Mooi oud huis, ruime kamer, goede faciliteiten. Mooie omgeving in heel klein leuk dorp. Aosta makkelijk te bereiken.

Le cadre autour du logement était exceptionnel, une réception très agréable, la maison était très jolie, très propre et un petit déjeuner excellent

The Location was absolutely amazing, quiet, romantic, and lovely views. The 14th century building itself was magical, it felt like a very special place indeed. It has been in the owners family from the beginning.
We had an evening meal at the accommodation, and it was fantastic (it was cooked by the owner), as was the breakfast.
The room was very comfortable and it was nice to be able to enjoy the space. The staff were really friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend staying here.

The host always keeps us informed, despite our (very) late arrival, and everything was in place in a delightful classic mansion full of authenticity
Perhaps some more indications as where can a car be parked, do not expect a parking spot near the location

Delicious breakfast and smart make you choose what you will like to eat the day before. So they don't waste food!
All different options, like coffee, curasaint, eggs, fruit.... Very good!

As the guest reviews, our stay at the hotel was excellent! Philippe is a great host. He supported us with WhatsApp and was so helpful! The breakfast has various kinds of choices and was so delicious! I love the atmosphere of the hotel both inside and outside. Thanks a lot!
Nothing.

- Beautiful place to relax and have a good time
- Staff really kind and helpful
- Easy parking
- Nice view from the room and calm area (even if there is a church close by and the bells may be annoying but it was totally ok at the end)
- Not really a bad thing, but breakfast room is a bit intimidating with the silence that reigns even when people is around. Suggestion: Change the music playlist ;-)
- The dinner at the place was ok and it's practical, but not necessarily an option that I would consider in the future. I really recommend to have someone else helping with this.

very very friendly owner who welcomes you and does everything to accommodate you. Nice and enchanting place.

Excellent host and very beautiful country house! It was a wonderful summer getaway in a magical place in the Italian mountains.
The room felt a bit humid but it could be because it's the mountains and we were living in the South of France (dry).

The service was wonderful! Despite our very late arrival, we managed to check in with out any issues. Our breakfast order was taken online and served the next morning, which was delicious and generous.

Location was nice. Meal was OK.
The room had no view and the photos look way better than in reality. There looked like there were mountain views. We overlooked the neighbours house. The noise during the night was exceptional. It sounded like there was a night club close by with people arguing outside the window on the street.

An ancient historical house. A little jewel in the mountains far from the noise. The owners were extremely kind and supportive

The house was amazing, dating back to 1700. The garden was stunning. The location in a tiny village high above Aosta takes the breath away.
The drive to the house from Aosta is steep and twisty but very straightforward.
Nothing.

Wonderful tranquil and quaint location though a little remote and steepish curved road to reach the village.
Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Very friendly host, nice spacious room, use of third bed in the room was a reasonable price. We did not hear the other guests. The old village and old house are really great, the view is amazing. We had dinner at the house which was simpel though tasty. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choice and fresh products.

Very friendly, welcoming host. Good food, reasonable prices. Great mountain views and not far from the Mont Blanc motorway.
Bit difficult to find up winding mountain road that seems to confuse Google maps. Be sure to consult hosts’s directions which we failed to do!

The staff (Phillip) is excellent, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good. The building is beautiful and the village is cute. Dinner is very good as well.
Unfortunately, the room wasn't very clean: the shower box had black mold, had dust at the nightstands and table. The pillows are too hard. The parking is free, but there is only 3 spaces. If it's "full", you need to park at the square plaza or at the street, which is hard to find a place in both as well. A bit far from Aosta, and the road could be tricky at night or with ice. TIP: Have a meal before go back to the hotel, or book the hotel's dinner because there is absolutely nothing nearby.

Beautiful 500 years’ old house in hamlet up the mountains coming down the Great St Bernard Pass, before Aosta.
Fully restructured with taste by the owner, also thanks to grants by the Italian government (yes: the system works!!!!).
Philippe is a great host who goes the extra mile to please, make you feel welcome and make you understand that he loves what he does. He cooked for us in these times of Covid, he served us breakfast in the room, he’s a hero putting up a smile and dealing with the catastrophic situation. He deserves all your business and support. We had a 5 star treatment for a fraction of the price and a lesson in humanity and courage. Support this business.
Basically nothing except the little time we could be there.

Room was very clean and warm. WiFi worked excellent. About 10-15 mins drive to City Center of Aosta. The owner was very attentive and friendly to us.
Parking could be(come) a problem, since there are only 4 spaces. Breakfast for 5 Euro/person was (very) basic, but in good quality. Be aware, that getting food in the night you might need to drive to Aosta if you are arriving late, since there is nothing nearby. As one possible option is to have dinner in the lodging for 20 Euro/person (excl. drink).
