We had a great week celebrating 8 high school friends all turning 60 this year!! 😎 Only issue which is not your deal is the “lake” of water in front of the driveway. Probably from new construction!

Everything was great with the house. The private pool was great and there was always plenty of room to spread out on the beach even though it was the 4th of July week. Highly recommend this house for a great week at the beach!

House was exactly as depicted in the listing. Kitchen was very well-equipped with all the necessities. 2 refrigerators was a nice touch, along with washer and dryer. Some beach chairs and pool toys were available. Would definitely rent again.

We were awe struck from the moment we waked into the house. The house was beautiful and spacious and the views from the upper two stories were stunning! The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and two refrigerators was a huge plus!! The elevator was a miracle for ourselves and our elderly family! Our weather was perfect and the beach was so convenient and not overcrowded. We loved how close the Aquarium, restaurants and shopping were to the house. We took a fantastic voyage to Beaufort for one evening. We enjoyed sunrises and sunsets every day. And on our last day we got to see a pack of dolphins in the ocean right out the living room windows! We all wanted to stay longer: Absolutely wonderful!

We loved this property. We had 5 couples and plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and the sound of the ocean was mesmerizing. It was a little tight around the dining table but nothing that affected our trip. We mentioned some ants around the pool to a maintenance worker and they came back with ant bait. No more ants! The grill needed some TLC and Joyce had a new one sent the next day! Great customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this property again. We all had a great time!

The house was perfect for our vacation. Great location and the elevator was such a help for elderly guests. Joyce was very responsive and made the experience even better. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was perfect in every way, the beach house was absolutely lovely from the relaxing beach vibe décor, spectacular views, location to beach. We enjoyed grilling at the pool. All the accommodation you could possibly need for gathering in the kitchen cooking and enjoying meals while creating precious memories with family. The elevator was quit the bonus for elderly family members. Our stay was perfect as we celebrated our daughter’s achievement of becoming a doctor with family.

If you are considering booking this house do it! The master bedroom is beautiful and everyone that stayed with us said their beds were very comfortable too! You cannot beat the views of this house! The house was clean, smelled good, everything we needed in the kitchen, close to restaurants and fun things to do, we could not have asked for a better week with family! Thank you to Joyce she was wonderful to work with she answered all of our questions in a timely manner! Thank you for everything!

This vacation getaway is the house dreams are made of! Perfectly appointed! Excellently supplied kitchen for anyone that cooks! Comfortable beds and beautifully decorated for the wonderful environment! The staff is AMAZING! The owner is quick to respond to any questions or concerns! We celebrated our 50 th Anniversary here with our entire family and it was the BEST VACATION EVER!!!

It was perfect for our family. Few short steps to the beach to collect shells, take in the sun, and take beach walks. The home was very well stocked with everything needed. Plenty of good eating places nearby ....our favorites were No Name Pizza and Billfish Grill & Bar. Highly recommend this rental and Joyce responded quickly to any calls.

"The View" was a wonderful place for the family to enjoy a short vacation. It is ideally located, and the house is well suited for limited mobility. The weather was perfect. Our only regret was that we could not stay longer.

We love PKS on Emerald Isle. It’s isolated so the beaches aren’t too crowded, but very convenient to the aquarium, grocery store, Atlantic Beach, Morehead City, and Beaufort. This property isn’t super upscale- tvs are not streamable, kitchen counters show wear- but it IS super comfortable and well appointed. The rental company was very communicative and easy to work with. We really enjoyed our stay!

In general, was a fantastic stay! We really enjoyed the pool and the easy access to a nice, quiet stretch of the beach. It's not really walkable about places further down towards Atlantic Beach, but you can walk easily on the beach. Plenty of space for everyone including adults and dogs. We would book again if we're able to get everyone together again!

This property was beautiful on the inside and out. The views did not disappoint! We had plenty of space for our group of 10 which included 4 kids ages 2-8. The easy access to the beach was wonderful. We loved having our own private pool. Aaron, the maintenance man, came a few times during the week to clean the pool. We had a minor issue that was quickly resolved and Aaron stayed until everything was wrapped up. If I had any questions, they were very quick to respond. Overall we loved the property, we loved the area and hope to return again!

We rented this house for a family vacation over the July 4th holiday. The house was as listed and had all the essential items needed. For our group, having to climb the stairs to get from the top floor master to the bottom floor to go to the pool was an issue due to a couple guests with bad knees. There is an elevator, however, the door was not opening properly so we choose not to use it. Someone did come to work on the door. That did help. The views from the balconies were amazing! We really enjoyed the use of the pool and the close proximity to the beach.

House well furnished with great beach access. Bring your own beach chairs as the ones advertised are under a collapsed outside storage door. Elevator is great for older family members. Joyce is very responsive if you have a issue. Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the beach for the week. Weather didn't necessarily cooperate for much of the stay, but we managed to fit in a couple dips in the pool, many walks on the beach, and lots of fun family game time.
