The little Old farm is an amazing spot for a weekend getaway. It's super quiet, comfy rooms, well insulated, and spacious for the number of people room should be accommodating. There is a full size fridge, a comprehensive TV with international channels and beer downstairs upon arrival or when you need :) the owner is super cool and friendly and always up for a grab if you're thirsty.
The breakfast was a full farmers breakfast, and he was nice to accommodate my plant based demands. I can only be thankful to him. But be communicative up front if you want veggies like I do because normal breakfast is charcuterie and cheese heavy.

A very warm welkom, it felt a bit like going back in time but i really lived it. Breakfast was very fresh and delicious! Lots of parking and very calm safe location. Good tips on restaurants by the charming owner.
Bathroom was ok but not the best asset

Very nice landlord. I left for work at 6.30. The owner always personally prepared a delicious breakfast. A spacious, comfortable room with a bathroom. Rural peace and quiet. Fresh air.

Owner was great. Great to speak to him about his life, about Belgium, about local life, and about what to see nearby!
Parking great.
Location nice and quiet. Near to multiple major attractions.
Room spacious. Personal bathroom. TV, fridge. Big and comfy bed.
WiFi good.
Breakfast big, and great.
Floor and bathroom could use a little bit more cleaning.

Our host Noel and his son were great hosts. We were greeted warmly and offered a welcome drink. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, good space for 2 persons. The BnB was easy to find and located in a quiet, beautiful area with a lot of green surroundings. Nice eateries within 7-8 minutes of drive. We could see a great view of sunrise from our room.
Can't think of anything.

It's secluded and secure. The owner and his son made us feel very welcomed. We were allowed to use the kitchen to cook evening dinners, which made it a lot more easier, fir myself and eight year old daughter. I didn't have a car to drive down to main square for evening meal.
They also offered to pick abd drop us from the train station for a fraction of the fee. Very thoughtful.
It is about 4 to 5km walk from litchelvelde train station and there are no buses. Just be prepared.to walk. You could use the bikes if need be I guess.
Have dinner in town before returning to B&B.
Having teas abd coffee in the rooom would have been better

Very convenient place to stay, when you want to make trips around this part of Belgium. The countryside is very nice.
The room could be cleaner. Outside there was a lot of cats, which didn´t seem to be taken care of. According to the description of the room, we expected kitchen appliences to cook our own food, but there was only a fridge, no cooking possibility was available. In the description, there was "private kitchen" promised with stovetop, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher. Outdoor dining area didnt seem quite pleasing.

Really friendly stay and comfortable rooms
Nothing

size of the room
facilities dirty- we had to clean surfaces ourselves
my daughter’s and I are covered in bites after one night stay from midges and who knows what else
we felt too uncomfortable to eat breakfast there and left very quickly-
I am quite shocked about the hygiene from a health and safety point and do question if these property has been ever inspected?
I could name a few other things like loud fridge in room, people arrived after midnight…etc
The reviews beforehand were ok and I booked this for one night, however the reviews weren’t reflective of the actual property and it put me off wanting to use booking.com again.

Nothing
The price, rooms, horrible hygiene, dead rat and mouses outside, noise of mouses whilst sleeping. I also paid for a broken bed and didnt eat breakfast because I felt gross over there.

Location was great nice and quite. Breakfast was really good. My compliments to the chef bacon and eggs were really tasty
Can't say anything negative about the property

Sick cats outside

Good room, very clean, good parking, pleasant owner. Excellent value for money.

Breakfast was unbelievable, so much on offer, hot food, cold foods, cereals, omelets.
The host was very helpful and accommodating. A little out of the way but a very fine offering, I will definitely return someday.
4.2
Breakfast was ok, plenty of food, coffee as much as we wanted. But the omelet had little pieces of pan scrapings on it (flakes of teflon) and when I actually saw the pan it was clear where the black spots on the omelet came from. Cherries in the cherry tree on the property were amazing.
The bathroom sink was dirty, clearly there is a problem with the waterpipes because the bathroom smelled awfully of clogged pipes. The property has some facilities to use in order to stay outside, a few dirty benches and a glass made "smoking room" but here the smell of cat urine is unbearable, the white plastic chairs are filthy and the chair pillows are horribly dirty with cat urine and fleas. The place is full of cats, they are very uncared for, full of fleas, unfed, diseased and very unhappy. It was a very sad and heartbreaking view especially since I love cats. The old man is very nice but clearly unable to care for the business any longer. All in all, not quite worth the money.

I had a great time at Noel's farm and will definitely come again >>> then together with my son. Noel is a very kind and accommodating older gentleman who is very dedicated to his guests and their well-being. I don't think I've ever had a breakfast anywhere near as good as Noel's in any of my previous vacation accommodations.
Nothing at all

It is a charming place to stay. The owner is a wonderful man, very kind and welcoming. Wi-fi was really good. I was working during my trip. The breakfast was good and at 6 AM because I needed to depart very early.

Very friendly welcome - with a complimentary cold beer!

Lovely, friendly guy running the place. Come in, sit down, have a beer & chat ! We arrived in the evening when it was dark, so had a few minutes trying to find the door, could have had a light on to show where the entrance is. Other than that small problem, everything alse about the place was superb. Very nice, beautifully decorated bedroom, lovely bathroom. The breakfast was amazing. Good selection of bread, croissants, 6 sliced meats, cheese, jam, honey and a tasty bacon ommelette. Definitely worth a visit, thanks.
Difficult to see where the entrance is, at night.
