Good hotel with nice cafe

Very nice coffee shop, right near the train lines to odori, plenty of food options in an easily walkable area. Rooms were a reasonable size for Japan.

I found the beds a little stiff but otherwise all lovely.

Overall a nice and quite homey stay.

The location was good with convenient shops, a supermarket, and train stations close by. It was also situated in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Lastly, the room was very spacious which is rather hard to find.

Everything was great except for the most important thing, the beds. The beds and pillows were not as comfortable considering the price we were paying and the other great amenities they had in the room. It was quite disappointing.

Exceptional

Quiet room. On the slightly more spacious side compared to other Japanese hotels. One thing about traveling abroad is I don't bring my coffee equipment so it was nice to be able to have a pour over coffee with a manual grinder. Did adjust the grind settings to my preference but overall a decent setup if you care about that. Beans were provided and they were better than any coffee you get on a flight. Bed was alright and amenities provided were fine. No real complaints.

Not a dislike but might be off-putting to some (like my partner) was the "raw" unfinished aesthetic of the room. Part of the flooring is concrete and the walls are bare but that's pretty minor.

Great and stylish place with fantastic breakfast and coffee!

Stylish hotel with comfortable rooms and a nice lounge to relax with a book or work. The breakfast and the coffee are excellent. The location is not central, but it is just 2 min walk away from the subway station, which puts the city center just 5 - 10 min away. Alternatively, 20 min walk will take you to the Susukino area. Would definitely stay there again.

While great, the breakfast has only 2 options, and it takes a while to get served, so for a long stay it can get a little tedious. The sauna seems to be always fully booked, and it is not easy to book it anyways, especially because the staff's English is a little limited.

A unique and hip accommodation.

Beautiful cafe and common spaces. Rooms are like private apartments.

Wifi service was not the best. The room layout was a little strange. A little noisy as the walls are a bit thin. The sauna must be booked and is quite expensive to reserve.

Modern, chic and clean.

Rooms were cute and clean with lots of useful amenities. Great location as not in the tourist area but only one station away from central.

I’ll be back

very welcoming and patient. room was unbelievably comfortable and clean. the breakfast selections (2) were magnificent ( I asked for the French toast recipe, yes it’s that good. the coffee (the lobby is a beautiful cafe and you are welcomed with a grind your own beans, it’s all in the room) was outstanding and hit on all points. a nice walk (10-20 min) or metro (5 min walk) to the cool stuff. thank you!!

Room was clean and the location was good. Super market, convenience store and train station are very close to the hotel.

Shower cubicle was too small and claustrophobic, it was very difficult to take a shower without hitting the arms against the wall.

One of my favourite hotels I've stayed in

I don't even have the words to express how welcome the staff made me feel here! I stayed here for over a month in total and I would do it again... Good Wifi, extremely comfortable beds and a cute common area. Great coffee shop downstairs to work in or to chill and have a beer in. I miss all the staff so much! I will 100% be back in the future :)

The location may be a little far out for some people, but I enjoyed the walk into town so this didn't bother me at all.

A great place for hide

Excellent service. There is a cafe and a shop concept inside. New idea and concept. Sad is i didnt have chance to taste it. Rooms are great, clean. And with private n public area.

Actually not much to complain, just the toilet is a be dirty, maybe i am black luck. Rooms ok but sound penetration is quite significant, suggest to wear ear plug.
