The property is beautiful, the pool area peaceful and relaxing. The bedroom and bathroom also very modern & the balcony is a nice touch!
The location is a little out the way but it is near the airport which is good- there are also buses available to Fira and most places around the island.

It was quiet and the room was nice
Good shower
Bed was super uncomfortable, one of the worse beds I’ve ever stayed in

The host is so accommodating and gave us tips to enjoy our tour and stay in Santorini
AC wasn’t working well- not cooling well. But we didn’t have the time to report it. I guess if we have informed right away it will be sorted by the host.

The owners are very friendly. The woman it's explaining everything very good and she try always to help. In our last day, even if the check out was 11:00, they were ok to left our lugages there at the door and use the pool and take a shower until we were going to airport. The room is clean and the villa is very close to everything.

Very helpful owner and staff, particularly as we arrived very late evening. All prior arrangements if access and airport taxi worked smoothly.

We arrived way beyond check in time and spent only couple of hours in the room, but were allowed to use the pool. Pool and lounge chairs are amazing.
Werent allowed late check out.
Used their shuttle service from the port, but later figured it would be much cheaper booking something online.

Great room
Avoid this place if you want to sleep at night !!! We couldn't sleep all night, next room drunken British company made terrible noise. It was unbearable. Never again !

After staying close to Fira at the beginning of our stay we wanted something a bit more peaceful and Villa Kavallaris Apartments absolutely fit the bill. It is located in a quiet area quite close to the airport and not far from the port. The hotel has a fabulous pool and it is also a short walk to some great restaurants and cafe's (highly recommend The Traditional taverna - superb food)! The mattresses were superb - the best on hour trip and made sleeping so much easier.
Symi and Konstantinos were really welcoming and helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when on Santorini.

good location, friendly staff, big fridge in the room
they have a serious problem with cleaning. when we checked-in, there was blood and hair in the bathroom (and they were still there when we left). the bathroom was smeeling so bad all the time. after the first day, they didnt give any soap or shower jel.
the beds were so uncomfortable. we felt like there was a hole in the middle of the bed. so we couldnt have a proper sleep because of that.

The staff was lovely, very helpful. The pool is great. We had a great stay
The only thing we didn't like so much was the door of the room. The handler is old and it got stuck on the floor making noise and not so easy to open. But that was not a big deal

very clean and tidy rooms, easy to find and it a good location! staff went above and beyond to help. our flight was delayed and they did everything the could to help get us checked in despite it being well past their finishing time at 22:00! Honestly we can not thank them enough for how helpful they were. They even organised our early taxi to the ferry. Just an absolute credit to the villa Kavallaris, 5 star! we wish we could have stayed longer!!

property was great value of money and away from the hustle of Fira with so many tourists yet not that far away either. Cindy the owner was awesome and very helpful with everything. i would definitely stay here again. rooms were bigger than other much more expensive properties.
There should be an option for breakfast provided to customers.

Great pool and very accommodating staff. Helpful transfers to airport and port.
The location isn’t ideal for sightseeing or going to the beach, but we chose it since it was half way between the airport and the ferry port.

A good size room with very large balcony. A fridge and kettle. A few minutes walk from the property was a very good supermarket with everything one needs. Wine from 3 euros, fresh fruit and veg, a deli counter, and also little things that one may have forgotten ie plugs, towels, etc.
The bus stop was down the road which takes you into the city of Fira so if one wanted to drink this was very handy or a taxi was about 6 euros. The apartments were in a lovely quiet location however there were local restaurants and coffee shops a stroll away.
There are many cafes and restaurants in the city, I had an omelette and coffee in Cafe Lub for breakfast for 5 euros job done, there were a lot of places where coffee was 2 euros and food was reasonable. Also higher end restaurants meals from 17 euros, I had Seabream a bottle of Mythos beer and large glass of white wine! at Mikes near the apartment for 20 euros so it's not expensive! there are also restaurants perched on the cliffs with great views across the sea.
You cannot walk into Fira from the apartments as there are no pavements please don't try as I say get the bus or a taxi would be safer.
If you hire a car there is free parking right next to the apartments very convenient. I hied a car from Centaurus who picked me up from the airport and dropped me at the airport when I returned the car. Their service is very good and the cars are all excellent. they charged me 34 euros for the petrol and refunded me for the petrol I did not use.
Before I forget weather was hot and room had aircon you need it!
I didn't like the road set up on this island because there are no traffic lights and it is hard to understand who is in the right of way. So can be a little nerve racking driving especially if you are not an experienced driver. Now I need to tell you this there are a lot of tourists that die on the island, this comes from the locals who told me some horrific stories about tourists hiring quad bikes and scooters, I don't want to put anyone off coming to this idyllic Greek island but if you get drunk and become Jack the lad be warned. Or if you are not confident in riding a quad or scooter please think very carefully because people lose their lives weekly I can't emphasize this enough as I was very distressed at the stories I was told and even as I sat and sipped coffee there was an accident up the road from me.
