Overall is ok but the price can be cheaper, not worth it.

The location of Estadia was good as it was located near to the shopping centre, very convenient ,just the way to shopping center is horrible as no shop open. The staff very friendly and helpful for check-in and parking. The room prepared one time use shoes which is good for hygiene purpose.

The breakfast is not worth and is far from the Estadia, breakfast not much choice. The room is small, bedsheet got dirty stain, the kettle is dirty, the bed too soft.

The room is spacious, beautiful and clean, suitable for the needs of a large family. The staff is helpfull and quick to act when there is a problem. My kid & parent very comfortable & happy of the room & living room.

Breakfast was not informed in booking.com that I had to go to the Hatten Hotel, which made it difficult for us cz there were elderly parents and I had to push a wheelchair with a small child. If I knew it wasn't in the same hotel, I wouldn't have chosen the room with breakfast. Really disappointed. Plz update your location breakfest like you update at your direct website. The card sensor to enter the room is also problematic, we need to go to the receptionist. I got 3 cards... But all can't be used n need go to the receptionist repeated . Really annoying.

Convenient location with long-distance bus terminal at the hotel entrance. But barely 4-star hotel.

Concierge helped us to book transport to Ayer Salak. It's the second tier of Hatten Group, with check-in on 3rd floor, but at least we're spared the hordes of people in Hatten Hotel's lobby and at check-in/check-out!

Housekeeping standard was inconsistent. Telephone cables unplugged in both rooms. I had no creamer sachets whereas my cousin next door had full complement. Next day, a double quantity was placed in the bowl! There should be 2 bottles of water, but on Day 2, my empty bottle wasn't replaced so I had only half a bottle that night. No F&B on site. The restaurant is no longer operating and only 2 F&B outlets at Hatten Square next door were open at 7pm on Sunday! The fancy dessert cafe there didn't serve solid meals.

We are very happy in the place that we stay. But its will be good if you can check on the lighting.

I like about the spacious. Which is very big for 4 person, i was very happy about it.

We are unable to check in early and check out late. As our coach will be here at 2pm, the reception was very unfriendly with us. And replied a NO to our extend of hours. Duing our sleep at night,we feel very itchy. Not sure if its clean.

Its cheap but the room temperature was a complete let down

Location and ease of coach boarding is the only plus point for staying in this hotel

Room temp set to 16.5 Deg C but feels like 27 Deg C for the 3 days I stayed in it. Only after insistence did Housekeeping sent me a fan; which stayed with me for the full duration of 3 days. That was how bad the temperature situation was. Toilet tend to flood after showering, due to a glass door that doesn't close shut. No swimming Pool, No Breakfast possible All the shops in its reception level are empty and unoccupied. Its a sad scene.

Staff was very nice except that communications at the check in counter was not so good till I think a senior staff came along and took over the check in.

Junior staff at check in counter should be trained in English for better communication.
