between my room and the communal garden brings a bit of general noise.

Excellent value for money, great location, wonderful host.

The property was clean, comfortable and well appointed with a lovely shower and comfy beds. The hotel was central, close to many restaurants, shops & bars. The best thing about it overall was Simona, our host, who went out of her way to make us feel welcome.

The rooms could do with some colour - perhaps some art on the walls or images of the beaches nearby, which are world-class.

Amazing night in Villasimius

Very spacious room. One of the largest we've had during our stay. Very friendly staff, the lady that received us in the Hotel was incredibly nice. The breakfast is very good with many options and fresh fruit. Be careful because they do market nights and you cannot even go with car to the center, so you might need to park the car near the supermarket CONAD. A very nice walk to the markets during the night due to it's central location. Very good shower.

The shower deserved a better cover than a shower curtain. The curtain is not enough to keep the water from overflowing.

Superb

A great base for our time in Villasimius to explore the beaches, get out and about or stroll around the town. Breakfasts were delicious and relaxed. Simone was loverly and great fun to chat with and made us feel very welcome.

Lovely hotel for beach holidays

Wonderful staff. Nice balcony with nice views (see photos). Lovely room with bathroom. It is small but don't need much for holidays. Lovely restaurants near by. Free water throughout the day from machine tap.

Everything was ok for our stay.
