Everything was amazing!
A heated pool for kids, pools unbelievably cold which was a shame because everything else was amazing!

Excellent resort with great facilities. Great value.
Food could be improved.
5.0 / 10.0
Nice beach and hotel layout with big garden surrounding the rooms. Decent spa but with super cold water in all pool what made it impossible to use.
If you are expecting a 5 star hotel, unfortunately you are mistaken. Apart from the nice layout of the property and a garden nothing is 5 star. I wouldn't even rate this hotel as 4 star. Basic old room with no toiletries. Variety of food but average. Very cold pool - water wasn't heated.

The staff were exceptional - totally made the holiday. Attentive but not too in your space.
Having the beds made and fresh towels every day
There wasnt anything we didnt like

Nice environment, very clean and excellent staff.
For me, the complex was a bit bigger than I would usually book therefore it was quite a long way from our room to most of the restaurants and entertainment. The walk back from the bottom of the resort to our room was also uphill, which was fine but became a little tiresome with the pushchair. Our swim up pool wasn’t heated which was disappointing.

Good location, great views
Food was very disappointing. Especially the ‘Spanish’ restaurant had to send food back as frozen in the middle. Should of been a lot better considering it’s Spain!

To be fair we didn’t like much. Apart from the children’s pool and slides this hotel didn’t have much to offer.
When we arrived around 8pm the reception was very unhelpful and seemed like they didn’t want to be there.
Our room was on the second floor when we have two young children and even though we asked for it not to be before arriving.
We were unable to book into any Resturant or the kids nursery or crèche for our two week stay because it was always fully booked or the system was down. Coming with kids this was unacceptable. Especially the fact we booked this hotel for those reasons.
The customer service were terrible. The staff was not helpful and rude at times.
I definitely will never be coming again. We was 3 families and all had the same experience such a shame because we haven’t traveled in such a long time and this is not the kind of treatment and experience we wanted.

Nice assistant manager, Anja! Helpful to make us depart earlier than planned
Many un working elements: -air conditioning, safe, door of the toilet, plugged sink, linen with holes and stained. Very average quality food of the buffet

The staff were great but there weren’t enough of them to get the all inclusive experience
They don’t let you eat in the restaurants for the first 2 nights so you get stuck in the buffet. Then if you don’t go and book your restaurants first thing you may miss out some nights.

The beach.
Not a 5 star hotel. Poor information on arrival. One restaurant closed. Difficult to book the other restaurants. Food was mediocre at best, and the wait times in the restaurants were long e.g. over 75 minutes from ordering in the sunset bar, and we have two young kids. Rooms are very small.

It was clean and well presented. The all inclusive drinks were good
This was certainly not 5 star as advertised. I would say 4 star at best. On arrival there was an issue with my booking because my daughter was 14. Apparently there was a mistake made by booking.com ans she should have been an adult. This took 3 hours to resolve. Staff were very rude. There was no atmosphere at the pool, no music or entertainment. Only a life guard who was constantly giving every one a row. You can’t get booked into any restraunts . There were others in the hotel not happy either. I have canceled my trip due in September. I didn’t get the luxury stay I’d imagined with 5 star sensatori

Good food, good adult only pool and eating areas.
Could only book restaurants two days in advance and people would queue at 6 in morning to book the tables. We didn’t realise this till end of stay.

Food was delicious and lots of choice
Staff in adult bar and buffet restaurant were very helpful
Need a bin in the sitting room area
System for booking restaurants did not work properly
Service in the Sunset restaurant was very disorganised and slow. Need a proper manager to oversee it.

Sunshine, beach and the very best part was going home and shall never return. To sum up our stay 2 rooms for the week cost nearly £5000 and my wife said if they offered us £5000 to go back for a week she wouldn’t go.
Rooms were smelly (like an old caravan)
One room no aircon the other no cold water.
Towels were ripped and a shortage
Major lack of sun beds
Very busy
Way to much walking and hilly
Reception were incompetent
Reception unhelpful
Don’t be fooled the only place you can eat is the buffet
My list could go on for pages.
At best it’s a 3 *

Spotless, exceptional staff, beautiful view, and beach. Superb animations for kids. Everyone is giving his 100%❤️❤️❤️
This is the second stay at the hotel - it's better even than in 2019.

The wonderful staffs and the sunset bar.
The room was very small, the bathroom quite old. The close the Retreat at 5 P.M. and letting us know 10 minutes before.
The food was eatable, but not good.
