Стаята беше хубава. Банята и тоалетната бяха чисти и хубави. Нямаме наблюдения към басейн, спа и закуска понеже не се възползвахме.

Платихме си за голяма стая с тераса и вана. На място ни дадоха малка стая с миниатюрен прозорец, без тераса и без вана. След разговор на рецепция ни намериха стая която отговаря на това което сме си резервирали, но с развален механизъм на вратата към терасата. Преместихме се. Двете стаи бяха не добре почистени, хладилника не работеше (няма мини бар). Телевизията е от 1-2 канала и бръждене. В стаите имаше прах, паяжини и по някоя умряла буболечка или муха..

Très proche du Monastère de Rila Un côté suranné assez étonnant

C'est manifestement un hôtel sur le déclin, on a l'impression d'être dans un endroit abandonné, réouvert à minima. La piscine est froide, les équipements "spa" ne sont quasiment pas disponibles (excepté le sauna), la carte pour le dîner est réduite à sa plus simple expression, le petit déjeuner idem (des plats vides ...) Seul intérêt, on peut aller à pied au monastère, Le rapport qualité prix est discutable ...

How can you recommend a hotel which is actually not working? there was a staff of less than 10 people and not more than 20 guests. Everything was deserted.

Good as a hotel, in nice place. Not as a SPA.

Room - comfortable, with a big bath. Relatevily clean. Have nice view. The bed has 160 width not big but ok. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Room is visible from neighbours balcony. Not perfectly clean. Spa center was nice, in past as a design and idea, but its state is disaster - fungus everywhere and this smell...

Great experience

We really enjoyed our get away, my husband and I took my mom for a day trip to Rila monastery and really enjoyed the family trip. Everything was on point, the stuff was really friendly and helpful. We sure will be back again

Great people. Great location

The resort was a little run down post pandemic, but it would have been amazing 5 years ago after their renovation. I loved the place, and felt like with more business it could be returned to its former glory.

Because it was impacted by the pandemic, the hotel is a touch run down. Not to anyone's fault, or desire to be great. I wish they had more business to get them back up to where they were.

Breathtaking views, modern esthetic architecture within walking distance to Rila Monastery

I had absolutely no expectations and simply booked the hotel because of it's proximity to the Monastery. The Resort is an absolute jewel, the architecture fits in with the natural world, and every view from any angle of the property offers a breathtaking view of the mountains and forest. The walk to the Monastery takes you through pristine forest and streams, and is a simple 10 minute hike. I especially enjoyed this, as the nearness meant you could split up the visit to the monastery and go back to the room to rest or change rather quickly. The staff was very helpful and the restaurant was top notch. My only regret was that I could not stay longer.

Worst experience in my life

Nothing at all

I did not get the room I booked. The staff was hired only for the 3 days and they admitted it. The pool and Spa were awful half of the spa did not work and the part that worked was disgusting the jacuzzi and the smaller pools were not working the temperature was cold. The dinner was slow, and while we were having dinner the waiter came and took the salt and pepper from our table to give it to another table. In the room that I was given, there was a huge stain on the carpet covered by the night stand half of the lights did not work and the view was that of a wall. On the windows there were spiderwebs and the hot water was gone 50% of the time. The ventilator in the bathroom was always on and we had 3 programs on the TV. Even the 1.0 review is too much for this place this is not a 4-star hotel it is more like a 2-stars.

Very disappointed with the staff, services and closed facilities inside hotel.

pool and spa were close. the facility was open restaurant and breakfast was ok.

all facilities in hotel were closed during summer. There was no air condoning in the room. Also they had water cattle in the room but three were no tea, coffee and water in the room. There no adequate staff in hotel. Hotel receptionist working in restaurant, kitchen and other area. There were no staff at hotel reception and you have to walk around to find somwone to help.
