We liked the location in a quaint old street close to the center of town. Parking was only 5 minutes walk away. The house was very clean, and had two bathrooms, as well as two bedrooms, although we only used one.
The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped, stocked with milk, biscuits and all the necessities.
Mauro was a very helpful host who communicated in excellent English. He responded very promptly to questions - e.g., we wanted to do some laundry in the washing machine which was in the kitchen and sent him a message on WhatsApp asking where we should go to dry our clothes if they didn't get dry quickly enough hanging up in the apartment. He replied almost immediately with the addresses of some laundromats, and also had his cousin Brunella, who lives nearby, leave a drying rack for us inside the front door.
Things to be aware of:
There are a lot of steps involved in going up and down to get from one room to another - the house is on 3 floors, with a flight of stairs to get up to the first floor of the house where the living room and kitchen are, a flight of stairs up to the bedrooms, and more stairs to get from the bedrooms to the bathroom.
It was rather a dark house, being a medieval house with small windows, and being close to other buildings in a narrow street.

Location is perfect for exploring this historic city. The house was very clean, beds comfortable and it was nice to have a separate dining area. The owner was helpful and responsive to any queries.

Immaculate house in every way. Everything we needed was there, in very good condition and exceptionally clean. The location is wonderful and the host was really helpful and made our stay very easy. Thank you!

Convenient location. Could walk to main area of restaurants and shopping. it was an apartment, so we were able to prepare our own breakfast and having a living room/dining room area made it more comfortable. The kitchen was very well supplied with everything we could possibly need. The keys to the apartment were in a lock box, and very easy to access with the code given to us by the host.
The description said it had two bathrooms, but didn't mention that one of them was a half bath with only a sink and toilet and on the main level. Parking is difficult to find. No on site parking.

I rate it a 99% - only one minor inconvenience in that we had been assured a gluten-free option would be provided for breakfast but it was overlooked. It was not a big deal since there was a small store nearby that had GF options so we easily purchased our own.
It was all good. The host even thought to provide fans in each room to help dissipate the heat summer. Very thoughtful!

The flat is in a great location, in historic city center. The owner is nice and flexible. It's worth the price.

Really excellent little house in the historic centre of Gubbio, it was very cosy and had a really friendly feel about it. The bedrooms were comfortable, the bed linen good quality, and the kitchen really well equipped (including kettle and toaster - not always found in properties in Italy!). Self check-in via a key box was straightforward and the owners were in contact by WhatsApp for any issues, and very polite and helpful.
There’s no aircon, which I appreciate doesn’t come as standard in a period property. The house has thick walls so wasn’t super-hot. Just a bit warm at night.

Brunella was so kind and helpful. It is a lovely apartment and really has everything you could ever possibly need.
The heating works but floors are cold. Bring some slippers in winter! I‘m sure it is wonderfully cool in summer.

Everything was perfect. Ms. Brunella was very nice. The place is near the centre of the town. The apartment was very comfortable and the temperature inside was very pleasant !
