Jestem zadowola z pobytu i hotelu.

Zależało mi na bliskiej lokalizacji do ZOO. Spodziewałam się troszkę mniejszej odległości ale była do zaakceptowania. Pieszo to około 25 minut. Obsługa hotelu jest bardzo miła. Łózko jest bardzo wygodne. Pościel i ręczniki czyściutkie. Wszystkie sprzęty działały. Polecam hotel.

Fantastyczny hotel ✨✨✨

Wszystko było genialne. Lokalizacja, czystość, obsługa, jedzenie.. super. Bardzo bardzo dziękuję i pozdrawiam.

Jedyna rzecz o której mógłbym wspomnieć to to że nie mogłem zostać dłużej 😅

Far from attractions but good for a short business trip with car.

Big parking lot (free), modern room, friendly staff. Breakfast is overpriced but OK.

A bit weird furniture arrangement: almost no access to the suitcase shelf which it is stack in a corner behind garderobe and nightstand. And very little space before the garderobe with clothes hangers which cannot be used out of it. As I was alone, I just used second bed instead of the furniture.

Room was small and almost in the attic, not very good soundproofing- could perfectly hear everyting in the corridor and neighbour rooms

best to pay a bit extra and stay in another place

the room looked ok

was super noisy - people were talking in the next room, the steps and doors from other rooms were pretty loud. someone woke us up at ~8am by knocking the door and trying to open the door, even though we had DND sign on. no one was there when I opened. and their breakfast is served until 11am which also the check-out time..

The location and surroundings of the hotel are pleasant, close to the zoo and the river. good accessibility by cycling. However, the distance to the city is 20-25 minutes of fast walking, which can be a disadvantage. A few minutes' walks is the Zabka store where food is available, open every day from 9 am to 9 pm. Inside, I liked the interiors of the interior, which is connected to the city of Wroclaw, with houses and a night guard who sets lamps on the Tumski island. It's a nice detail that adds to the atmosphere. The rooms are nicely decorated, and clean. Breakfast is fine but it must be paid for separately. I rate a dinner at the restaurant as average, the chicken soup was ok, but the tuna pizza didn't appeal to me very much. The staff at the restaurant and at the reception were helpful.

I would prefer to stay near the city centre next time. The distance from the hotel to the city is 20-25 minutes of fast walking.

Great place to stay in Wroclaw

Nice hotel with pleasant interior and friendly staff

They had a photo of a bath in the more expensive room which I booked and I really needed it after 10h drive, but it turned out there was no one. still the receptionist was sorry and downgraded my booking to a cheaper room without any problem.

Wroclaw is beautiful

Hotel super clean, amazing breakfist, nice staff, free parking, WiFi working well, close to the city (if you have a car 10 min, if you walk 35 min)

Small bathroom (specially shower) as I'm 190cm, too small for me. No view, room very small in the new building. It was OK for 1 night but definitively not for several days.

Dissapointed

Free parking

There was not a hot water in shower, stuff doesn’t know english language, we booked a large doble room, but got a small twin room. Dissapointed :(

Very good

The room was very nice, especially for its price. There was everything necessary, even sponges for cleaning shoes and a little sewing kit.

The internet stopped working on my second day staying there. I told the receptionist but nothing had changed on my third day when I had to check out, and the other receptionist knew nothing about it. It was pretty uncomfortable because I was traveling without a polish sim card. The internet was fine all the time in the main building of the hotel, but not where my room was located.
