We were unimpressed by the state the house was in upon our arrival. It was unclean, dirty and rundown. Very disappointed

Location was good

House was dirty, dishes weren’t clean, blood stains on the quilt cover. Fridge made a rattling noise the entire stay, blinds fell down when we tried to open them. Cobwebs and dirt on the floor. House was rundown and not in adequate condition for people to stay in.

Even though we have listed the above improvements to be made we really enjoyed our time at Salt

rooms were of a decent size, nice open space living area all facilities were provided. perfect location close to the beach and cafes

-had to clean spider webs hanging from ceiling in downstairs bedroom, -ceiling fans weren’t used because didn’t feel they were clean enough - upstairs bathroom top part of window should have a frosting film put on it for more privacy girls felt a bit exposed - upstairs bathroom water from shower it leaks from under shower screen door and doesn’t flow away had to put a towel down to soak up excess water

we had a great time away, I nice place to stay but needs a little work about it’s appearance, half rooms were being reno

it was pleasant place to stay very accessible to everything.

no dishwasher but tablets provided to use for cleaning which was odd. not a lot of glassware and no place to store food.

disappointing but we made the most of it

view and location was amazing

very dated lounge and dining room seating uncomfortable and 2 dining room chairs were broken beds in main bedroom had been replaced but bunk beds uncomfortable and sleeked every time someone moved place was not clean eg pantry and drawers had crumbs and food stains visible required cleaning when we arrived laundry basket had something sticky all over it

Lovely part of the coast. The property is in excellent location, but very tired, in need of update

Property location is excellent. Views spectacular, with added convenience to cafes, beach restaurants. Shower water pressure was great These beaches and sites are world class. Ability to drive onto the beach is an added bonus to this beautiful location

Make no mistake this property is getting tired. Beds for all (4 adults) were uncomfortable and made noises with every move. Despite speaking with agents concerning lack of glasses, we found ONE champagne flute, however ample wine glasses. Couch was comfortable however the cushions looked old and dirty.

Long weekend away

The view from the balcony and close proximity to restaurants and shops. However, great water pressure and air conditioner worked well in the living space.

Very dirty, beds broken, couldn’t see through the windows as they were so dirty, ceiling fans loose and noisy, windows broken so some couldn’t open or close, many lights not working and generally very worn and run down. Would not recommend.

Bunk beds had no ladder so impossible to use.. no basic essentials like wine glasses!!
