It is beautiful property with a lovely pool on the beach and a great casual restaurant “Breezes” where we ate most of lunches. The concierge arranged a wonderful snorkeling trip for us which was a highlight. We took a morning yoga class on the lawn which was a great way to start our day.
My biggest complaint is it didn’t feel very Bali like. We could have been at a lovely hotel anywhere in the world. It would have been nice if there had been some evening dance or puppet shows.

The room was magnificent, the buffet breakfast fabulouse. The hotel and grounds were absolutely beautiful.
For the price of the hotel, both myself and my partner found the food in the restaurants to be bland and over prised for what they delivered. Just because the hotel is beautiful does not mean you should be overcharging for very average food. We found ourselves venturing outside the hotel to find tastier and much better value for money dinner options than the hotel could provide.
The staff were amazing, friendly and very attentive – too attentive in fact. They were constantly in your face, asking if there was something more we needed. Interrupting us mid conversation, asking us too many questions when we clearly wanted to just enjoy the view or the meal and clearing a finished plate while my partner was still eating. We love good service, but the staff need to be trained on being available when needed, not a constant visual and verbal interuption.
We also found it very upsetting to witness workers having to clear sea grass from the waters edge in front of the hotel everyday for the whole day in the hot sun while guests lay on a few feet away being served cold drinks under the shade of beach umbrellas. What is the point? Sea grass is natural, if the hotel wants a clan beach front for guests maybe they should focus this attention on clearing the plastic away instead. We found this very unpleasant to witness everyday and very sad. What a disgrace and complete wrongful way to treat the local workforce.

The atmosphere is great. All the restaurants serve delicious food and the staff is very friendly. Hendra from Senses Restaurant helped us a lot to get to know the area, local attractions and Balinese traditions. He was very friendly and helpful.
There is not that much to do around the hotel, you need to travel by taxi to reach to the attractions.

The staff were exceptional, friendly, helpful, welcoming and warm. Really made our stay memorable. The room was much bigger than we expected, comfortable & well laid out. The breakfast was delicious and had vast selection. The pool was great & not too crowded. The beach was beautiful and staff tirelessly cleaned it. The kids club was well staffed and provided a wide selection of activities.
Hard too fault anything with the hotel. Would have liked a greater selection of Indoneisan food at the 2 pool restaurants. The location is a bit isolated if you don't have a car.

Hotel and grounds are beautifully decorated and well kept. The staff were really welcoming and friendly and could never do enough for you, particularly at Bejana restaurant. Breakfast is brilliant and the grounds are beautiful!
Whilst the hotel rooms are huge and very comfortable, I did feel they are outdated especially when we are paying £600 a night The rooms decor is fine as it’s more traditional, but amenities are old, tvs don’t have streaming or connectivity ability which makes them unusable unless you want to watch the international news. Huge number of light switches made it complicated to turn off lights! And the rooms needed some general renovation (sinks had cracks, walls had been badly patched up with plaster, floorboards in our shower for example wobbled and made it difficult to use. WiFi was poor throughout the hotel, with little to no access at pool and beachside constantly.
The beds by the pool are also very outdated and worn, they need updating.
Generally food was very good - but again the pool and beach restaurant was poor. They do not list all ingredients on the menu, so several times food turned up with other items when I specifically asked if they came any different (such as nuts as I am allergic). It took a long time and turned up being inedible as they had not stated on menus nor when asked there was nuts. The food was returned and taken off the bill but it was a faff.
Other restaurants were well staffed, food beautiful and also many options!

The property is over rated! Honestly, I thought the Ritz Carlton would be better!
The beach is full of seaweed! Not cleaned nor it’s prepared to host the beach lover! I would assume the Ritz carlton Bali decided to cut budget on the beach?
The resort is fine nothing especial to be expected: it’s just fine with no any ambiance of a regular Ritz carlton around the world.
We might had a big expectation for the Ritz?
Other than that the staff is friendly and supper helpful.
Lastly, I would not recommend the place at all for the current pricing….. not worth it

The beach access is nice. Food is average. Room is average for its price and brand. Fairly big but outdated. Diptyqie is lovely but scent is too unique to enjoy. Front desk staffs are nice. As well as the staffs by pool.
Money got stolen from my room during room cleaning. They did an investigation but of course nothing was found bc it’s cash and I expected the result as is. However the manager team kept making it seem like it’s me who forgot where I placed my money or assuming other possibilities on my end instead of further explain the investigation was very disappointing. They were answering my questions about the investigation like an answering machine, basically repeated themselves and avoided more detail to it.

The location is a bit out with little access to outside restaurants. But the Ritz arranged for a taxi which made that issue go away

I think the concept of the hotel is all rooms are facing the gardens not the beach but we didn’t like that. Having a location by the sea and you don’t enjoy the beach view from rooms is a setback. Also the Breeze cafe closes at 10:30 pm which is early in my opinion. Taking in mind the location is far from the city where you have other options.

沙灘很乾淨，退潮之後潮間帶非常精彩。是那一帶最漂亮的沙灘。海灘與泳池邊的小屋可以免費使用，躺上一整天非常放鬆。Ritz Kids小朋友非常喜歡，還有一個兒童滑水道，裡面的員工每位都對小朋友非常親切跟照顧，很感謝他們讓小朋友玩得很開心。泳池不是很大，不過維護得很好，景觀漂亮，人也不多，同時又有樹蔭，很適合小朋友玩水。房間很大，雙張大床很夠帶小朋友一起睡，房間內的配置也規劃得很好。陽台很棒，頂樓可以直接看到大海跟藍天，很舒服。內部服務人員都非常親切，餐廳邊，泳池邊，都有許多服務人員隨時提供幫助。早餐很好吃，菜色豐富，料理得也很好。雖然表訂十點半用餐結束，不過到了時間也沒有立即收拾，還有一些緩衝時間，讓我們這些比較晚起的住客可以輕鬆享用美食。要特別謝謝海灘邊餐廳的服務人員Dina，對客人相當用心，尤其對小朋友很友善，幫我們找了玩沙的工具，小朋友玩得很開心。早餐餐廳的Diva，我們想吃的水果沒了，很快就幫我們拿來，大家吃得很開心。早餐餐廳主廚跟沙灘的Widya 都很親切。感謝大家讓我們旅程很愉快。
泳池晚上七點就要消毒，小朋友沒辦法繼續玩水，比較可惜。

الفندق جمييل جداً جداً والاقامة فيه تغني عن الخروج اليومي للجزيرة لانه يحتوي على مطاعم ومسبح وشاطئ والكثير من الفعاليات اللي راح يقولولكم عليها عند الوصول. الفندق كبير جداً لدرجة ان التنقل من خلاله يكون عن طريق سيارة القولف. كذلك الغرف نظيفة جداً، خلال تواجدنا فيها لم نرى اي حشرة.
الطاقم لطيفين وودودين جداً ويحاولوا يرضوا النزلاء بكل الطرق.
الحمامات وانتم بكرامة نظيفة لكن لا يوجد بها شطاف ولكن الكرسي فيه شطاف ذاتي يغني عن الشطاف الخارجي. لا يفوتكم السبا والتقاط بعض الصور المجانية عن طريق مصوريي الفندق.

The location is very calm and the green surrounding with tropical gardens makes this place unique. The different houses are separated, which doesnt give a crowded feeling during the stay.
The biggest plus is the warm, kind and smiling employees of Ritz, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Het personeel was, zoals overal op Bali, uiterst vriendelijk. Pluspunt hier is dat ze zich echt uitsloven om het zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken! Ze kennen je gelijk bij naam. Ondanks ontbijtbuffet maakten ze speciale dingen voor ons en kwamen het brengen. Ongevraagd een bordje vers fruit, ze wisten op dag 2 al dat we nasi wilden. Werd vers gemaakt voor ons. Bij grill restaurant was de zalm te droog. Toen we er wat van zeiden, werd het na vele verontschuldigingen van de rekening af getrokken. Top! De kamer was ruim, schoon, geluidsdicht en alles voor handen met voldoende stopcontacten (opladers)
Niets viel ons tegen. Behalve toen we kenbaar maakten dat we een zeer late terugvlucht hadden en we graag iets langer op de kamer wilden verblijven. Niet in de business lounge en daar douchen! Tenslotte waren we alle 3 nachten daar verbleven en in alle restaurants gegeten. Uiteindelijk boden ze ons een andere kamer aan waar we dankbaar gebruik van gemaakt hebben.

The service was excellent. The staff were enthusiastic and courteous. The room was very nice and spacious. The pillows were one of the best among our hotel stays. The breakfast and the food in all the hotel restaurants were brilliant. We also enjoyed the complementary cooking class and coffee art class.

The in room service was really good ..tasty and well presented.. staff was polite and very warm..always ready to help..
Not living upto the standards of Ritz Carlton the brand. I had high expectations on this , but was a bit disappointed in the end.
The facilities were not very well briefed to us upon arrival. I got to know abt the sauna/steam room only on the day before leaving.
The TV in bathroom was broken . The cleaning staff didn't really arrrange things that were spread in room.
I also did not like the dustbin provided in the toilet .. have to manually lift the lid to throw toilet paper !! Being fancy is not what you need in this ,rather hygiene.
These are things you expect when you pay so much and stay in a five star hotel .
Overall felt not worthy of the cost ..
