!Es una estafa!

Nada, porque no pude acceder alojamiento, ya que es una estafa

No pude ni siquiera contactar con el cliente me dejó tirado sin darme la llave ni respondía llamadas ni mensajes. Exijo la devolución del importe estoy muy descontando.

Mejorable.

La piscina

Las camas muy incómodas y los sillones camas igual. Las almohadas muy gruesas, incomodisimas. Limpieza y mantenimiento del apartamento muy mejorable. SOMBRILLA, CUADRO Y SECADOR ROTOS. SILLON ENFONDADO. LOS CRITALES Y ESPEJOS PASMADOS Y CON MARCAS . Ventiladores sucios y ruidosos.

Not suitable for solo travelers

The pool was nice and warm despite the cloudy weather

I booked a single room. It was stated there that it was a couch bed, but I still assumed that it would be a comfortable bed. The bed was not a sofa bed. It was a single portable bed that they had put next to the sofa to make it look like a double bed. The surface between the sofa and the portable bed was not even & nor was the mattress the same between the couch and the sofa. When I reported in the morning that my sleep was not comfortable because the bed was not as described, I was met with a simple “ oh, thanks for reporting it”

Cool place to stay.

The location was nice. There definitely be a problem to find a parking spot at the high season. Decent shows in the evening were very nice.

OK to be a 3 star hotel

Regular, cannot ask more to a 3 star hotel The apartment has everything to cook, tv, good sofa, etc

A bit difficult to find the parking around the area We had small insects in the bathroom but the receptionist did help to send someone and clean it with bleach

cheap and cheerful

the pool area and staff where great, big supermarket and mall to eat at 3/4 mins walk, beautiful views from the balcony, nice and quiet at night.

the rooms could be cleaner, such as the sink there was lime scale round the kitchen sink. The hot water only last a short time while in the shower also.

last minute getaway perfect for families. no sunbed wars, very quiet but welcoming for families. you dont usualy find bo

we booked the day before going. we knew the location was out the way but we dont mind walking. it was ideal. peaceful area no neighbouring noise and a perfect getaway

only fault would be not much entertainment but again you expect that for the time of year we went. so not a fault exactly

Holidays in Adeje

Beautiful ocean view from the large terrace. Very friendly, helpful and hassle-free hotel staff, who speak very well English. Fully equipped kitchen, even a juicer available. Cleaning 5 days a week, including towels change.

The furniture on the terrace could be replaced due to wear and low comfort.

Nice quiet place to stay well equipped good customer service from the hotel.

Customer service was excellent. Sara in particular was really helpful with advice on where to go what to do or see. We had a self catering apartment in Neptuno complex which was well equipped quiet and clean. Having the additional attachment to the hotel and its facilities (gym/2 pools/cafe bar) was excellent. It was really helpful to speak to reception about anything we needed. We has the benefits of self catering and the benefits of services of a hotel. The pools were so lovely and clean and there were chill out areas in the gardens at Regency. The Regency pool was good for smaller kids it was lovely to relax there. Neptuno had a lovely vibe too and great music and a great pool for our needs (diving in/back flips/swimming).

The rooms could be a little cleaner initially. It's also a trek from the beach so if you want a beach holiday stay nearer the beach. Its a taxi ride to most places and the taxis are expensive. We spent over 10% of our budget on them! We couldn't figure out how the taxis worked either as it was unclear how to hail one down when out and about although the reception will order you one if you are going somewhere from the Hotel. On the plus we got very fit walking up the hill most days!

enjoyed the holiday, but could of easily been so much better.

some of the staff were really friendly and went above and beyond. The views.

it wasn’t clean. there was a green scum mark all around the pool. The studio wasn’t suitable as a twin. When you pull the bed out the wall, you can’t use the sofa bed. So one person just had to sleep on the sofa. Some of the staff the cleaner, the girl at the pool bar, we’re just rude. The restaurant was closed. There’s just a ceiling fan that runs really slowly, way too hot in August, if you leave the patio door open you just get bit to death.

good location near the supermarket and beach. lovely staff and overall good value for money.

aircon or better fans would be appreciated during the high temperatures in the summer and better Wi-Fi.
