Great location with a number of beaches a short walk away, great views from the balcony.

We had a first-floor unit with great views of the gardens, rocks and ocean. Bathroom, shower facilities were very good, the unit had a large fridge / freezer which was very handy when staying for a few days.

We noticed a distinct lack of hooks or similar to hang items - particularly in the shower/toilet area, there was no specific raised area to place your suitcase or overnight baggage. The pool was good size but unfortunately was not heated.

Magic location

The waterfront location and views

Parking can be an issue if you have lots to unload from your car into your room. Parking is available though not directly in front of all units. There are only two options available for food. The takeaway near the beach which isn’t always open and a Thai restaurant/takeout. Otherwise it’s a fair trip back to town.

Lovely spot for a weekend away. The location was so beautiful.

Location was absolutely stunning. The walking tracks up to the lookouts were great and the views from the top amazing.

We love Bowen and this resort will always be our preferred choice. Love the location, the rooms and the hospitality.

This was our second stay at the resort and again, it did not disappoint. The location of the Ocean view queen rooms is nothing short of perfect and the view is spectacular. The room itself is basic but has everything you need. I’ve stayed in many hotels and I must stay the cleanliness of the room, in particular, the bathroom was excellent.

We only missed the lack of warmer doona on the bed. We appreciate it may not be needed most of the time but a few cool nights had us snuggling up (I am not complaining about that) as the blanket in the cupboard wasnt the warmest.

Great location, clean and comfortable rooms and friendly welcome. Great value for money. Wifi was very slow, but not a deciding factor. Highly recommended.

View & location were beautiful rooms comfy

We arrived at 1.55 pm to check in to find a note on the door saying back in half an hour , staff did not show until 3pm at which point I told him we had been waiting over an hour , he basically told me I was a liar & was incredibly rude and blunt with us . Very poor customer service and treatment of a customer . He also had a go at us for booking through bookings . Com & complained about the fees he gets charged when clients book through them . He was incredible rude to us .

absolute beach front. the room was cleaned to within and inch of its life. all amenities you’d need.
