The room was clean and well presented. Staff were super friendly and accommodating with the check-in desk making you fell welcomed. I was upgraded to a front facing room with balcony. It was a lovely surprise and the room was warm and inviting. There was a school opposite the road with sports but it wasn't too much of a noise unless I sat outside. There was building under construction behind the hotel but they did stop work at the appropriate time and the noise was minimal. All in all a good experience for the work traveler.
When I went for breakfast it started well. However, as soon as I sat down and put food in my mouth a waitress approached me to fill out a form. She needed to wait until I had finished my breakfast before requesting me to fill out forms. This was a little frustrating and didn't enjoy a relaxing breakfast but felt pressured into reviewing the service and food I hadn't even had yet. I noted a few broken items in the room. I think weekly checks need to be completed. i.e I wanted to iron my shirt but the ironing board was broken, the side lamp didn't work and had to move to the window side of the bed (which is not preferable for me) and the telephone kept beeping throughout the night until I took it off the stand.

Friendly front desk staff, clean and tidy.
Very noisy, cleaning staff were noisy in the passage in the morning, shouting at each other rather than considering that there are guests sleeping. The tv remote did not work and we could not use the tv.

Comfortable bed, fresh Linen, room smells fresh. Easy to use facilities.
Shower water takes too long to warm up.

Breakfast can improve.

The customer service. Everyone on the staff was welcoming. I felt like I was home.
Particularly apartment 313. The lock on the balcony sliding door needs to be replaced, it doesn’t lock.
The door leading into the bedroom needs to be tweaked, it’s heavy to close and makes a loud noise each time you open or close.
Each time I received fresh towels, they smelt like vinegar. Not sure whether that’s the detergent that’s used.

good size and clean.
1 be apartment facing the generator on ground floor even though I paid more fir a better room. I think this might be a booking.com problem as the hotel was apparently full.

The whole experience from check in to check out. The backup power during load shedding.
Nothing I can think of at the moment.

The property is centrally located, close to all the major attractions and malls.
- I requested an airport shuttle and received no communication further than one Whatsapp asking for my flight details. I sent a follow up email and WhatsApp but received no response.
- I was allocated a room that was adjoined to another with other guests. It was a bit uncomfortable as I could hear the guests talk and party til after 2 in the morning. I also felt a bit uneasy knowing there was only a door between me and a different party and that the door could possibly be unlocked from either side.

The room was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. The shower was very spacious.
The only thing I didn't like was the fact that we could hear people's conversations from the corridor.

Night staff at front desk were really friendly and vibrant.
I left my prescription glasses in the hotel room on the bedside table and when we asked for it the following day they could not find it and house keeping did not report them as found.
