would recommend for families who are looking for great location and value for the price.

Daniella was very response and Prince went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and cared for. We apprecaite the location (very convenient with tram/s-bahn, short ride to Zurich HB), grocery store just a 4 min walk away.

Convenient location near grocery store and tram

Easy key pickup and assistance was provided for pull out bed in quick fashion

Recommend a microwave in kitchen and a few adaptors foir those coming from other countries

Highly Recommended. I will book Again next time.

Host was really nice and helpful . Apartment was free and he gave us permission to very early check-in. It was really needed for us because we arrived in zurich early morning. #location is good. 2-3 minit away from tram, super market. # Apartment was big. Perfect for 5 person.

# They don’t have parking. Had to park another location and its very expensive.

Clean apartments close to tram but quiet

Instructions for getting to the apartment was excellent and the location worked really well. It was all very clean.

We needed the sofa bed which was already made up however one part wouldn't stay up which wasn't a problem as only one person using but could be if you needed 2 to sleep on it. It also meant we didn't like to try and put it up so could only sit at the table.

The apartment is very bad, dirt everywhere, not clean, there is no elevator, you cannot sleep because of the inconvenience, you hear footsteps and feel as if it is yours, but it is from the apartment above you, an uncomfortable, dirty bed, the worst apartment I entered. You can increase the amount and book a better hotel than this price. I did not sleep for three days. I sleep during the day because of the inconvenience

Budget appartment in Zürich

The appartments were clean and tidy. Had all the amenities we needed. Hosts also kept some cola and water and yummy treats as a welcome gift in the appartment. Even if we never met the host, they were very quick in responding via Booking.com and went out of the way to make our stay comfortable. One example of it is providing us the converter instantly as ours was not working. The location is good. Main station and center is reachable via tram. For the price we pay, this is a good deal in Zürich.

Filthy apartment, squeaky floors, terrible terrible bed and i end up having a back pain. as i said it was like a hostel.

i can only say the location

It’s a massive list. I am not a critic but i am trying to find something positive to say about that apartment. it’s not for families to stay in this, it’s more like a hostel where group of people stay to hang out and not bother about the state of the apartment.

Cleanliness is good. Location is perfect.

Overall the place needs a bit of updating, floors in each room is too squeaky, bathroom door is too noisy to close, pillows are too small( not comfortable for to rest on). Air inside the apartment isn't the best checking in, my husband started coughing, so we had to open all the windows to get better air circulation .

It was just good.

Fecility to keep our luggage after check out :-)

No lift to the 3rd floor. No electric stove for cooking. The gas stove very difficult to start the fire in the stove.

The place is a nice apartment with good facilities inside and great location.

We had a good stay, the place is a nice apartment with good facilities inside and great location. Great communication from hosts and good information about the stay. The location is great with a supermarket and tram stop a one minute walk away.

Parking can be tricky/expensive so a great place to stay if not driving while in Zurich! The hosts made us aware of this prior to the stay.

Good value for money

Good value for money for Zurich. The location is good and you can get to the tram station on foot in just five minutes, then to the center in 15 minutes by tram. Rooms are large, heaters work, hot water, all good. Kitchen is well equipped. Shared washer and dryer in the basement, great for long stays.

The property is a bit run down. Weird smell in the entire apartment. Black spots on bathroom ceiling. Bathroom curtain that is only long enough to cover 3/4 of the bath tub. Broken tiles on the window shutters. Provided broomstick was full of hair. With some maintenance and much more thorough cleaning, it could definitely be a great place to stay.

Near from everything

If you don't know the city and need a well located place. This is for you. Also, having a kitchen to prepare your own food will save you a good amount of money. In general I highly recommend it, the only downside is related to the comfort, but they will welcome you very well. Thank you for the snacks btw;)

It's a little bit hard to take a shower and the floor make a lot of noise. This is a problem specially during the night, since you can hear from the up floor as well.
