Good location next to Coles Plaza, clean and comfortable. Instant help when I needed it.

Very comfortable, great self-contained unit. Lovely view of the golf course.

I had a bit of trouble with the keypad but after ringing the company, I was immediately helped, and I had no trouble after that. It was also a bit noisy as I had children next door and it is not soundproof. This was not a dealbreaker though.

Dreadful - can only recommend avoidance

really nothing

dirty carpet in hall, mouldy shower, broken powerpoints, minimal crockery/cutlery, NO drinking glasses, dirty kettle - lid stuck on, only 1 balcony chair, NOT soundproofed - screaming kids next door and could hear conversations of parents - incredibly dangerous access driveway - less than 20 mtrs from a blind bend. Rosie did refund but said I wasn't allowed to leave a review - I think this is a breach of Consumer Law. She did however admit that she had let out the room at top price despite knowing things were broken - was waiting on parts. Do not stay here.

Was a decent place to stay once you got through the outer shell of the building and into the rooms.

The rooms were alright to stay in for 1 night. Easy to book and enter building and room

The outside looked a little worse for wear. First impressions on the place was what have I gotten into. The entrance stair case was really dark and out date and the long corridor was very freaky feeling for the first time. Lightening up the areas would be awesome. Also the smell from the cleaning products wasn’t the greatest when first entering the room.

location

Cleanliness, it could be a great place to stay but honestly nothing was clean. Walkways smelt like cigarette. My mother in law and partner who are asthmatics did not cope well.

Cold air-conditioning good kitchen

Toilet lid fell off, bathroom sink backed up, shower head wouldn't stay up, location is a shopping centre carpark.

Love it, I’ve stayed here at least 5 times

I love how convenient it is -straight across from golf course and shops 2 minutes away Parking excellent Very quiet Comfortable and clean Spacious Easy and relaxing place to stay

Overall, a satisfactory place to stay.

Although the location was within a shopping centre car park, the outlook across the road to the nearby golf course was a plus.

We were a little disappointed with the quality and number of the utensils provided.

Overpriced, not clean or pleasant.

Location was not good at all , one side of the property was Coles car park, the other side did "overlook the golf course ' but the major road through town ran underneath the verandah -everything from cattle trucks and cement mixers to motor bikes.

Entering the unit we were hit by the smell of fat in the rangehood over the cooker, had to keep doors open. Mould and scum in bottom of shower. Bed sank in the centre, awful. Screwed up blanket in the wardrobe needed replacing badly. Verandah needed a sweep, only 1 outside chair. Front door badly needs replacing or at least painting. Entry halls like old boarding house.

ALWAYS READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS FIRST!

Room was ok, not the cleanest but ok.

Terrible smoking and cooking smells in narrow, dingy, dirty hallway leading to room. Carpet on stairs and in hallway filthy. Keypad entry felt unsafe and weird, also necessitates a loud clunk when trying to shut the door quietly if you’re leaving early. No undercover parking. Looked better on the booking.com website.

Conveniently located, comfortable enough for a one-night stop over in Emerald.

It had a kitchenette and check-in, although automated, was very easy. Also good proximity to shopping centre and local pub.

It wasn’t clean upon arrival. Stove was dirty, hair / dirt in bathroom and carpet, crockery and utensils weren’t clean.

worst place I have ever stayed and i've stayed in some places

bed was passable

the whole place stank from when you got inside and going up to the room and the room was a filth fest could not see out the glass doors for the hand prints on both sides there was hair still in the shower and don't want to think what was up the wall next to the toilet microwave had hand prints all over it and inside some thing had boiled over i've have only just deleted the photo's off my phone to make room.Even my husband who is oblivious to everything was horrified and went to coles and brought spray

Great location in terms of being close to the shopping centre

Aircon unit hasn’t been cleaned or maintained for a very long time. The unit and the filters were so blocked with dust that the aircon couldn’t push out cool air so it made for a very warm and uncomfortable night.

Will never stay there again. Manager Greg was helpful with entry problems

Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Good amenities.

Stairs (we are in our 80s) Uneven floor. Carpet and tiles at different level -leads to tripping. Toilet bowl was leaking. Bathroom floor was therefore permanently wet (could be dangerous). No safe place to park the car. Bad traffic noise.

It was close to shops and the inner city. Had a balcony

it was very noisy as it was situated on one of the busiest roads, the bed was beyond uncomfortable.
