It was just perfect .. Like a dream..

Priveliștea era superbă! Personalul de la recepție ne comunicativ, cameristele erau drăguțe și foarte amabile și era curățenie în rest nimic de spus.

Fantastisk utsikt! Stora rymliga rum. Jättetrevlig personal. God frukost. Bra garage. 3 km till Trogir, promenadavstånd.
Middagen, var ej god!

There were beaches below the hotel that are very nice.
There was no water in the hotel, the staff told us to buy a bottle in the supermarket that was 15 mins away, the terrace with the pool was messy and the sun shades were making very annoying sounds (due to the age). One part fell out. Service was ok, but it's obvious the staff is not well trained in this area. Due to no water situation everything smelled like canalization (even prior to that situation). The hotel is situated right above the crane, which makes the view not so attractive as they claim, and the front part of the hotel looks very unkept. It deserves 2 star at most.

The rooftop pool was great however, the terrace itself was poorly managed. The staff behind the bar obviously didn’t want to be there. My friends umbrella collapsed and she almost got hit in the head by a metal pole. The staff member saw this occurring and did nothing to help or to compensate afterwards.
The hotel looks nothing like the photos, there was a crane outside our hotel balcony which obstructed the view for many rooms. The breakfast buffet was of terrible quality with little organisation. The hotel rate is so much higher than what it should be.

The best thing about this properly was it’s location out and away from the crowds around old town but close enough to take a quick Uber or a water taxi from the Baotic marina which is a couple of blocks away the hotel. Adults only also contributed to the peaceful atmosphere. Wonderful local cuisine prepared by the chefs and very friendly staff who made our stay memorable.
The view… kidding of course! The view of the marina and coastline to Split was magnificent.

Rooftop pool and bar amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful
Toilet and shower lacked privacy. Room air conditioning didn’t go cold enough and rest of hotel had no air conditioning. Room didn’t have tea and coffee making facility

The room wasn’t cleaned enough and there were ants all over the floor and even in the mattress. I was also in the pool area and the umbrella just closed because of the wind and the bartender did not do anything. I’m pretty sure there’s a better option for that price.

Staff was super friendly and helpful, super clean, location close to a really nice beach
There could be more options for breakfast (vegan / vegetarian), the inside pool wasn't available and the gym was tiny and a lot of equipment not working

the hotel was not beachfront, well we have seen it but distance was 300m. luckily hotel was having a pool

Awesome view on the bay of Trogir and marina
Superb modern bathroom integrated in the room with electrical floor heating, so you can enjoy bare foot :)
Excellent breakfast with a view
SPA included in price
Saunas could be larger for a hotel, but indoor pool with massages does good job

Very nice hotel with an amazing view on the beach and nearby islands. Excellent fresh breakfast.
The road below the hotel is a little bit noisy when you are staying on the balconies

Rooftop pool is amazing, nice view.
Parking in garage available.
Allowed us to use the facilities after check out.
Our room was full of mosquitos that didnt let us sleep whole night.
Location is not the greatest.
Spa and pool would probably get full very soon in high season, as we did low season it was ok.
Could use some adaptions and renovations. Concept is amazing, but doesn't feel like a high-end hotel.

Modern hotel with large rooms and super comfortable beds. The view on the Trogir bay is priceless and it's only couple of minutes walk down to the beach promenade.
I have never understood the open bathroom/toilet concept. Well, I still don't get it. That's the only negative thing I have to say about the rooms.

Juices at the breakfast are awful, not drinkable, I felt sickness after it...

The only redeeming factor of this hotel was the reliable wifi
Imagine a hotel built out of the cheapest materials possible and staffed at bare minimum. Worst 4 star hotel I have ever stayed at.
Dated and unattractive. The pool was a mess, no body clearing towels/ashtrays. No lunch or snacks available. Nothing in our mini bar. Horrible signs everywhere saying things like don’t urinate in the pool.
The breakfast was chaos, understaffed. Food quality very poor. Fruit so old it was inedible. Everything else running low/ out of stock.
Dinner was bland and low quality.
Long distance walk from anything nice in Trojir.

Beautiful view of the sea from the rooms.
Good parking in the garage.
Helpful reception staff. Possibility of later check out.
Little variety of food for breakfast.
On the roof by the pool you can hear the nearby expressway.
In the room we heard every flush from the upper floors which woke us up every morning. It was an unpleasant sound like a concrete pipe rolling.

The Staff allows all your custom needs. They have even offered us the possibility to stay overnight in the pool with the music on. We call it a YES hotel.
Breakfast was not as expected. Eggs and pancakes are of low quality, the coffee machine was not working. Also, the rooms don't have balcony privacy.

Roof top with pool and view is amazing. Little bit sadden that massage at spa wasn't available for whole day when we asked :(
Breakfast were pretty rich for majority of the clientele, but for me who doesn't eat animal products at all there weren't many options. Mostly just veggies or fruit, bread, oats and soy/rice milk, but no veggie protein :( even though I asked for it weeks before arrival. Breakfast manager tried his best and he managed to get at least tofu with hummus for next day, but overall I was expecting more from such a beautiful hotel. For example vegan sausages and yogurt, baked beans, avocado or tempeh anything with some source of plant-based protein. I don't think it's necessary to have all of it on breakfast all the time, but when customer mentions that he/she has this type of diet, I think it shouldn't be an issue to provide at least few sources of plant-based protein upon arrival :)

Nice room, big balcony with great views. The roof terrace/pool is nice and looks over the whole area.
The wellness area was a bit lacking given the price of the stay — it's just an indoor pool with a couple of very small cabin-type saunas (the kind designed for your home, rather than more comprehensive, permanent structures.) The roof pool is novel but the environment on the roof terrace is a bit bland and there's a road running right behind that's quite loud so it's not the most serene place. Overall, it's a nice place but for £200+ a night, I've stayed in much more luxurious hotels.

Welness rooms are great apart from the all glass open bathrooms which might be inconvenient for couples.
Staff at restaurant could be more communicative. Breakfast and Dinner both had quite poor selection.

The drivers that picked us up (by taxi) from Ola was very nice!
The waiter at the morning buffet was very proffesional, and kind.
The view.
The rooftop was a mess.
Had a hard time ordering coffee/softdrinks at the restaurant.
The breakfast buffet was horrible. However the Eggs & Bacon cooked to order was excellent.
Was ''told of'' by a waiter at the evening buffet, because we hadn't booked a table. Funny enough; we asked the young man with the long blond-ish har during the afternoon, if we should book at table. The answer was 'No', we should just show up.
The evening buffet was horrible.

Came here 3 years ago by boat…it was privately owned and superb. It has been bought by a local industrialist[Owns boat yard and other local hotels.]However à la carte restaurant has gone…replaced by second rate buffet[Bad..like school food!]We booked on half board and were forced to eat out.]
Still a great location and good yet demoralised staff.I\t needs TLC.
Terrible bu[ffet and sad breakfast

Amazing views across the bay towards Trogir and Split further down the coast. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of choice including hot food on demand.
The bathroom facilities in the room lacked a little privacy with glass cubicle not containing noise. The buffet supper was variable in quality. Some nights excellent other nights poor. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

Overall it was a really good experience, the room we had was 406, it was spacious and had everything we needed, we both had a great night sleep in the beds. All of the staff we met were helpful and professional and nothing was to much trouble, we will definitely be returning and would recommend....the hotel has lovely views over Trogir and its a five minute taxi to the town area..
The lights as you walked up to the hotel were not working, had to be careful in the evenings, some of the sun beds were broken, had to chase up getting towels on the roof area, and we had to ask to get the towels in the room changed.
