직원 친절 (직원들 친절도는 최상급이라 느꼈습니다) 방이 넓음 비교적 주위 조용했음 (차소리 들릴까봐 걱정했는데 숙면함) 티비가 커서 좋았음 조식이 훌륭하다고 들었는데 먹어보지 않아 모르겠음 기계식 주차라 차를 넣고 뺄 때 직원에게 부탁해야해서 불편했으나 신속하게 처리해주었음 (3-5분 이내 완료)

아랫층에서 화장실 통해 담배냄새 올라옴 (직원이 환기 및 탈취를 통해 즉각적으로 대응해주었음. 공기청정기도 추가로 제공해주어 고마웠음) 침구 청결관리 부실 (침구에 신발이나 바닥에 긁힌 듯한 거뭇한 때가 묻어 있어 찝찝했음) 침구 턴다운 해주었는데 그 위에 머리카락이 곳곳에 있어 청소 직원 관리가 의심스러웠음 바닥이 카페트 객실 전반적으로 어두움

Всё было великолепно. Отличное расположение, в 10 минутах от пляжа. Рядом три круглосуточных магазина. Идеальная чистота, хоть каждый день могут поменять полотенца. Обязательно остановлюсь в этом отеле снова!

Мне показалось, что не хватает освещения в комнате и в ванной.

ロケーションは良かったですよ。清潔で目の前にセブンイレブンがありました。朝はパンや飲み物は無料でした。

個人的にウォシュレットが無かった。

Les lumières de la chambre et salle de bain sont trop faibles et ça peut être contraignant.

Excellent location and good shopping a short walk away.

Big room, short walk to Haeundae Beach, lots of restaurant options nearby, breakfast was included, good value for the money. Haeundae Metro station is a 10 to 12 min wlak away. But that whole area near Haeundae Metro station is really bustling. Lots of shooping and eatries.

We stayed 3 nights and the breakfast was the same each day. They should have newer options everyday. They had an option of 3 different cooked meals but they were the same each day.

It is for your short stay if location is what you look for

The room is a bit small. The hallway was rather dark and shows signs of wear and tear. The parking on premise is not free unlike many other hotels with similar amenities.

딱히 없음. 호텔이라고 하지만, 그냥 근처 새 모텔보다 조금 더 좋은 정도?

화장실에 비데기 없음. 화장실, 샤워실에 환풍기 없음. 어메너티 다 싸규려임.

Apartment sound isolation is not 100% perfect, we could listen different neighbors had intimate relations very loudly at night.

Great location and great hotel.

1. Good Location. It takes a 5 min walk to the Haeundae beach and less than 10 min walk to the Dongbaek station or Haeundae station. Also, bus stops are very near. If you want to go shopping, take green line 2 to Centum City station. 2. Very clean. Everything was clean. 3. Very kind staff members. They provided water during hot summer days and they also helped me to order taxis at a very good rate. 4. Convenience. In front of the hotel entrance, there is a 7-11 store, also Starbucks Reserve is very near and is open at 8 am, so it was convenient to have breakfast and move to the beach after. 5. Spacious and comfortable rooms. I also stayed in the Gwangali branch of this hotel. I think a good advantage is that the room was quite big.

I think I liked everything, but I would like to give my some short notes because I always read comments before I book:) 1. In general, the hotel rooms are a bit dark. So it was hard to apply makeup as it was very dark. BUT I think the room vibe is good to fall asleep fast. Good vibe for couples. 2. I think shampoo and shower goods were not enough for 2 people, so I used those I brought with me. But maybe you can request additional.

Hotel is close to the popular Hongdae Beach. Lots of restaurants with different cuisines. Metro station 10 minutes walk. From the metro station 3 stops is the largest mall in Asia

Small choice of breakfasts (only 3 menus). 2 menus with pork, which is inconvenient for Muslims

I feel very comfortable, the staff is really friendly and pleasant. they greet you whenever you come in and out. unfortunately the floor of my room was not vacuumed, maybe because I left the room early during the cleaning time. Since I was on vacation, I didn't mind the view. but the hotel is near the sea so it is easy to move. with reasonable price. Thank you guys, I had a nice stay.

Room was comfortable with separated shower and toilet. Breakfast was very good. We enjoyed American breakfast and bulgogi beef rice. Location is close to Haeundae beach and away from noise. It's a nice district but away from center. If you want to visit many places in Busan it takes a lot of time. I recommend to take arranged trip to visit interesting places and explore more by yourself.

WiFi was interrupting.

I enjoyed staying in this hotel. This is a solid business hotel with all the needed facilities, nice service, and professional staff. The location was great, and the breakfast was very good as well. I highly recommend it!

If I have to find some drawbacks, I would say that only one elevator goes straight to the floor where breakfast is served. Also, the glass between the shower and toilet is half-transparent - the same as the doors so you can see through it.

Great stay - A little update required

Large spacious room, nicely furnished, great views and awesome location. The staff were very lovely and super helpful!

It just needs to be updated and given a good spring clean. There were small tears in the sheets, random writing on some of the pillow slips, and the floor needed a good vacuum.

Overall a great location and solid hotel

Clean and friendly service. The front desk was pleasant and always quick to respond to our needs.

The black out curtains were not able to fully cover the entire width of the window and so it was harder to sleep. The room was stuffy and the pillows were too soft and flat. The lighting was a bit too dim, especially in the washroom.
