We could not have been happier with the apartment and the location. We could walk to everything downtown. It is nicely decorated, super comfortable and quite spacious. We will definitely be returning later in the fall.

The home was just as advertised. It was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was lovely as well with the Richmond Visitor Center across the street. 10/10 would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was just as described. Short walking distance to coffee or restaurants. Short driving distance to more commercialized area. Couldn’t really figure out the TV so just used our phones to air cast. Only really needed it one night. We loved the area. The neighbors were kind and the outdoor sitting area, beautiful and peaceful. Thank you!

No plug for bath tub, TV in living room wouldn't work, no internet access, No telephone # to call, half of outlets in bedroom didn't work. There isn't a lot to do or see within walking distance of apartment. Nice rooms, clean and comfortable. Nice place - good for overnight and go to Irish Pub or longer if have doings at college

This place was perfect for my son’s graduation from EKU. I rented one and my dad rented another so family got to stay in the same place. We could visit and hang out in the living room or at the dining room table and then go to our own space to sleep. It was only .3 miles from my son’s off-campus apartment, so we could all walk back and forth. Details like water in the fridge and pods for the keurig were awesome. Definitely recommend for anyone staying a few nights in Richmond.

My husband had come to the area for bourbon tours and stayed overnight. Such a cute clean place! It was within walking distance to a local brewery, Dreaming Creek which had delicious beers and we found a little Irish Pub nearby that had live music. It was a perfect little get away!

Found ourselves needing a place to stay in Richmond for a night on the way back home from NC. We have stayed in one of Andrew’s apartments before and were very happy, so we were thrilled to find that there was an apartment available for the night. Andrew was quick to reply to our questions, and we had another wonderful stay. The apartment was spotless, welcoming and comfortable. We will stay again anytime we are in the area! Thank you Andrew for creating such a home away from home!

Excellent stay! We were only in Richmond for an evening but this was an excellent place to stay! Easy in and out. Extremely clean and well stocked. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

We loved the place we only had one issue we were in the bedroom which is all the way in the back and we heard voices in our apartment!!!! We got dressed and went out into the living room and the people that were staying next door came in to our apartment by mistake!!! Their code opened our door!!!! It was very scary because we had no idea who it was until we went out to see. I really think you should have a lock that can be used on the inside so this doesn’t happen.

This is the 2nd time my husband and I have stayed at this property. Couldn’t be happier with everything. Andrew is great to work with, the place is extremely clean, decorated very tasteful, and warm and cozy. The location is perfect for what we needed, which was a sporting event at EKU coliseum (don’t take 5 minutes to get there). Would highly recommend this property.

What a great rental unit! Super cozy unit with just the right amount of amenities in a great and quiet location. Owner was quick with communications. Highly recommend staying here while in Richmond!

I stayed here as a halfway point along a road trip (both ways) and was disappointed my stay was so short! Such a beautiful place I wanted to stay longer. It is beautifully decorated, ample space for my dog & I, and most importantly had a very welcome feeling. I will 100% stay here again the next time I take the road trip! And maybe for longer :)

The property is well designed and outfitted. It is located in a nice area close to shopping and restaurants The only issues were a under cabinet light that didn't work and the refrigerator ice maker which didn't make ice.

Other than the stairs to climb and a little further than walking distance unless you are young and in shape. The place itself was like out of a Home and Garden Magazine. The bed was like sleeping on a dream and loved the pillows. I would definitely send others there and if we were back in the area, I would request one of the lower floor apartments.
