Enjoyable but very hot

The location which was in the old town city center, the host was very welcoming, he left us water, fruits, coffee. We had all the necessary amenities. The street was very quiet after 11 pm even though the villa is located in the city center. The architecture of the house is amazing.

The house has 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 more at the first floor. The problem was with the bathrooms, on the ground floor, one of the bathrooms is too small to be used by a couple/2 persons, there is another toilet on the hallway, outside of the rooms. In order to reach the upper floor, you need to climb a very narrow stairway (if you have big luggage like we did, it’s a stretch to climb); on the upper floor one bedroom has 2 single beds (appropriate for children rather than for adults). In order to reach the terace you need to go via this bedroom. The bathroom on the upper floor needs to be shared by the guests staying on that floor (there is a toilet on the terace but it’s difficult to be used - you need to climb additional stairs via the 2 single beds room). We also had a problem with the extreme heat, there is AC only in the bedrooms so the rest of the villa was hot and we couldn’t spend time in neither of the common rooms/hallway/terrace - the host brought us an electric fan but it didn’t help much.

The host was amaing and provided us with everything that we could have needed. The location is right in the centre of the old town, lovely atmosphere and vibes. the beach is only a short walk away.

Absolutely perfect! Great for family groups.

I could not fault anything. Location fabulous. House was beautiful. Loved the terrace for morning coffee. Host was very accommodating and helped with all our question. We enjoyed it so much we have booked for next year!

5 star stay 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Joseph met us at the property and kindly assisted with an early entry in which was much appreciated. He also accommodated a very late departure. Nothing was too much trouble for him and his team. Stunning interior of a beautiful historic building. He’d provided water, fruit, coffee for the entirety of our trip. He’s a wonderful host and genuine lovely guy. Would highly recommend a stay there. It’s just beautiful. Congratulations Joseph x

The only tiny thing is I would have loved a choice of a softer pillow but that’s just personal to me!

Wonderful, picturesque house and location. Very relaxing stay in a beautiful house I’m the heart of Marbella old town.

Beautiful house and location. When we arrived it smelt and looked lovely, fresh and clean. The rooms and furnishings were wonderful. A lovely sunny terrace with the sun from first thing in the morning which you need in November. The house was surprisingly quiet considering it’s location so near to orange square. We all got a good nights sleep. Joe met us on time upon arrival as arranged even though we were an hour late, easy check in and check out. Clean sheets and Towels and a 5 hour clean mid week so all was kept looking great.

Exquisite stay in Marbella Old Town!

An absolutely exquisite townhouse ideal for a groups of friends or a large family. It is in the best location of Marbella with everything a stones throw like the famous Orange Square full of restaurants, shops and the beach is 10mins walk. The host/owner Joseph is amazing. He met with us and helped us with our luggage as he could see we had kids. Was super accommodating and very charming. There was more to the House than the photos showed. There is walk in wardrobe and the two bedrooms downstairs have their own lobby area!

If you are renting a car you can’t park it outside as the Townhouse is right in the middle of the cobbled streets of Old Town Marbella. But if you are staying there, you really don’t need a car you can walk it everywhere.

Superb

Location and house were brilliant. Enjoying the sun on the roof terrace was special. Lots of little extras provided massive fruit bowl water cooler wines and beer.

Weather was a bit chilly on the first few days. Can fault little else!

5 star luxury

Amazing property decorated to a very high standard, in the centre of old town Marbella. Beds super comfortable, the rooftop garden has stunning views , Joseph the host could not of been more helpful , recommending some lovely restaurant and bars . The whole experience was absolutely perfect making a memorable weekend.

Stylish traditional townhouse in great location

This is a beautifully restored townhouse in a great location just off Plaza de los Naranjas in Marbella Old Town with a real wow factor. It has an airy and spacious feel to it and felt like staying in our own five star luxury boutique hotel. Fixtures and fittings are good quality and stylish but still comfortable. We loved having breakfast and relaxing in the sun up on the roof terrace. The house has four bedrooms - two double en-suite on the first floor (the house is reached by a flight of steps from the street - there being a shop underneath) and another double on the second floor which shares a bathroom with a room with two singles. Note that access to the roof terrace is through the room with the two singles and the door to the roof didn't lock so maybe not ideal for unsupervised children? Also note that the upstairs is reached by a beautiful but steep spiral staircase which those with reduced mobility (or large heavy bags) might find a challenge. The kitchen has limited workspace so good for breakfast, light meals but anyway - who would want to be cooking an elaborate dinner with so many good restaurants so close by. The beach and downtown shops are a few easy minutes walk as are supermarkets. Car parking in Marbella can be expensive - best to go for a weeks ticket rather than pay by the day - we used Indigo Avenida del Mar - 3 minutes walk. Joe was a great host - very responsive and helpful. We would definitely consider staying here again - thanks Joe for a fab stay in your beautiful house!

Superb

We loved absolutely everything , from the marble floors to the long silk drapes, morning coffee on the roof terrace , watching the sun rise over the little old church , in orange square ! The apartment is just a perfect little gem tucked away in the gorgeous streets around orange square. Apartment fully equipped with everything you need , even laying up for a birthday breakfast, beautiful cake stand and ice bucket ! Amazing , everything absolutely amazing , never imagined it was going to be this grand ! Thank you Joe , fantastic point of contact for anything we needed !

Perfect escape in old town Marbella.

It was just a beautiful place, the decor, pictures, rooms, kitchen everything. We particularly liked the roof terrace as it was a great space overlooking the church tower for late nights drinks. The central location in the old town was also incredible, right in the middle of shops and bars but not at all noisy.

I did get a couple of mosquito bites and the living room could get a little warm but it was a minor issue. Tight spiral staircase to second floor would challenge some.

Amazing hidden gem in old town Marbella

Absolutely stunning, spacious well laid out townhouse in a perfect location in Marbella Walking distance to everything, bars restaurants , shops ! Quiet bedrooms , gorgeous terrace to enjoy a glass of wine ! There is everything you need to enjoy a holiday ! Owners are so professional and lovely We will definitely book again !

Mini museum stay in Old Marbella

Fabulous beds. Perfect location. Furnished to a high almost stately home standard

A few kitchen items would've helped...scissors, veggie peeler and several of the sinks and bath tubs did not have plugs. My eldest lost her pot of make up down one and we had some fun removing it. Some rugs/throws would've made it a bit cosier.

Superior Town House in the middle of Marbella's Old Town

This is a fantastic town house or mansion in the middle of the old town in Marbella. There is no traffic in this area. You have to walk 200 meters from the main street or the parking garage. But that was no problem at all. The house is bigger and better than the pictures. Joe (the host) is very helpful and friendly. The house is very well furnished and decorated. We felt like Barons when we stayed here. The silent bedrooms - there is absolutly no noice from the walking streets surrounding it. We liked the beds, which where super comfortable. We enjoyed the terrace with a view over the rooftops and the church that is nicely lit up when it is dark. The house is good starting point if you play golf. There are many courses to choose from, just 15-30 minutes drive from the garage.

Almost everything was perfect. Maybe there should be more glasses for drinking - but that was just a minor problem.

Fantastic, will definately recommend to friends, and will return ourselves. Joe was very accommodatn

Loved the location, bedrooms were excellent. Lounge/dining room was a great place to sit for breakfast, and in the evening. Roof terrace was a great place for the weather, and to chill.

Showers were only average, spiral staircase not great for my 2 80 year old inlaws, it would have been nice to have an English speaking tv channel.
