いいホテルでした

バスとトイレが別になっていたので快適でした。お部屋もキレイで本当に過ごしやすかった。朝食も美味しかったし、言う事無しです

The room was large and clean; very close to Sendai train station; a nice neighborhood

There was no lounge; the Caffe room was opened only for breakfast; no complimentary coffee/tea; onsen without windows

快適で良かった

全部とっても綺麗でした。

お風呂がたくさんの人過ぎて、洗い場に行列ができてました。混み具合が分かると嬉しい。朝食も片付て無いテーブルが多く、座る場所がなく、2人掛けに3人で座りました

整體住宿感受舒適，下次仍會想再回來住宿，值得推薦。

1. 房間乾淨舒適，飯店環境很好。 2. 位置離車站很近、方便。 3. 不小心忘了帶走私人物品，感謝服務人員幫忙尋回及寄送。

1.可惜飯店沒有提供免費停車服務。但是還好有臨時車位可供暫時下行李使用。 2. 小學生不能與大人使用同一張床，一家四口無法住在同一房間。

Really nice

The room was super spacious, the room lights were great, the bathroom and bed was comfortable to use, and the staff was very helpful. The location is also a close to the station.

It was a nice stay and I’d love to stay at this hotel again when I come to Sendai next time.

This hotel is very close to the station and has a big tub:) The room was clean too.

This hotel is located at the opposite side of the busy district, so it’s a little bit far from many famous eating and drinking establishments around the station.

Enjoyable stay!

Room spacious and very clean. Bath room is so spacious too. Onsen is a bonus point especially after a long flight. Location is near JR and Shinkansen towards East exit. Lots of eateries and malls around.

Great staff, close to Sendai station

Very close to Sendai station, a 5 minute walk if you follow the right exit, and it’s close to 2 konbinis. The staff spoke basic English, but they were super helpful and kind. The room is cleaned every day that’s very convenient. There’s a public bath but sadly I did not find the opportunity to try it 🙈

Minor things, like there was no safe in the room and the room air felt a bit stuffy without the air conditioner on.

very clean and modern. Public bath in the wellness centre is excellent which allows you to relax after a busy day. Also has a deep bath in our double room too.

The bed is very soft and comfortable, and they have devided toilet and bath into 2 separate rooms，this is awesome and cool.but i think maybe we can add up a clean about the edge gap of bathtub（？。It doesn't need to be very frequent, just once a week or two then will be very wonderful.

the location is a bit far from the station, so not that convenient for passengers with heavy luggage.and At the same price, it didn’t performance that well.I am pleased to look forward to their better change.However,for their present situation maybe u can consider the more comfortable one for u i think

Superb

Relatively close to JR station (East Exit). Friendly staff. Has onsen (indoor) and laundry (at 300 yen + dryer at 100yen for 15mins). The gyudan restaurant diagonally opposite the hotel is delicious.

The room is relatively small. Just a note that a section of the path to JR is under construction, so if you have big luggage, would be challenging to walk to the hotel.

was a good stay for the money and location

everything was as you would expect in a Japanese property for this cost. clean, friendly efficient. the onsen was excellent! location is great, breakfast was as you would expect, not too little not too extravagant. security with the elevator is nice.

rooms were pretty small and the vanity sink in the room (not in a separate room like the bathroom) was awkward
