I stay here 3 times a year when work sends me out west and I love it every time.

The staff were always so friendly and wonderful. Room service was always served hot and delicious. The cafe was open at a great time for breakfast and the food delicious. The staff were again, fantastic. Steak is cooked perfectly, chips are crunchy and salty, the Explorers Burger tasted like homemade patty and so juicy and delicious, vegetables were fresh and perfectly cooked. Loved that the room was cooled before I arrived, and it's always wonderfully quiet. No lights from outside shine into the room either, which is perfect because I'm a light sleeper. I LOVE buscuits with the tea and coffee station!

Nothing really. The tiniest little issue was that room 413 doesn't have a phone, but that isn't really a problem and I understand that room just had some wiring issues that were being worked on. The no-phone was overcome by just calling reception from my own mobile, so it's like, not even an issue.

Exceptional

Rooms were big and cool, not at all stuffy. Location was great, didn’t have to go into Roma. Options to eat at the restaurant or the steakhouse across the road. Will absolutely be staying again!

Choose to stay here because it is a great place to have a break when travelling long distances.

Friendly staff and property and grounds maintained. Always clean. Guests cars are always under cover and easily accessed to room, appreciate that vehicles are not in the hot sun or rain. Pool area is great.

Always stay in Roma midway when travelling from Brisbane- Barcaldine.

Beautiful grounds and facilities. Always lovely and clean and linen always white and fresh. Friendly staff. Pool and surrounds are well maintained.

Everything, great location, accommodated parking with a trailer, very comfortable room and bed. Restaurant serves excellent food. Staff were cheerful and very abliging!
