Very good

The beach front rooms we got were right in front of the beach, which was nice and the resort wasn't big so it felt peaceful. Free kayaks and sup boards available at the beach.

- One of the bathrooms was clogged. Though the staff tried to fix it, it doesn't seem to help. - 500 thb extra bed/night was actually the convertible sofa in the room itself. It wasn't that comfortable.

Quiet place, very kind staff, perfect food, free kayak paddleboard, very nice pool, great relaxing place...

Little bit far from the center, no shops here... so for relaxing is the ideal place.rocky beach, but it doesnt matter... we stayed 4nights on the white sand and 3 nights in Serenity

Stunning location, quiet and familiar size. Staff was super friendly. Good restaurant and a couple of nice local places around.

The plunge pool wasn't as nice as we had hoped it to be. Due to it not being heated it wasn't really possible to use it at night time and during the day the sea and pool area are nicer.

The most incredible place!!!!

Wow! Where to start! Without bragging I've been to a fair few places, for work and pleasure. I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere that's been more pleasurable than Serenity! We are a family, and are traveling through Thailand. We arrived at Serenity, and were immediately treated as though we were family! From the way Louie (?) met us and showed us our villa, to the way ALL the staff made us feel welcome, it was like coming home! The place is paradise. Beautiful. The rooms and the facilities are wonderful. The food.... It's amazing! They made everything so easy. The owner lent us his car, just handed us the keys and off we went. The location was quiet and beautiful. The beds were fabulous! Everything was perfect! We will be back.

Very sweet resort hotel with nice staff

We would like to stay at a calm place, and this hotel was just what we wanted. The best thing was the staff. They made us ferl really comfortable and special :) Also the dishes that we ate here was more than we expected. If we come back again to Ko Chang, we will choose to stay here. Thank you very much for the great hospitality.

Nothing. If you need some activities in the evening, there’s nothing around here. And we reccommend to come here by own car ( or a rental car). If you have a vhicle of your own, there’s nothing bad to stay here.

Wonderful resort on a quiet beach

The staff was incredibly nice. It is always hard to get to a concise order with a family of six, and they were super patient with us. The waiters also have a wonderful sense of humour. The accommodation was lovely, the beach beautiful, the pool nice and clean. Incredible atmosphere. I totally recommend.

Amazing place, cannot wait to come back.

This property was perfect for my family. We were traveling on a public holiday here in Thailand and all the way to the destination traffic was busy, so we thought the place would be packed. However we were pleasantly surprised. This property is absolute beach front and for the duration of our stay we had the whole beach just to our selves, incredible. The staff are so polite and friendly, nothing was to much trouble. The free usage of the kayaks and beach toys was a nice touch. Food from the restaurant was delicious, huge portions and very reasonable prices. We cannot wait to go again.

The only improvement could be a potential upgrade of the tv in the room. However this did'nt effect our stay in any way. We were having to much fun on the beach. If you have kids make sure to bring their gadgets and all will be fine.
