Fantasztikus hely. Elegáns, új, tiszta, egyszerűen tökéletes. Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés. Közel az óváros és a tenger.

We didn't have the breakfast but the location was excellent with stunning views across the bay form the terrace. The staff we so helpful in organising a last minute stay, booking taxis and so on. They could not have done more.
The only challenge we had was locating the main entrance as we arrived late at night

The two young ladies working at the reception desk were incredibly pleasant. The hotel has a small but nice roof-top terrace - ideal for catching sunset and sunrise. Wifi was good, rooms were very clean. Eclectic decor.
Breakfast is expensive at E15 per person if you don't prepay. Breakfast is cold meats, eggs, fruit, cereal, and pastries. Limited options if you're vegetarian/vegan. Be careful of asking the hotel to arrange transport to and from the airport - it's very expensive if you do! It also seems that you get different prices depending on which staff member takes the booking. We booked with Ana, the manager, and it was E95 for two people each way to/from the airport. A fellow traveler booked with one of the ladies at the front desk and only paid E50 for two people. She failed to respond when we asked the manager about the price differential. The car that picked us up told us they were an Uber, and they would have charged us E40 rather than E95. So be aware that you can get transport much cheaper by organizing it yourself. The bus, incidentally, is E7 each way to/from the airport!

After a stressful mishap at the airport regarding my luggage, I had to stay an extra night in split and chose Galeria Valeria for my unplanned extra night’s stay.
I am so glad I chose this hotel, I had such a wonderful stay and the reception staff, especially Lucy, were SO helpful and kind to me. This was so appreciated as I stayed behind from my group and was in Split, alone for a couple days. Lucy recommended where to go to replace my lost toiletries, contacts, and clothing, and she was funny and fun to talk to which made my situation feel lighter.
The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean, I only wish that toiletries such as a toothbrush and face wash were provided (only noticed because I had no luggage whatsoever with me)
The location is prime, steps away from Fife restaurant and the port, while still being tucked around the corner away from the main, busy street.
I absolutely recommend staying at Galeria Valeria for your stay in Split, Croatia!

Location was perfect. Close enough to walk to everything and just far enough away from the bustling crowds of tourists.

The hotel is in the great location. Staff were friendly and helpful on arrival
The hotel was just a bit meh. It wasn't anything special.
It was a bit annoying we had to pay cash for the room on arrival.

Room was a little small but only 1 night.

The heating in the room did not work.. We slept one night extremely cold as no one is available after 9 pm.. The second day when checked, the staff agreed that it wasn't working and offered rooms which were sub par as it was smelling.. They then told booking.com that they actually offered us a upgrade which was not the case.. Extremely disappointed with the whole experience

Central location, modern facilities with a lift for higher floors. Staff were friendly & helpful. Close to marina for boat embarkation.
Having to pay cash, drain smell in bathroom.

No breakfast. No food. Rooms spread on different locations in the building, hard to find your way around. Only staff in the "reception" (a small table) 8-17. TV didn't work. They probably only have one room with a view of the sea, so don't expect a sea view. Also, they don't accept credit cards, you have to pay your stay in cash. I paid with cash, but didn't get a receipt. Yet, when you make a reservation they demand that you register a credit card. I would not stay here again.

Climbing steps going up but that is the story of Dubrovnik!

the location is perfect!
The hotel is run down, marks all over the walls, lacks all the details a hotel should have. The area for breakfast is so small, not enough space for all the guests. The hotel wanted to pay in cash when we arrived.

location is absolutely perfect : next to the center and to the forest and walking trails and still absolutely quiet at night, one can sleep easy with the open window! also very helpful when I needed a train ticket to be printed
185 is quite expensive for a single traveller, I think 130 would have been a good deal for both

Good location in Split. Really comfy bed, great bathroom and nice touch to have dressing gowns available. Spacious room with a lovely roof terrace to view the city from. Really appreciated being able to use beach towels free of charge.
Had a few issues which was disappointing as we had chosen a nice hotel for the last stay of our trip which was quite expensive. Staff were not particularly helpful, telling us you couldn't get a bus to the airport, only a taxi for 400kn (we found the shuttle bus, for 50kn only). Our room wasn't cleaned on one of our days, which was disappointing. Asked for new towels and they didn't apologise for this or seem to care. Air con didn't work on first night, we had to get new batteries from downstairs. Would've expected this to be better given the price compared to other accommodations in Split.

Good location. beautiful room. good bathroom.
Rude receptionist. No clear indication how to get to the hotel. The attitude of the staff was "We don't care" perhaps they are too busy to give attention to the guests.
