Overall it was fantastic, Barrie and Tracie were lovely, and we would stay there again in a heartbeat, just prefer if it

It was beautiful and comfortable for 4 of us, close to everything as well

The cleanliness, at first glance when you walk in you don’t notice, but as we were needing to use things we noticed a lot that was not very clean if clean at all. You can’t always rely on people to do the right thing and clean properly before they leave, I would suggest a regular deep clean also, and an inspection of kitchen appliances and utensils, a small plastic cutting board needs to be thrown out, I grabbed it out of the cupboard and it was disgusting and felt “furry”. Leaky tap in bath and another in the on suite basin needs fixing, also toilet in there keeps running. Laundry also filthy and maybe find something smaller than the phone book to level out the machine ( it did make us laugh though)😂

Some of taps needed new washers- I hate dripping taps and it took all of the strength in my arthritic hands to turn them fully off

lovely unit, brilliant location

A lovely unit, in a brilliant location. the layout of unit is designed for privacy, and its furnishing are comfortable and classy. The appliances and other facilities are good, and relatively easy to operate. My stay here was with a friend, and I was very happy with our choice. Our hosts, Tracey and Barrie, couldn't have been more helpful. Thanks and we look forward to staying again.

Lovely spacious, quiet apartment near restaurants and bars.

Hosts Tracey and Barry sent us plenty of information in advance, and we just texted on arrival at the airport and they were there to meet us with the keys. The location is great for restaurants, cafes and bars, the Botanical Gardens and cinemas, and the apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Short walk to supermarket.

Could have provided more dishwashing and cleaning materials.

Tracie and Barry were great hosts - they kept us informed and even met us at the property to show us around and pointed

Couldn’t fault the location - it had everything you needed at your finger tips.

While our hosts were lovely and the location was great - I think it would have benefited from adding a few extra little essentials to the stay - mini body wash, shampoo etc - and while there was a washer and dryer there was no laundry detergent (for someone staying there for just 5 days - I wasn’t going to bring a box of detergent with me), the hand soap in the bathrooms were very watery so it was constantly leaking on the sink, no dishwashing liquid for a quick wash (didn’t bother using the dishwasher for 6 plates), there were no tissue boxes around and one of the lamps in the main bedroom was faulty and kept cutting in and out, there was also no lamp in the lounge area so we had to keep the kitchen light on while our twin boys slept on the pull out sofa, the shower pressure was little to none and there were stains in the main shower and toilet seat (that clearly weren’t coming off).

We should've been told about the non working lift.

The location was the best. The cafes were on our doorstep. The free city bus was a 3 mins walk and also across the road from the Botanical Gardens. Rundle Mall was a 10 mins walk. The quality of the furniture & decor of the apartment a 10/10. Kathleen was lovely. She met us at the apartment with the keys & walked with us around the nearby neighbourhood recommending good cafes.

We were not told that the lift wasn't working & out of service for a least a month. As a result, my friends weren't able to stay with us as they had mobility issues & had to find accommodation elsewhere at short notice. 3 flights of stairs even for us was a chore. Other smaller things were omitted in the apartment eg No Shampoo in both bathrooms, (oddly enough the conditioner was provided), No teaspoons to stir the tea/coffee, No hot water in tap in 2nd bathroom. A small bottle of dish washing detergent for washing smaller items would've be nice. I would've given this property a higher score but the lift was a deal breaker for us this time. Finally, make sure you have your finances in order when making payment. The owners only accept the credit card you booked with.

Poor hygiene which took the enjoyment away.

Location was great and the size of the apartment was good

The dirty black mouldy showers which hadn’t been cleaned for a year. No mattress or pillow protectors, faulty or missing bedside lamps. Dirty old kettle and toast and the old exposed sinkerator. Junk in the wardrobes eg plastic outdoor chairs but no patio, no extra blankets, rotten old coat hangers. The owner thought they could leave all their old stuff for our enjoyment.

Great location, good sized roomy apartment, and terrific and informative hosts.

Superb location. Barrie and Tracey met us on arrival, went through the apartment, and then took us for a quick 5 minute walk in the local area pointing out good restaurants, transport options etc.

ideal for our purpose

Very spacious apartment, clean but not spotless and well decorated, generally well equipped with comfortable 2 and 4 seater sofas. Very central with many good restaurants within 100m

Lighting either on or off, no effective casual lighting. Lots of little niggles: Kettle did not switch off, toaster 2 slice only, washing machine noisy and moves when spinning, Dryer ineffective on warm setting ok on hot. One bedside lamp absent (Broken by previous occupants)

Fantastic location, parking was so easy , the apartment was clean and spacious. The hosts are really friendly and Really helpful. I can’t fault this accommodation .

Adelaide 5 Stars! Top Value

Excellent location East End. HUGE apartment, classy finish. Everything you need provided, even milk! Beautiful decor similar to 5 star hotel Felt beautiful staying there. Dozens of great vibe cafes, bars etc within 50m down little lanes!! But completely quiet in apartment. Friendly helpful owners let us keep bags there for last day of late flight.

It’s very close to a variety of great restaurants & bars, as well as the Botanical Gardens and Rundle Mall.

The GPS found it tricky to locate with the address we were given. Could provide regular tea bags, conditioner to go with the shampoo and more coffee pods, at least so there’s 2x each.

Excellent large apartment in a great location

Excellent location close to Botanic Gardens, the shopping and wine bars and restaurants of the swish East End, and a 700m walk to Rundle Mall, the city centre of Adelaide for shopping. Similar distance to museum and art gallery. Lots of space, big rooms, full kitchen and comfort. Highly recommended.

Very enjoyable, great value, very close to everything you need.

The location is great. Close to a lot of food and entertainment venues. The property was much larger than expected. The lounge area was very comfortable with a fully outfitted kitchen. Parking was at the property. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. The hosts met us very late at night and I really appreciated it.

I will gladly recommend the appartments, we had an enjoyable stay, Tracey and Barrie were very accommodating.

it was very spacious with everything you could possibly need and more. the hosts have thought of everything for a comfortable stay. the apartment is in an excellent location, close to the mall, cafes and bars and other city attractions. it was quiet with no neighbour disturbances day or night and no traffic noise at nighttime.

bedrooms were too light due to building lights on all night.

Very spacious two-bedroom/two-bathroom apartment with secure parking and great location

Size of the two-bedroom apartment each with their own bathroom - good decor, TV and wifi. Most important factor was the excellent location and secure parking.

Kitchen cooktop rather overused so saucepans didn't sit well.
