Sehr unhygienisch und unfreundlich - nie wieder!!

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung!

Dreckig (Einige Haare am Spannbettlaken, Boden nicht sauber, hinter jeder Ecke Spinnenweben inkl. 4 Weberknechte deutlich ersichtlich, staubig, das WC hat gestunken & war total unhygienisch, etc..) Wir konnten das Zimmertürschloss nicht von innen zusperren weil dies kaputt war (das wurde uns vorher nicht mitgeteilt und war total mühsam wegen den kids)! Wir erwähnten das bei der Bezahlung und es kam nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung und natürlich auch kein Preisnachlass!!!! Also dieses Hotel ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen.. ich fühlte mich dort überhaupt nicht wohl..

Gutes Hotel

Die Lage ist Top man ist gleich am See. Frühstück war gut und Personal freundlich.

Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen (hatten ein älteres Zimmer).

Hotel mag als Familienhotel durchgehen, mich erinnerte die Atmosphäre an eine Jugendherberge

Dass im Kühlschrank im Zimmer nicht einmal eine Flasche Wasser steht, hat schon ehr mit Geiz als mit fehlendem Service zu tun

Schlafzimmer und Betten ok. Klimaanlage

Sehr altes Badezimmer mit sehr wenig Abstellmöglichkeiten und unsauber. Toiletten Deckel wackelte. Sehr kleine Dusche…..

Immer wieder gerne, Preis Leistung und Lage stimmen

Die Lage am See ist toll, auch die Terrasse

Die Zimmer wurden schon teilweise renoviert auch der Frühstücksraum was super ist.... In den einzelnen Zimmern müsste noch ein bisschen nachgebessert werden....zb. unser letztes Zimmer 7 im Bad die Decke.... aber sonst alles gut!

Morning with the singing birds

The location is perfect, even I got bitten by mosquitoes! Big rooms, and good breakfast! A lady in the restaurant was enormously nice, I appreciate it so much!

Malfunctioning refrigerator, unprofessional receptionists—please try to not mock at each other's English in front of the customers, they were trying at least—and lack of communication.

A lovely place to stay.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. A clean room and comfortable bed.

A kettle available in the room might have been helpful.

Good

We had a nice apartment with two rooms which was perfect for the three of us. Pretty lake views from the breakfast area and the city centre is only a walking distance of 20mins away. There is also a good restaurant (Katamaran) and boat tours directly next to the hotel.

The breakfast situation was a bit misleading...we thought it was included in the price, but we had to pay extra. So better check all details carefully before/after your booking, otherwise the price is a little bit higher as expected ;-)

After room change to newer part everything was great

After we upgraded our room everything was fine

Booked a standard room. It was really small and we felt like in a youth hostel also it was a little filthy with stained curtains and some sort of sticky substance on one of the walls. So we decided to ask how much it would be to upgrade to the new building and deluxe double rooms that worked out for us and that room was great. It might be good to describe that there are older rooms and newer ones because the whole presentation is focused on the new wooden part of the Hotel. Breakfast was good just a big fight over the scrambled eggs because as soon as they were filled up guests would storm it an load their plates as if you would eat 10 eggs at home. Maybe put up a sign that says if they won‘t eat up they‘d be charged extra.

The rooms are poorly isolated - you are constantly disturbed by the footsteps and voices from neighbouring rooms. The hotel is very basic, offering nothing extra in terms of care for the guests. The cleaning is staring g early and very noisy, the breakfast is rushed through by not so friendly stuff members. The beds are uncomfortable.

View from the balcony was to the parking place with a lot of cars For this money (double price than in 4 stars hotel in Viena) very expensive

The place and location is excellent. The room and the building is new but nothing fancy. The food was also ok.

Two separated mattresses were equipped in the double bed.

If you like cycling and would like to rest by the water, Hotel am See is a good choice.

We rented two apartments with double beds - one of them was quite big, with bathroom, kitchen/dining room. The second one was just a sleeping room with bathroom. We were nicely suprised with the size of the first one. The staff was really nice and helpful. We cycled to Rust,so we were really happy that there were bike stands in the building. Hotel is really clean and nice. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful.

The only complaint I could have was the swallows' nest on the window net. Not a big nuisance, but they started feeding their youngs at 5 AM :D
