A gorgeous island paradise. The staff were friendly, helpful and kind. We had a fantastic time at Embrace Resort. Our accommodations we very nice and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and exploring the island. The staff work hard to make your stay enjoyable. Shout out to Nikki, Tajia, Gabby, Dexi, Dee, Davanta and all the other staffers and workers. Make sure you take an excursion to see several great places in the area. Captain K was the best!!
The pool was clean and refreshing.
Some of the plates and pots and pans were showing a bit of wear. The furniture could use some updating, as well. There really wasn't much we didn't like.

Hotel is very conveniently situated close to the airport and main attractions of Staniel Cay. Rooms are spacious and quite well equipped. There is a small pool and space to relax just opposite all villas. Breakfast were good and local restaurant served also lunch, dinner and drinks. Staff was very attentive and friendly. We would stay there again if we visit Staniel Cay in future.
Noise form the airplanes but fortunately mostly in the mornings and evenings only. More glasses and other kitchen equipment in the rooms would be helpful.

The resort staff are friendly and try to help as best as they can. All the basics one needs are provided in the room.
The bed was very uncomfortable and the resort is located right next to the airport which makes the mornings and afternoons (when there's flights in and outbound) very loud.

The ladies running the Embrace resort were all extremely helpful and friendly. Really made for a wonderful stay. We also loved the swimming pool - great to cool off in. And the food at the cafe was delicious, with a varied menu. The bed was also very comfortable. Staniel Cay is a very special place. And staying at the Embrace Resort was an absolutely fantastic experience for us.
A couple more glasses to drink from in the room would have been useful.

Staniel Cay is an amazing vacation destination due to close proximity of Thunderball Grotto, Iguana beach, Pig island and Compass Cay for Shark petting, AND the Embrace Resort is a really good choice. Rooms are more than adequate and having stayed there twice now and in 2 different villas I can reliably make that statement. Value is the real issue as we paid $30 USD for 2 coffees, and about the same price for 2 mixed drinks in the evening at the on site Cafe. Fortunately our breakfast was included in the booking so that was a substantial savings each day - and we dont go on vacation here to scrimp but it was just very high prices for some things. Same with Golf cart rental at $60/day - that is more than a car in many places! Do go see pirates beach! It is 10 minute easy walk from Embrace and is simply breathtaking. Also, if you have the time rent a boat and go to Little Farmers Cay 12NM to the South and enjoy Tys on the water, or venture to The Ocean Cabin for some great local food.

the hotel restaurant food is AMAZING
staniel cay (the island this hotel is situatied on) is AMAZING
very reasonable price for the golf buggy (60 dollars per day)
reasonable price for the pig tour only $200 each and included the pigs, iguanas, thunderball grotto, sharks, plane wreck, and more.
the staff are very helpful and willing to give a free lift from the airport back to the hotel room, the staff are really friendly and likeable.
housekeeping stole £2,000 of our jewellery:
On our last day, i was packing our stuff on behalf of my girlfriend, my girlfriend had all her jewellery on top of the bedside drawer - I asked my girlfriend if she wants me to pack it and she said no, she is going to wear it. so i left it there for her to put on.
It was only once we had left the hotel and was on the plane to Nassua that my girlfriend suddenly realised that she had forgot to put the jewellery on and had left it at the room. This was not just 'thinking' that we had left it, we know for 100% fact that the jewellery was left on the beside cabinet, it was about £2000 of jewellery, necklace, bracelet etc.
We contacted the hotel and they said they would 'have a look'. I had to repeatedly chase them to get an answer, and in the end they said they 'could not find' the jewellery. I believe that the hotel are honourable but their housekeeping staff stole the jewellery for sure. This is not just a suspicion, we know this to be 100% fact they stole our jewellery because we knew it was exactly on the bedside cabinet, my girlfriend simply forgot to put it on. That was a really negative thing so if you do stay there, I encourage you to make use of the hotel safe and be very careful with your valuables as the housekeeping are not trusted.

The new Cafe wasn't open most of the time. Food was fair.
One of the air conditioners were broken, one toilet didn't flush and no TV or wifi was working. I was trying to track a storm on the weather channel but couldn't.

The exterior of the Villas were ok but once inside they were in need of maintenance and cleanliness.
2 out of 3 blown lightbulbs in the kitchen ceiling and no lightbulbs in some table & floor lamps. Broken can opener & kettle. No dish towels. Some of the furniture looked dirty and a lighter was found in the sheets of one bed on the 1st night.
There were TVs in all bedrooms and the living room but they had no service even though Cable boxes were connected. We were told that they used to have satellite service but did not like it, so it was disconnected.
The property had great potential but there seemed to be a serious lack of managerial oversight.

The hotel was very close to the airport.
The AC in the room didn't work very well. It stayed pretty warm in the room, additionally the AC dripped lots of water into the room which the hotel apparently already knew about since there was a towel placed under the AC. However, this was very inconvenient for the person sleeping on the couch, as she was in a constant spray of water. Also there was no room service throughout our stay, not even fresh towels. The pool could use some cleaning. There was lots of dirt and some kind of oil film swimming in the water. The communication with the hotel was also very inconsistent, they wrote us several E-Mails asking for our flight information to pick us up from the airport. We answered every single one but in the end we were still not picked up. It is not far to walk but this could have been better organized. We booked the famous pig tour through the hotel. The organization was a bit chaotic, pickup was delayed by more than 45 minutes and the whole tour was rushed afterwards because we started delayed and apparently couldn't (or at least the captain didn't want to) prolong the tour in the end. Both the tour and the hotel were very overpriced and we wouldn't stay again. Also the credit card fee is ridiculously high which they don't communicate at all on booking.com. So bring enough cash.

Great house and nice staff
Very far from the only activity that exists in this area (SC Yatch Club). A bit expensive for what you get and a lot of things missing in the kitchen for you to cook and to clean the dishes

We had a great few days at this resort and would recommend it to anyone traveling to saniel cay. The location is perfect for discovering the island, the bungalows are new and clean and the staff always available. They helped us to organize all the activities (excursions to the main attractions, rent a private boat, rent a small golf car to go around the island).
We had a really nice experience thanks to them and we recommend this beautiful new and very characteristic structure.
