Für Kurzaufenthalt ok

Nähe zum Dolphinarium und Creek Park, mit Kindern gut und fußläufig erreichbar.Für 20 AED ist man mit dem Taxi nach ca. 20 Minuten in der Dubai Mall und am Burj Khalifa.Ebenso in der Heritage Area in Bur Dubai.Flughafentransfer ca. 15 Minuten.Autovermietung (negativ:wir haben nicht das reservierte Auto bekommen,sondern am Tag der Abholung ein anderes,das dann auch noch 20 AED mehr gekostet hat als vereinbart) in der Hotellobby,ebenso ein Laden zum buchen von Ausflügen.Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und stets bemüht.Wir hatten ein Hotelappartement im 24.Stock.Roof Top Bar im 34.Stock prima,allerdings für Kinder gesperrt,so dass wir als Familie getrennt waren,Mama mit Kind an der Pool Bar,Papa in der Roof Top Bar,damit wenigstens einer die Skyline genießen konnte.Sehr bequemes Bett und angenehme Aircondition.Es war sehr,sehr sauber und hatte eine Waschmaschine mit Trocknerfunktion.

Wie angekündigt Ankunft mit kleinem Kind um 0:30 Uhr,wegen der späten Ankunft mussten wir im Vorfeld alle Übernachtungen bezahlen.Das Hotel war also informiert.Es gab weder ein Willkommensgeschenk für das Kind noch einen Obstkorb oder gekühlte Getränke im Zimmer,geschweige denn ein Willkommensgetränk beim Check-In.Eigentlich normal in einem 5- Sterne Hotel. Minibar war nicht befüllt.Am Check-In wurde erklärt,dass man dafür im Voraus 150 AED bezahlen muss.Wir haben gesagt OK und gebeten,die Minibar zu befüllen.Das ist leider nicht passiert.Es waren keine Handtücher für unsere Tochter da,keine Bademäntel wie beschrieben,keine Slipper,wie beschrieben Es gab nur 1 Duschgel,Shampoo,Conditioner,das wurde alles nach Reklamation aufgefüllt und war dann immer ausreichend vorhanden.Es gab keine Badematten im Bad,Rutschgefahr,musste ebenfalls angefordert werden.Es gab nur zwei Gläser zum Zähne putzen und nur zwei Messer,Gabeln,Teller,obwohl sie wussten,dass wir drei Personen sind.Musste auch angefordert werden und wurde gebracht.Keine Zahnbürsten,kein Wäscheständer,kein LaptopSafe,keine iPod Dockingstation wie beschrieben.Alle sprechen nur Englisch und kein Arabisch,weswegen eine Verständigung mit dem Personal in Arabisch quasi unmöglich ist.Um 2:00 in der Nacht waren wir dann eingerichtet und fix und fertig.Wir hatten ein 104 qm Zimmer gebucht,es hatte aber maximal 80 qm.Fur weitere Reklamationen hatten wir keine Kraft und Zeit mehr,wir waren nur 4 Nächte.

Excellent quality facilities, friendly staff. I appreciate Pragya at reception . Very efficient.

Spacious room, well laid out, very comfortable. Good views and well insulated from heat.

But last it was a good hotel and me and my family enjoyed.

The interior of hotel was very clean and neat and the staff were to kind and it was very valuable to the price.

The exterior of hotel was very dirty and the windows were because of dirt were blind and sometimes we said to them to clean the room but they didn't and it was a noisy a bit.

Awesome stay near the airport and burj.

The staff is SUPER friendly. I have been here for the 2nd time in a row and I will go here again next year. The staff is so helpfull. Breakfast is good and lot of variety. Location is just awesome (for us). Its quit neighbourhood near the airport (10 - 15min) and 10-20 min from downtown and 20-45 from Marina

If i have to mention 1 (little) thing, The waitingtime for the food was sometimes long. (from 10am). But its not that bad.

Not a great stay!

Location and view from the room.

Not worth for the money we paid. The mandatory hidden charges for 31st night party which was not clear at the time of booking. And even after paying for such a hefty amount we were not allowed to go the rooftop for fireworks. Additional amount of AED 2.5k per person was asked just to see the fireworks after paying AED 3k for the new year eve.

Property was OK

Room was not the size stated There where a compulsory Fee if AED 2400 that was not disclosed anywhere or stated on booking.com fine print.. Very deceptive.. Only after free cancelation had passed did they inform us of this fee.. Stated if we Didn't pay the reservation would be cancelled.. Would avoid this property at all cost

I was there 8 days with family. Enjoyed my stay.

There’s nothing around the location. You need a taxi for everything. There is nothing close by. Limited breakfast options for Indians.

I loved the hotel and it is a suitable place for families

Quite and beautiful hotel

Location near to the ibn Battuta mall ( waking no need car ) , breakfast, clean room , big reception area, soliman Egyptian guy is very kind and flexible.

Bathroom in bedroom has opening area like glass behind bathtub, toilet is small and has small limit area, swimming pool for kids not nice and very small size , not allowed children age 10 to 12 years old swim in the big swimming pool because they need some one sit with them and guy of swimming pool not care and not have time to looking for them.

المشكلة في موظف الاستقبال المصري عمر يوسف او يوسف الشاب للاسف اعطانا غرفة بالدور الرابع وهي قريبة من وسيلة رمي الزبالة رمما عيشنا في تعب وارهاق وعدم نوم نهائيا كان يوم متعب للغاية للعلم تم الطلب وقتها من الموظف دورا اعلى من الرابع ولم يستجب باذعاء عدم توفر سريرين سؤالي هل االسائح اتى لسماع صوت انفجارات ورمي للزبائل في اوتيل خمسة خمسة نجوم اين الذوق اين الادب اين الاحترام اين ابسط حقوق للزائر بان ياخذ راحته بعد سفر متعب في اليوم الثاني الموظفة غادة المصرية غيرت لنا الغرفة وارتحنا من اصوات مزعجة كانها تفجيرات جبال نصيحيت للساكنين لا تستمع لكلام المظفين واشترط عدم سماع ازعاج اقسم يالله كدت ارجع من حيث اتيت في نفس الليلة بسبب التعب الدي تسببوا لي فيه

Good serviced apartments for a longer stay

Bit older but very well kept and very clean property. Decent sized apartment with a generous bedroom and tons of closet space. Kitchen was well equipped, although the frying pan could use replacement. Other than that everything there to cook, wash etc. There’s a tiny (but overpriced) market on the groundfloor which has all the necessities, but delivery services are easily accessible and quick. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Although it’s officially labeled as Hyatt, you won’t get points for our membership. Those points were a big reason why I booked and it was not clear at all before arriving that this property is excluded from that program.

Perfect for our needs

We have stayed at the hotel a number of times and took an extended stay in the Residences all the convenience of the hotel but with the bonus of larger accomodations. It was perfect for our stay.

Although it was part of the same complex as the hotel and offered many advantages some of the simple things were missing ie a coffee machine and a few pods, a small supply of washing g pods or dishwasher tablets. It’s sometimes the simple things that make a holiday even more awesome
