Duże mieszkanie, niedaleko stacji kolejowej i centrum, dość dobrze wyposażone

- w mieszkaniu było chłodno, zwłaszcza w nocy bo ogrzewanie włącza się zbyt rzadko - garnki i patelnie w kuchni są w bardzo złym stanie - proces wysyłania skanów dokumentów do zameldowania niezbyt bezpieczny

Прекрасные апартаменты в прекрасном Бари

Отдыхали кампания 5 человек, апартаменты просторные, большие, три спальни, в двух двухспальные кровати, в одно односпальная, большой холл с кухней, стол большой для кампании, все необходимое есть на кухне. Два санузла. Чисто практически везде, кровати удобные, белье отличное. Заселение и выселение без участия хозяина, все четко и хозяин всегда на связи, интернет устойчивый. Центр Бари, все рядом. Парковка платная с 8-30 до 20-30 по цене 1 евро в час, но есть и парковки рядом, стоимость не уточняли.

Не очень хорошо убрано было...

Apartment is really big with everything you need, from good kitchen, toilet paper and towels in bathroom, soap, air condition, things for cleaning. Location is also great, big market, old town and port are near.

I did not like their remote entry. We had a service man in our room to fit the wifi and he couldn't

No breakfast. The location was ok.

They asked us to fax our passports and I said we would rather show them to them upon arrival. They only open the door remotely so we had to send our passport photos online. I didn't like that. Once we arrived we had trouble calling the 3 people to let us in. The wifi did not work and even after a man came it still didn't work. The refrigerator was dirty and there was mold in the shower.

Clean apartment and has all the facilities

The place had a bad smell, long walking to city center, no space for our luggage before check in and after check out, no air-conditioning in the bedrooms. The air-condition in the kitchen didn't had any batteries and we had to buy.

They stealed money from our luggage while we were out of the flat/ Nos robaron dinero de la maleta

1.- People came into our rented flat without our permission and our knowledge, while we weren´t there, when nobody was supposed to get into the flat since there were no housekeeping service. They used the washing machine of our flat to wash other flat´s laundry, and hang out all that washing in our flat´s clotheslines. It was not allowed to close the flat´s door with the keys. It was compulsory just to close only by pulling the door 2.- and what is much worst, since nobody was supposed to get into the flat, we didn´t locked our luggage and 350 euros dissapeared from one of our suitcases. They stealed us while we were not at home. Both things are completely unacceptable.

okey for bigger groups because of the space, overall not good/not bad experience

very big house, close to the train station and not far away from the center. the staff helped online with opening doors and making the process of check in/out easy.

there was no elevator, rooms on the third floor. air conditioning not working, but 2 fans provided the apartment was not very clean, and one bathroom was in a very bad general state with mould and dark spots

Bari was a good centre to visit other beautiful towns in southern Italy

Spacious and clean. Nice balconies

Sofa was partly broken and uncomfortable. No comfortable TV chair either. There were a couple of small things broken that affected our stay there

Appartement is on the second floor, can be a heavy walk for older people.

Apart from the beds, the staying at the Manzoni house was very nice.

The beds where making such a loud noise at every move.

Superb

Some of the beds creak and the noise can wake up you in the middle of the night.

Two bathrooms - the house is enough for 5-6 persons. The location is very good - near the train and bus station. There are many supermarkets and restaurants in the area.

Acceptable

Affordable, the location was ok, lots of shops and caffes around. Washing machine, hair dryer. The kitchen was equipped with pans, plates, forks etc most of the basic stuff for breakfast.

The apartment had a weird smell, we had to buy a room air freshener. The beds were making loud noises every time you move. There was no air conditioning and the provided air fans didn't help too much. The small bedroom had only a small window that did not open... it was more like a closet. Also the windows/doors did not properly close so you could hear the noise from the street. We had to buy batteries(there were none) for the remote control of the TV so that we could use it.

The location is very far from the central Bari, the property was disgustingly dirty.

The property was very dirty, we contacted the host and booking.com. To- date we have not gotten a response from both. I would not recommend anyone to book this apartment unless they were looking a filthy hostel for half the price. the property is placed in the dangerous part of Bari, very close to a park that host homelessness and idle people. The property does not have AC as advertised, temperatures were reaching 38 degree when we visited, the host had placed two fans plugged into the mains in the two bedrooms, they made no difference and produced the most horrendous noise, easy mistaken for a generator noise. The third bedroom does not have a window, in my opinion it’s a more a walking closed than a bedroom.

Don’t expect a good shower or sleep

Big open space

Beds creaked after every movement; can hear loud noise outside; bathtub had a lot of dark hair in it; water was not hot; pressure from the showerheads were horrible; started to question whether the place was cleaned after the previous people who stayed there; only received 3 towels despite booking for 4 people

Exceeded our expectations

Plenty of space in the house, anything you might need is there. There’s no physical reception office, but the staff on the phone and on chat was impeccable, very much available and helpful.

Furniture is a bit old, but that’s no big deal.
