About this house rental

The Lewis Ranch neighborhood is on the quiet and secluded side of the Copper Mountain ski resort. It is heavily forested toward the north, but provides excellent views of the ski slopes to the south. The gated nature of the community provides security and privacy.

The property provides a heated, two car garage, making loading and unloading easy, and out of the weather. There is a boot and glove dryer in the garage to dry out, and warm up, those snowy and soggy ski items. Racks for skiis are inside the garage. Stepping inside from the garage at ground level is a large coat room. To the left is a laundry room, with full size washer and dyer, a large countertop, and many cupboards.

Further in on the main floor, is the gourmet kitchen. It is large, airy, and fully equiped to handle all your cooking wishes. There is a large walkin pantry with extra shelves to hold all your groceries. There is a full size refrigerator/freezer, and a separate refrigerator for wine. The kitchen is part of a large open floor plan opening out onto the combination dining and living room with a vaulted ceiling and moss rock gas fireplace. The living room looks north into the forest and open space. Out the sliding glass door from the dining area, you step onto a large balcony/deck with a gas BBQ.

Walking up the wide stairway from the main floor is a landing with office desk. Straight ahead is a large second bedroom with a queen bed, comfortable seating, and a big walkin closet with lots of storage. Off the second bedroom is a private full bath/shower.

To the left of the open office is the entrance to the master bedroom, with two large walkin closets, and a floor to vaulted ceiling moss rock gas fireplace, There is a king bed in the master. Off the master is a large private bathroom with rock counter tops, jetted tub, and large shower. Also off the master, through french doors, is a small balcony that looks out towards the Lumberjack Lift, and the ski area.

Returning downstairs, passing down past the Main floor, and continuing into the lower walkout basement, is a TV/Media room to the right and cardtable/game room to the left. Straight ahead is the 3rd bedroom with 2 double beds, slightly left is a roomy full bath/shower room. Through the TV room to the right is the 4th large bedroom with a queen bed that looks into the open space/forest. Both downstairs bedrooms have large closets, and sliding glass door access to a patio over looking the forest, with a large outdoor hot tub on the patio.

Beautiful property, clean, and well-stocked kitchen and baths. Host exceeded expectations in great ways. Quiet, clean community. Great location on mountain. No need to use Lumberjack lift unless looking for green runs; can quickly ski under it to Woodward and get to blues quicker. This time of year it was definitely walk in/out but the walk is very short. Would definitely return!

The property was great. Well equipped and very clean. The property manager was very attentive. We had no problems, but he did check in with us a few times during the week to see if we needed anything. The property is not ski in/ski out, but is a short uphill walk to the lift

We had an amazing time at this beautiful property. The house was immaculate & very well-stocked with extras. The linens were of good quality, the rooms were great and the hot tub was wonderful after a ski day. Such a nice place to hang with friends or family. Bob was incredibly helpful and communication was perfect.

This is a beautiful home just a short walk across the street from the slopes and the Lumberjack lift. The home is the cleanest, most carefully cared for, and best stocked home that we have EVER stayed in! And Bob is a terrific host--our family of 7 had a great ski vacation in this home.

Fabulous house in an amazing location!! Bob is a super host. He called several times to check in on us and make sure everything was going as planned. We have spent time in several other VRBO’s and have never stayed in one that was so well stocked, spices, oil’s, paper towels, toilet paper pots and pans , etc.It was a pleasure staying there!!

This property is as-advertised. A clean, spacious, comfortable & very-well-appointed condo home within a short walk to the Lumberjack lift at Copper Mountain. Bob is a terrific host who provides both timely and detailed information. It was the perfect space for our group of 7!

We had a terrific stay at Copper and this property. The house was beautiful, spacious with everything that you could want. Great kitchen made staying in for dinner an easy choice. Bob was incredibly helpful and responsive with even with small annoying questions (like will our SUV fit in the garage with a roof topper! It did). It was so easy to walk to the Lumberjack lift or ski down to Woodward/Kokomo lifts. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

We enjoyed our stay for our family ski trip. The kitchen was well equipped with nice pots and pans for our family cooking. It was about 200 steps to the Lumberjack lift.. The owner responded very quickly to questions. We would stay here again!

This home was magnificent! It was so beautiful inside. Everything was pristine. It had everything our family needed. We cooked almost every night, and there were more than enough dishes and utensils for us to do so. The ski lift was also a short walk across the street. Very quick and easy to access. Anytime we wanted to go to center village, we just called the shuttle and within 5 minutes they were there to get us. So nice not to have to worry about getting a parking spot. Bob was always very helpful to answer any questions we had. We cannot wait until our next stay here!!

Fantastic house with a perfect location

The house was great with everything we could have asked for and the location was perfect. We could get to the lumberjack lift very easily with just a short walk. The shuttle was very quick and convenient for when we wanted a ride to West, Center, or East village. Bob is extremely helpful if you need anything at all. The kitchen has everything you need and the heated garage was perfect for keeping our ski and snowboard gear in. We will definitely be going back!

Excellent stay

This place is relatively new and the interior is beautiful. It is slightly removed from the hubbub near the base of the mountain, but just a 5 minute drive from the restaurants and shopping there. It is also a very short walk from the Lumberjack ski lift. We had a family get together during the ski season and it more than met our needs. Hot tub, kitchen, and fireplace were easy to use and well equipped. Owner was very friendly and responsive. Would definitely come back.

Absolutely AMAZING home!

Everything in this house was perfect. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook, clean and hang out comfortably. Anytime I had questions, I was able to contact Bob and get an immediate answer - which was really nice! The house is very close to the lifts and kept extremely clean. There is a free shuttle that picks you up right outside of the house and can take you anywhere in town up to 11:00pm which was very convenient. If we ever come back to Copper Mountain, we would love to stay here again!!

Super nice owner! Beautiful duplex!

Our two families of 5 (4 adults, 6 teenagers) fit perfectly in this home. The kids had plenty of space to hang out in the downstairs TV room and game room, while the adults hung out in the kitchen and living room. Beds were very comfortable, and the hot tub was a nice treat after long days skiing. We had fabulous snow while we were there, and our driveway was cleared each day that it snowed. The owner checked on us several times via text while we were there, and was kind enough to let us drop our bags off early on arrival day in order for us to have room to go get our ski equipment. This home is situated on the side of the mountain with mostly green runs, but advanced skiers can easily make their way to the more difficult terrain. Would highly recommend staying here! :)

We made great memories at this beautiful home! The home looks exactly as it does in the pictures. We had our extended family together for New Year's week - ages 3 to 71 - and it was wonderful for us all. Plenty of room for meals together, hanging out in the upper and lower family rooms, and retreating to our spacious bedrooms at night. Most of us skied everyday and loved the easy access to the lumberjack lift. The owner was great to work with! You will love vacationing in this home!

Our 3 generation family had plenty of space to spread out. Amazing amenities. Everyone loved the hot tub. The kitchen is so nice. it was nice having 2 tv's so kids could play games and watch movies together In the lower family room. We highly recommend this place. Lovely view. Very accomodating owner.
