The room was spacious and the location was okay with public beach few meters away.
visible cobwebs. the water supply was intermittent maybe because we are located at the second floor but, it would be much better to provide bucket and tabo of emergency use.

I came to Samal with my family. This place can cater to our big number which is about 14. The surrounding is very relaxing and really cozy. I book this place because it was very good value of the money I paid.
There are 3 things I just want to mention. First we were warned not to bring towels outside the resort. But we need towels when we go out to a beach area and go for a swim. I don't have intentions not to bring it back. Second, we were to wash our dishes after breakfast. Out stay includes 2 mornings of continental breakfast which was fine. I never expected to be asked to wash my dishes specially I'm on my holidays. Something this place has to look at in the future. 3rd, the gate is locked from 10pm to 6am. We understand the security and all that. My 2 nephews arrived a bit late since they have school that day. The just followed after. The arrived in the island around 12 midnight. The accommodation gate is already locked, thou the person in charge waited until 11pm. This means when the person in charge is gone, no one will open the gate for you. My sister and her husband and 2 boys has to find another accommodation that night. And also what if there is some emergency during the night? That means you are locked inside the resort.
I am writing this not to be nasty but to bring points that could improve the service in the future. That's all.
Thanks.

The ventilation on the toilet is not that good that causes a not so good smell when we open it. Hope they can improve it :)
