Just beautiful and homely the owners are so accommodating

All excellent, and we often use this Motel when in the vacinity
The TV came on at 3.20am and woke us. We did not set it and presume a previous guest did this. The same thing happened in March when I stayed in the exact same Unit, but I didn't say anything as I left early that morning.
When we spoke to the owner the following morning this time, he said he would sort the problem.

Cute cottage clean and freshly painted. We had the whole cottage for a modest price - great value. Good location only a short drive from town.

Everything was great, so friendly, exceptional clean, fantastic value

The little 'house' we occupied was perfectly clean, with everything we needed for our one night stay, however it would be just as great for longer stays. The whole property was cute, with the separate rooms/houses available, everything was neat and tidy including the gardens. There was extra space for parking our large trailer which was is rare. I'd happily stay again.
Nothing, everything was great.

Great staff and very clean. Easy location for stop of whilst traveling to Bluff.
Road noise and dates decode. (mattress needed replacing really)

On arrival we were greeted and given a selection of ideas and recommendations for places to visit and things to do. The cottage given was no 6, this is a basic no frills cottage that was clean, the bed was comfy with fresh linen. Kitchen and bathroom facilities were functional but dated. Parking was directly outside the door. Fridge and freezers were good size for a few days staying there. Wifi worked well.
Host available and chatty on departure. Recycling facilities /bin available on request.
Noise from the main road wasn't great and could be heard through the night.
No oven in the kitchen, but a microwave provided, which was rusty inside.

I enjoyed every part of my stay here very clean and the house keeper she does great work cleaning our 2 bedroom cottage. It was warm and cozy. And was great for our toddler and baby. Very great location in the country a few mins from oamaru. Staff were very welcoming and beds were bery comfortable.
I didn't like that the TV would only go for certain channels on the dish box as signal was weak. And wifi signal was weak in the cottage

Comfy, clean, quiet, warm, friendly staff, good parking. Our second stay here, never disappointed.
Not so much a dislike, but more of an underconsideration. The jug was provided, but won't fit under the sink tap. Had to fill it from the shower... lol. No biggie.
