Good size room and bed
Poor standards, poor facilities, no hot water, poor or no food

The staff were friendly & went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.
The hotel is within walking distance of the Red Fort, Jama Masjid & Chandi Chouk. There are plenty of eateries nearby.
If you are looking for a Western type hotel, this is not for you, however if you are looking for an authentic Indian experience, then this is the place. I would definitely stay here again.

Good size room. Clean and comfortable. Room service food was good and reasonably priced. Hotel located in quiet location. Walking distance to Redfort and Spice Markets.
Wifi reception was too weak to use on 3rd floor.
3.2
Very clean. Good size rooms and not far from shops via tuck tuck
The area was very rough. Checked in very early hours of the morning and was quite unsure.

The room was comfortable and clean.
-The staff at reception was very helpful and profesional. The rest of the staff not so much (and for some reason they kept trying to sell me alcohol).
-There is only room service, and they had ran out of several dishes.
-There is a lot written about the location in the other comments. The hotel is indeed located in a more abandoned area, but I never felt unsafe walking around there. A bigger problem might be that it is not that easy to explain the address to drivers, and several streets in the area where closed. So expect to walk part of the route when you arrive. There is a metro station at a convenient distance. To summarize: the location is no issue for people who have been travelling already for a while in India with limited luggage, but is not ideal for people just arriving in India, travelling with heavy luggage, or women travelling solo.

Good place for 1 night in Dehli, quick uber to good food. Further from Airport but walking distance to see the Red Fort.
Area is very downtown and might not feel safe for people travelling alone

Everything else! Airport pickup with Kumar was exceptional. Staff very helpful. If there was a problem we just rang down and they fixed it. They changed the set top box on our telly! Good hot shower. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Room service food was tasty and hot. They let us keep a room till 2pm on leaving day.
The location was not the best. In a crowded industrial area with no restaurants near. Perfect for the Red Fort though!
3.2
Perfect location for the Red Fort and Jamid Masjid metro line. Airport shuttle well worth it for the price of our stay, and our driver was very good. Breakfast in the basement good, and very friendly staff!
We had hot water the evening we arrived, but then it didn’t work the rest of our stay, which was frustrating. It was a bit make shift with buckets in the shower for the overflow. Rooms a bit musty and damp and air conditioning also didn’t work, until the staff told is the switch for it was in the corridor and had been turned off?! Weird! Corridor was also quite noisy throughout the night and thin doors.
