À éviter , repas médiocres et spa indisponible

À part les œufs ou omelette la plupart des propositions de salades ou charcuterie étaient levés tant de la veille. Jus en eau aromatisée Le café était correct .au repas de midi et du soir , c'est honnêtement digne de la cantine militaire pâtes et pizza laissées à l'abandon dans un coin , paella avec quelques rares morceau de volaille , viande de bœuf ou de porc digne de semelles de chaussures . Même les hamburgers du snack bar de la piscine étaient meilleurs . Ne parlons pas du buffet des entrées ou des desserts ,Connexion wifi ne passe quasi pas et très lente .jai choisi cet hôtel car il y avait un spa , d'où fussent en entretien pour la semaine , en compensation on m'offre un repas au restaurant de l'hôtel à la carte , mais vu à part les plats du all in , impossible de prendre autre chose. Seule point positif de cet hôtel : la réception et le es serveuses .les boissons all in : alcool locaux de vases maus aucun jus de fruits , les cocktails plein de colorants et de sucre avec des jus aromatisés .

Présentation et fraîcheur , choix , qualité des boissons et de tous les repas , propreté de la chambre qui a besoin de rafraîchissement com me e tous l'hôtel. Gros points à revoir : le bruit et impossibilité de dormir avant 1:00 du matin

OK place nice staff, but lacking.

Staff were nice. Constantly replaced food so it was always warm which I thought was good.

The WiFi was atrocious completely unusable for even basic websites. Room smelt moldy and had ants. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. 3 stars at best.

Playa real review

Everything, absolutely amazing.... lovely hotel, staff and location. Will definitely return again for another stay.

The worst part avout staying here is having to go home! 🤣

good was okish, standard Spanish all inclusive hotel. reception staff were not that helpful or friendly. the entertainme

it had a few different facilities, a shop, private sky lounge and spa, it’s just a shame they don’t tell people about the facilities at check in so you can utilise them

there was a terrible banging noise every night coming from the sky lounge, I didn’t have one night sleep. I did mention this multiple times to the reception staff and they just said they couldn’t do anything about it. so I recommend not staying on 4th floor if you can help it

Disappointing - very bad food and outdated facilities

Staff is really nice and friendly!

Not worth paying for this price for the all inclusive as the food is very bad (and no healthy choices outside the very limited variety of basic sliced cucumber and tomato)… so you end up eating in restaurants anyways. Included drinks are okay, not great. The hotel is outdated and needs urgent maintenance! In our apartment, parts of wall light were missing (leaving an exposed light bulb on the wall), shower fixtures were broken and fell apart each time when used, curtains by windows were very dirty and the shower curtain seemed ancient and was smelly - to name a few. The outdated state of the hotel is very obvious and management should not need customer feedback to initiate action.

Good

Hotel was very clean and pool facilities were great. Drinks were good too, and staff were very friendly. Cannot fault this hotel apart from the food.

The food wasn’t good at all, we ate out every night! Lucky we was in a great location for restaurants nearby. Disappointed as we payed for all inclusive and didn’t feel like we was able to make the most of it. Apart from this the hotel was great!

Amazing hotel

It was our first time in Tenerife. We were celebrating our honeymoon. The hotel was fantastic. Staff were all very friendly and the activities and the facilities were brilliant. Everything was very clean and the cleaners cleaned our room everyday which was nice. Our room was very spacious and the balcony was lovely to sit out in and the enjoy the amazing views.

Their was absolutely nothing we did not like. Apart from having to depart after such an amazing time.

definitely isn’t a 4 star, 3 at a push….. hotel and staff need a revamp

good location, not in the centre but only ten mins out, the room and hotel were quite clean

found the staff extremely rude, I felt like asking them simple questions was a complete chore for them to do, and the manager in the Resturant was by far the rudest. there’s not enough tables, bars or Sunbeds for the amount of guests they have although I do understand it was school holidays, also the beds round the kids pool were filthy with black mould 🤢. and I found the service very slow , the snack bar was very limited, also there is no snacks in the evenings so isn’t great if your travelling with young children, the nearest shop is ten mins walk.

Clean hotel not worth the money quite expensive for facilities available

the property was clean, the baby/kids pool was good but completely around the other side of the hotel to the main pool so if you have older and younger children this can be quite difficult.

The location is 15-20 mins walk from the beach but completely uphill on the way back. The baby pool is around the back compared to the main pools. The main pool is very small and shallow and no floats allowed even though they sell them in the shop. Hotel wouldn’t allow me to book late check out even though earlier in the week when I asked they said it wouldn’t be a problem. i took 1 less person due to illness and even though I emailed and tried to call with no success they refused to even give me €1 discount

Nice spot to relax

Nice hotel, need bit of refurbishment but clean and comfy. Excellent staff, so friendly and helpful

Entertainment programme very poor. Some entertainment for small kids but nothing for teenagers. Large buffet but food wasn't nice at all and I found it hard to pick something to eat

Superb

Staff very pleasant and relaxed when getting drinks.

Very steep hill to get to the beach and bars. OK going down but back up for two 70 year old a bit of a Struggle. Not seen any mention of a hill location.

we have stayed before, everything about this hotel is fantastic, food and food choices are good, our room was fantastic and beds very comfortable, the staff - reception, bar, restaraunt, cleaners all brilliant

won’t be going back and even suggested to the bar staff to reloacate to the iberostar hotel down the road which is 100%

Bar staff and staff throughout hotel they were amazing , EXCEPT FOR THE SINGER Elliot

Basic food , and very little variety , certainly not a four star hotel , key cards didn’t work daily , best part of the hotel was the bar staff they were amazing , EXCEPT FOR THE SINGER Elliot , rude rude man who thinks he owns the place and is some sort of celebrity

Great Holiday

Hotel was lovely and clean...staff very friendly..we had an apartment room which had a large kitchen in it as well. Balcony was massive and got the sun from around 11am. Food was not too bad at all, not always hot but I always have to use a microwave in any hotel. The drink was good..I enjoyed the Cava. The whole area if the hotel ground was lovely and spotlessly clean.

I didn't like the queuing system in morning for Breakfast because if people was waiting on omelettes it held the queue up, wasn't great if you just wanted cereal but we managed ok. It wouldn't stop us from returning.

Superb

Our second stay of the year - this time for my partners birthday - will no doubt be back again.

Just like my birthday we got a bottle of wine - unfortunately it was red wine and neither of us drink red. Tried to swap it but wasn't allowed so we gave it away to one of the staff.

This hotel is great value for money. In a lovely area, it is more quiet than Las Americas.. it feels cleaner and safer at night. The staff are lovely, the food was excellent. Lots of fresh food cooked in front of you which I liked, fresh paella, linguistines, pork steak .. and there was always pizza pasta and chips if you didn't like to venture. Salad bar was great too. Plenty of canarian food which we love ! There is a snack bar too and the drinks are excellent and slushes included ! Overall the stay was brilliant. And the pool was heated too which makes a big difference. Spa was brilliant with 1 hour free. One of the best sauna and steam rooms I have ever used. Will definitely be back.

Sad to say we will not arrive again.

Beds very comfy. Room was clean.

Food not good. Wi-fi just hopeless to use and not possible to use in the room. Staff mostly not pleasant. Shower was not good, almost no water coming out. The place needs renovation, a make over… painting on walls, new signs, almost overall renewal.

Good location very old hotel, rooms aren’t pleasant

Good location, friendly staff, good shower in the room.

The room wasn’t clean- sand on the floor. The wallpaper is coming off, feeling like you live in the room with construction/renovations going on. WiFi doesn’t exist in the room despite having all the passwords. Food choice and quality poor.
