Excellent location - simple, functional accommodation. Plenty of room.
A floor plan/better photos before arrival would have been useful. Cooking facilities a little cramped.

The whole compound in which there is over 100 apartments is VERY quiet and really close to the ski lift. The views are great, the apartment is warm, dry, well equipped. It is ideal for a week stay.
The fantastic overall experience was stained by two minor factors: the internet was not available at all, which was important for us, and that the pool, the main attraction of this location - was closing at 7:30 PM and in fact the staff was beginning to apply pressure on leaving 30-40 minutes before. So if you ski till 4:30 and need to change and eat - there is NO WAY to get to the pool or even sauna. This is kind of ridiculous really.

excellent location. friendly helpful staff. problems sorted very promptly.
2nd bedroom not really big enough for 2 adults. only 1 toilet in an apartment that had beds for 6

The reception area is lovely, the pool is really nice.
The staff are also really friendly and helpful. Great location next to the lift.
It was very expensive for the value of the room. It said for 3-5 but the 5th person had a drawer pull out bed on living room floor. One of the beds was literally a metal frame and mattress. Small size. It said 2 bathrooms but it's really 2 showers and 1 toilet which is right behind the kitchen. 4 mugs for 5 people.

It was easy to collect the keys however of the two staff on reception, one was lovely but the one wearing the suit was very rude and made us feel very uncomfortable. I had to return to reception twice as there was no power in the apartment we were fumbling around in the dark and no key for the boot cupboard. (you can't call it a boot room as there were no facilities in there to warm boots etc.
Very arrogant receptionist.
The apartment was not as described. You could not stand up in the top double room. The bed was just a mattress on the floor. the room was accessed by a ladder that had to be folded away to gain access to the first floor bedroom but it you left the ladder open you were either trapped in or unable too access this room.
Suitable for 4 adults and 4 kids (kids in one bunk room) but no more.

closeness to the ski lift was brilliant!
reception closing at 1930. I would have liked to use this area for meeting others in our group for games

Excellent facilities within the apartment. Location next to the slopes. Traditional alpine decor.
Pool/ reception area closed too early so couldn’t use the facilities in the evening.

Hanging pegs slanting downwards so towels fall off!

The main lobby was nice when we walked in. A very different experience from our actual unit and building.
Where do I begin? The building was up a hill from the main lobby facility. When we arrived, we found a small, cramped unit, with old, beaten up furniture, appliances that were poor, old and in some cases, non-functioning. There was no view of much from the balcony, the television was so small and outdated, it was not worth watching. Especially frustrating was the lack of reliable wifi. The bedroom had NO furniture in it, no bedside tables, just built-in closets, and the overhead lighting did not work. The bathroom was tiny and hard to turn around in when you got out of the bath. Mattresses wre uncomfortable and linens were cheap and old. It was the WORST accommodation we have had in the 20+ years of Alpine ski vacations. At a cheap price it was a disappointment, but at the price Maeva was charging, it was an insult. I have stayed in Zermatt, Verbier, St. Anton, Lech/Zurs, Courmeyer, Courcheval, Chamonix, Gstaad, and NOTHING was this pricey for this poor a facility. As for customer service, when a storm in UK cancelled our flight and we could not get out for days, the first three nights of our trip was lost, and they had no interest in refunding us.

We have stayed here before with the Pierre et vacances side of the resort. This side of the company is far superior we had a washing machine, more items within the kitchen two full size bathrooms, larger bedrooms, more space in the lounge / dining area and much more

This is a really cosy apartment. Loved the fact it had an area for drying boots and gloves over night. The pool, sauna and spa are also a bonus. Ski in/out location.
