The view and the pool.
No buffet breakfast.

The staff were wonderful, very friendly and accommodating. We like that the entrance to the Premier Suite was quite private, and the location of the suite was ideal, as we didn’t have to walk too far to get to the pool, nor to the elevator that takes you to other amenities around the resort. Waking up to the view of the sea, with the sounds of the waves crashing and the birds chirping was something we looked forward to. In addition, being able to book a massage in-room was very convenient and enjoyable
As a heads-up, we got the Premier Suite because the description on Booking.com said it boasts “a private hot tub overlooking the sea,” but it didn’t actually have a hot tub. Additionally, sometimes, there’s a foul odour that finds its way into the suite and other parts of the resort.

THE PLACE WAS BEAUTIFUL, the rooms were clean and spacious and the staff were great and friendly.
Nothing against the staff. Just their policy IG. I felt like we didnt get our money's worth due to 4 things. First, Considering how expensive this place is, Their wifi never worked. Tried calling them and they said that they're trying to resolve it but it never did until we checked out.
Second their pool is only open 8-10pm . reason they open the pool at 8am is because they said they have to clean and disinfect it first which they could've done at night since they close at 10am or they could've cleaned it earlier. Its very inconvenient for guests who are trying to get an early morning dip and watch the sunrise as you bathe in their "infinity pool" and have to check out early.
Third, Considering the room rates, They don't include a free breakfast and all of their food in the menu is mediocre and overpriced.
Fourth, Entertainment room. We have a complimentary hour to use the karaoke room for every Room booked. The catch is, You cant bring food or drinks inside. So it was so boring the whole time and we were just left sitting in our seats, waiting for out turns to sing until we got tired 10mins in and left. Mind you, we had worth 3hrs of the karaoke room. Anyways, that was just my take on our stay here. We are a group of 11. The instagrammable spots were great but not worth enough for the price ..

Can not fault the staff, they were excellent and attentive as if they know the shortcomings of the resort so they kill you with courtesy. 5 stars staff-wise
Not worth the price. Lift is broken and the resort was a hike to and from the pool area and restaurant. If you have mobility problems or a heart condition I would definitely steer clear from this resort. If you enjoy hiking all throughout your holiday and just want a nice view for photos then this place is perfect for you. The resort smell like rotten sewer during the night around the pool area and the pool water looks murky up-close. Wifi is free but they turned it off at midnight during our stay. There was no free breakfast despite the relatively high price of rooms/villas per night and the restaurant is pricey. The experience was not relaxing at all which what we wanted to do in the first place. Would not recommend this resort to a single soul.

The ambience was good and the staff were very helpful.
Good activities included... was better for us as it was midweek and not crowded.
The food choices could be better and to be told they had no wine in stock, despite having a wine list was very disappointing.
Also it was a bit expensive but this could have been improved by including breakfast in the rates.

Beautiful place. I also liked their complimentary ammenities - free kayak and snorkel, ktv, game room. They also serve tablea hot chocolate in the afternoon. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy.
There was some slight smell which seemed coming from somewhere near the pool.

I liked how the staff are very accomodating. Only, we have something left in the hotel( a jacket) we tried to contact them, they said they will send to us the item but they never get back to us. So frustrating
