Great views and very nice neighbors.

This place wasn't shoveled or plowed in weeks. When we arrived it was like no one had seen the property all winter. Vacasa has so many strict rules and one of them was about parking. They stated that we weren't allowed to park anywhere except the driveway. However the driveway was full of snow 2 feet high.

Had to call and wait hours and hours because the check # was incorrect guess since there a big company they just take your money and run and all the beds were super uncomfortable the couch was better..

A perfect place for our family visit. The views, the deer, and the golf course exceeded our expectations. We saw fall change to the first snow during our stay, and made lasting memories.

They say you get what you payed for. Until the owners step up & put some money into this place it’s not worth it. Nothing worked properly & couldn’t be repaired as it needed to be replaced. Made numerous calls & texts saying they’d take care of it but wasn’t taken care of the week we were there. No reimbursement mention for our inconvenience either. It’s a great location & beautiful location but that’s about it. We heard from neighbors that everyone complains that stays there yet still nothing is done.

The location was perfect for navigating to Whitefish each day, close to the main hwy and the alternate hwy. The amenities included cooking utensils, pots pans & the place was clean. It is dated, and I wish the golf course would spray for mosquitos, but the area is beautiful & it’s walking distance to downtown & the lake.

Close to downtown & the hwy. I wish the golf course would spray for mosquitos though! Pleased the amenities included dishes, pots, pans etc and dish sponges, & dish soap. Dated, but clean.

TLC Needed
Townhome is spacious but in need of some TLC! Carpet is very stained and flooring needs to be replaced! Kitchen needs a few more items to be fully functional! Wooden cutting boards and sponges harbor bacteria and should be removed! Very nice that the townhome has AC!!

June 2021 stay
We read the reviews before booking this condo. It is older, and is in need of some upgrades. We found mold forming in the master bathroom. The carpeting is in bad need of an upgrade, along with some other items that we have notified Vacasa about. The quiet and the view are nice. It is a great location to be able to access the Flathead valley for day trips.

Spectacular View
Great location and view. Furniture is quite used and not comfortable. Appeared that unit had not been vacuumed, there were pieces of food on the dining room floor. The carpet was badly stained throughout the unit. Laundry room smells of mold and there is mold on the wallpaper in the bath. Blanket available for use turned out to have crusted blood on it, not a stain, it hadn’t been laundered. Pretty gross. Deck and grill were wonderful items. Kitchen was functional and fairly clean.

Had a great time, great views, close to Glacier and flathead lake.

NEEDS maintenance!
Filthy, urine stained carpet, terrible smell upon entering, dirty dishes in the cabinets, and 3 weeks of dirty diapers and dog feces in the garage trash cans from the previous guest. We lost 1.5 days of our stay due being displaced by a carpet cleaner and housekeeping. A thorough cleaning should have been done long before our arrival. It was a very disappointing start to our trip.

Unit unclean
We went early to locate the property and saw that the back door was wide open. The BBQ grill was dirty with dirty utensils on it. We walked in to find that the house had not been cleaned. We called to alert management, who said to come back at check-in time. We did, and the house still had not been cleaned. After awaiting call backs, and trying multiple numbers, we finally found someone who was able to send out someone to clean the house.
We were told that our cleaning deposit would be refunded for the inconvenience. 10 days after returning home, we are still waiting.
Microwave door not easily operational due to misaligned cabinetry.
On a good note, the location was convenient to downtown and lovely.
We enjoyed the scenery and watching the deer on the golf course.

Needs a toaster and possibly a new coffee pot. Screen door needs adjustment. Otherwise, wonderful!

Cozy Home!
We loved the open bright feel of this home! The gas fireplace added to its coziness. Deer on the golf course entertained us every day. And the location was wonderful for getting out for walks.

Nice condo with mountain views
We enjoyed our stay (2 weeks) in the winter and would come back if opportunity arises. Prior to booking this place, we had a few concerns reading previous comment, and just wanted to ease your mind on the improvements briefly: bed was fine, there was no odors (and I'm picky about that :), the oven door opened fine, we didn't test the garage door, plenty light outside, the place looked very clean (carpet is light color and inevitably will have some stains but it still looked clean - may need replacing at some point). The vacasa folks were mostly very responsive, and the handy man tried to be as helpful as he could when we brought up couple issues. The neighbor dog poop by the entrance is still an issue, the handy man cleaned it up upon our arrival, but probably the condo association needs to address that. (however that is the side door, so not a big deal unless kids run around there). Ladies, keep in mind there is no hairdryer (though I don't believe it's advertised), and one of the lazy-boy chairs is broke, so careful with that. One last improvement note, when we tried to extend out stay by one day, the price for one night was almost triple compared to what we payed nightly, so hopefully vacasa can improve on their booking system, in the meantime, make sure you plan for that :)
All that said, again, my husband and I did like the place, and would recommend it, it' a lovely quiet neighborhood close to trails and restaurants. Thank you!

Not worth the money
Property was very dirty, smelled musty. Neighbors dog poops outside of front door. Yard is full of dog poop and smells like it. Double bed in master, very out dated, oven door doesn't open all the way. Garage door opener does not work, outside light does not work, entrance is very dark, hard to navigate at night. Carpet is filthy. Took photos of carpets, lamps, drapes, all with chunks of dirt and dust. Not impressed

Great Location
Fantastic location, walking distance to town, brewery, dog walking spots. Carpet was a bit dingy but patio and location made up for it :)

Comfortable condo on the golf course.
Comfortable condo, older but clean. The deer and bunnies that hang out every evening on the golf course are a delight to sit and watch.

Great place to stay!
Very comfortable and great location! Super close to downtown and flathead brewing. We were able to have our dogs here which was convenient, but just a heads up, the carpet is white so we had to be super wary of where we took our dogs so as to avoid tracking in mud and extra grime.

Great place to stay. It was very comfortable and accommodating. I would have given 5 stars for cleanliness but the carpets are in need of replacement.

PET FRIENDLY IN BIGFORK
Loved the location and size of the property for our party of 4. Worked very well for our two mini dachshunds who are crate trained. The garage was a bonus for storing our kayaks and other outdoor equipment. Didn't have much time to enjoy hanging out as we were on a tight schedule with a family wedding.
One suggestion to the owner, please consider spending the money on a new king sized mattress and box spring. The current bed, a queen, is worn and when sleeping two people it dips to the middle. The bedroom is large and it would be a great improvement.
Other than that one suggestion, we hope to return again this summer!

Perfect for a golf trip
Wasn't sure when I booked last minute, but perfect stay for a golf trip. Had all the essentials and a nice patio to look over at the 7th green of an excellent golf course. Very 70's, but clean and comfortable. And it appears the pictures show and old tube tv on the site we booked under, but they have an excellent LCD or Plasma TV. We are looking to book this same property again next year. And very close to town and lake.

Big Fork on Golf course
Property had a good view off golf course. Nice back deck. Lot of mosquito at night. Hard to find in the beginning. Queen bed was very uncomfortable. All beds had plastic mattress covers. Master bath light had a bulb out. A/C was a window unit and had to leave on 24 / 7 leaked condensation on carpet. Kitchen functional but little out dated. Lacked some supplies ( foil, bags, coffee, etc ) Had cable tv but no paper channel listing guide. For the price fairly good value.
