The property is dated and needs a deep cleans and a new carpet!

Spacious, good location, had a hob and ski room which was unexpected
No wifi, limited resources (e.g. bin bags, toilet roll) and hard to find

Very nice location close to shops and parking.
Not very clean and room a bit small for 4 people..

The apartment was well located and well equipped with everything that we needed for a few days stay. Key pick up and drop off was very straightforward
The beds and decor were very dated, unlike some of the other apartments ours hadn't been refurbished. It was clean enough but far from spotless. The ski lockers don't have any way of drying boots.

The ski-to-door is more like pole-to-door, as the routes to the front and rear doors are pretty flat. It wouldn't put us off returning though, even though ski-to-door is one of our highest priorities. The layout of the apartment, with a proper, closable door between the two sleeping areas, is great for families with small children. The apartment is cosy and warm, with plenty of hot water. The location and aspect of the apartment are great. It is sunny and has beautiful views overlooking many pistes, lifts, mountain peaks and the resort centre. It is a short walk from the Falaise car park, and an even shorter walk to restaurants, shops, ski hire, and the Sherpa grocery shop. This apartment is compact: totally unsuitable for 5 people, despite having 5 beds, especially if skis and boots need to be stored in the apartment. As two adults and two small children we found that we had just enough circulation space. Storage-wise, plenty of cupboard space and shelving is provided, but two of our suitcases spent the week in the middle of the living room because we couldn't find anywhere to tuck them out of the way.
The pre-arrival cleaning was not done. Maeve didn't get cleaners round until Wednesday evening, and they only did part of the job. There is a serious dust problem in the apartment, which might be due to the building's ventilation system not being well maintained, as, even after the cleaners had been, and with me vacuuming and wet-wiping every day, a layer of dust was over anything we left out overnight or all day.
There was no ski locker key provided, despite it being advertised with a locker, so we had to store the skis and boots in the apartment. I reported this to Maeve the day after arrival but the matter was not resolved all week.
There are no plug sockets in the kitchen for the kettle, coffee machine and toaster, and only two spare in the rest of the apartment: one by the bunk beds and one outside the bathroom door. So to boil the kettle we had to unplug the TV and stand the kettle on a dining chair, or carry a table out to the space outside the bathroom door. Every time we had to charge our phones we had to unplug a wall light. Crazy in the 21st century.

The location of the hotel, close to the lift.
Kitchen was well equipped ,a lot of plates so we were able to use the dishwasher ( the best in the property) and linen were plenty.
We had a good time .Will go again if the prise stay the same☺
The toilet was very dirty. There was no toilet paper .
It did say on the advert double bed and two bulk bed but is was uncomfortable sofa bed+ single bed on the top in the dining room and two bulk beds in the corridor.

Excellent location with lovely views. Close to the welcome centre, virtually ski in-ski out, close to restaurants and town centre.
The beds were uncomfortable, especially for grown adults, but the bedding was good. Shower had poor pressure.

it was fine, facilities and location decent
No hot water. Unhelpful staff. Unresponsive customer service email.
In the middle of winter with no hot water, no other options given, we were using a friends apartment for showers a 15 minute walk away.
When our friends left we had to end our trip a day early because it was not possible to spend 2 days on the mountain without a shower. No alternatives offered.
It’s been a month since and customer service has ghosted me, and Booking is unable to do anything because the property refuses to communicate with them. No compensation what so ever despite they got the room back a day early in the middle of peak winter season.

Location and cleanliness
Some of the cleaning materials were insufficient for a week stay. For example, there was only 5 pieces of washing machine detergent tablets. It would be best if this could be a reasonable amount like 7 pieces (one per day).
But overall, everything was great including the polite, helpful staff :) This is just a minor improvement point.

Staff super friendly and helpful. Location was perfect, we got moved to the Datcha residence which was actually better than the falaise as it was much more central. Ski in ski out and very close to supermarket and plenty of restaurants and bars. Check in was at the agency which is beside the Chapka hotel, staff even offered us luggage storage on the last day and let us get changed after our last morning skiing.
Interior was a bit dated but absolutely fine for the week. Good cooking facilities for ski accommodation. Was fine for 3 adults, any more would have been very cramped. 7 euro surcharge for towels which was fine had we have been told in advance.
