The house does not have central air, but we have AC units in 3 bedrooms and an additional portable unit that can be set up on the first floor if needed. Some friends and I (35-45 yrs old) rented this great house during Memorial Day weekend. It was exactly what we needed. Heated pool was a bonus since it was still chilly. We explored the towns during the day, and relaxed at the house during the evening. Netflix was a perc too! Enough space for a lot more than our 6 guests, plenty of room for guests w/kids (and the dog) too. Made breakfast in the kitchen, and BBQ'd one night. Definitely a great home to rent, we highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience. We had just finished attending two Big Law School and Grad School graduations the week before and we were all ready to relax. We were 8 adults. The house sleeps 10. It has an open floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen. The outside deck and pool were our favorite hangout place. The beaches are close by; our favorite was Old Silver beach. Downtown Falmouth and the bike path and golf courses were all a short drive from the home. The home has 2 full bathrooms and an outside shower and a large fenced in backyard and plenty of pool toys and board games.
In short, if you have a large family or are two families, this house is perfect. It has lots of comfortable beds, the open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen and the location were all just perfect for our family.

We recently rented this property with two other families (6 adults and 5 children). It was the perfect size for our group! The house has three showers, including an outdoor shower, so no one was fumbling over one another to get ready and out of the house to enjoy our various Cape adventures. The pool MAKES this house! While we did take advantage of multiple nearby beaches (Old Silver being our favorite), having the pool as an option made our lives easier because it was built-in entertainment for the children! The lawn is expansive and perfect for a variety of games. We brought our own cornhole set, wiffle bat and ball, etc. This house is very well maintained, with beautiful hardwood floors and exposed wood ceiling beams. If you should have an overcast day, I would recommend heading to Main Street in Falmouth. It is a quick drive from the house and it offers shopping and entertainment for all ages. The kids enjoyed picking out a book at Eight Cousin's Childrens Bookstore, our husbands enjoyed a pint (or two) at Liam Maguire's and my friends and I enjoyed picking out a few coastal themed housegoods at Setting the Space. The owner of the property was so easy to deal with when we were booking this rental. Our group is already talking about going back again next year!

We rented 6/2017 and consider it a great summer rental. Since we rented early in the season the days were still fairly cool. We felt the pool would be a great asset for everyone’s enjoyment.
We brought some lawn games and there was a nice space beside the pool to hang out and enjoy our time together. The fenced in yard made it perfect for our children and pet. The covered outside eating area was great for staying out of the sun to watch everyone in the pool and a nice picnic spot. The house had an open space where everyone could be eating, watching TV, playing games, or cooking. The bedrooms are spacious and 3 of them air conditioned. Plenty of parking on the driveway with good storage in their garage which made it easy to pull up and organize for the beach or other activities.
A great location that’s not far from Old Silver Beach, Woods Neck Beach, Cape Cod Bagel, ice cream and many of our favorite haunts. The owner was very helpful and accommodating and easy to reach.
We had five adults and 2 kids and our pets and we’d surely like to rent it again!

This is a beautiful home, immaculate and in a great location. It has a gorgeous pool and even though we stayed there in September, it was warm enough for us to enjoy the pool several times. The picture does not do the pool justice. It is one of the loveliest home pools I have ever seen. The house is spacious with lots of room for a couple of families or guests. We were allowed to bring our two dogs and it is rare to find such a beautiful place that allows pets. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs. We really enjoyed sitting on the large covered patio, also. There are lots of chairs and lovely furniture for sitting by the pool or on the patio. The location is wonderful, close to many nice restaurants and the town of Falmouth which has many adorable shops. It is also close to several beaches and is a great starting location to visit other towns on Cape Cod. The owner was very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. We are very much looking forward to staying there again this fall!

We had a great vacation in this house. We had 8 people (4 adults, 4 kids) for the entire week and had friends come visit for a few nights and there was plenty of space. We LOVED the private pool and spent more time there than at the beach. The kids loved the foosball table in the garage and we spent almost every evening sitting on the back porch while the kids swam in the pool. It was close enough to the beaches that we could get there quickly anytime we wanted. We would definitely stay there are again and would recommend to anyone else looking for a great vacation in Falmouth.
