Happy for the location, however room needs bit of attention

Disappointing

The location was near the main bus stops and a short walk from Terra City. The staff seemed friendly. The bed was decent for a night's sleep.

The place is run down is an understatement. The bathrooms are mouldy and bad. The rooms have old and aged furniture. Toiletries were 3 tiny bottles, which were all the same and had no description. I had to buy my own. The shower barely worked. There was no room service, 3 days in I had to ask for someone to clean the room, came back to find out they hadn't, so asked them again for ghe next day and theg still didn't, 3rd time I managed to have it cleaned. That's 1 clean over 7 days. I managed to get 1 change of towels. The WiFi didn't work in the room, only in the lobby, they told me it was due to the rain, as an IT specialist I know this is bogus since the access points are hard wired, if one eorks do should the rest.

Disappointing

Early check in, good price

The room has been cleaned just 1 time for 6 days. We had to bin ourselves. The isolation is very poor. It was very noisy all the time. No kettle, no glasses in the room. The shower is very bad, no pressure

a fantastic small hotel with a personal touch

ideal location - close to waterfront parks and the transport links for city. very calm environment where the hotel works for the guest. Family run hotel and all staff extremely helpful, going above and beyond to help guests. A fantastic base for a week stay

They did everything to not make us stay. Smelly place.

Nothing

Everything looks worse than it is. The receptionist is very rude and inpolite. When we requested for breakfast availability when cheking-in hotel stated that due to pandemics breakfast was cancelled. There was written in the describtion that there is breakfast and the receptionist was keep fighting that we are not right, even after showing it to him. The hotel was also full of catnip, it was strong outside and inside. Didint stayed there, hotel cancelled to refund the cancellation and was extremely unhelpful. Think twice if you would like to stay in this kind of place.

Because l lost my mobile in the taxi that they provide and they weren’t able to get my mobile phone back

Very good

Very late arrival (0430) due to delayed flight. No issue checking in, helpful guy on reception on check in and out. Airport transfer available from the hotel. Located close to the sea. Likely to use again if arriving late in Antalya. Not sure about other facilities as only here 6 hours!!

Nice staff clean room

The staff were so nice and friendly they helped us with everything we needed. They allowed us to wash and dry our laundry free of charge. The room wasn’t the best but you get what you pay for. at least it was clean.

The air conditioning didn’t heat up and was extremely loud so we slept cold every night. We could hear guests next door very loudly, during the intimate hours which was not nice for us at all.

Near to (chill restaurant) which was perfect Cheap hotel Clean Safe Near the airport(10$ / 30min by taxi)

Far away from the beach (you should take a taxi /15 min by the taxi/ about 5$) The nearest sea point is a cleft not a beach Although, they have offer for free beach location (l‘arena beach) which is very good

It is value for the money. Location is good.

The internet had problems all the time of our stay. The small fridge was more of a keep-the-cool bag rather than fridge. Air conditioner's flow was fair.

Good option for the night before departure

Good value for money. Don’t expect anything special. For 1 or two nights before flight. Nice restaurants in the area of hotel. Parking next to the hotel.

Shower needs some cleaning.

Exactly what we needed. Close to airport, taxi from airport was 80 lira, taxi back to airport was only 65 lira. Super clean, A/C worked well, hot water, & good WiFi.

Superb

It's closer to the airport, so as I was arriving at night I chose it for a night stay. It was okay, 24/7 check-in, Wi-Fi, hot shower and everything I needed.

Really loved the balcony! Everything was very nice, very helpful staff, allowed us to use bar kitchen to boil water

It would have been nice to have electric kettle in the room

After 7 days in dec.2020, I came again at the end of jan.2021 for 2 weeks more. That says everything

Do to corona measures the hotel didn't prepare food but the kind host Cengiz gave us possibility to use the kitchen for ourself. Thank you Cengiz very much.

Good

It was clean

There was no refrigerator or iron in the room or even in the hotel that could be used by guests. Breakfast wasn't a good value for the money whatsoever.
