Cazare buna, de revenit !

Un hotel cochet cu 18 camere situat chiar pe malul lacului Tei, la intersectia strazilor Petricani cu Paroseni – receptia se afla la intrarea din strada Paroseni. Pe ambele parti ale hotelului sunt amenajate cateva locuri de parcare. Privelistea catre lac si roata panoramica este superba, mai ales de la etajele superioare. Hotelul dispune de lift . Camera spatioasa si curata, la fel si spatiile comune (scarile de acces). In camera exista minibar cu preturi ieftine. Patul lat si confortabil. Locatie excelenta pentru o noapte de tranzit, la un pret imbatabil pentru aceasta zona. Persoana de la receptie foarte amabila si vesela, iar dialogul cu aceasta s-a desfasurat in limba engleza. Avand in vedere ca nu se ofera mic dejun, se poate pleca dimineata devreme, iar cheia se lasa pe masa de la receptie.

The view was really good. The room was really spacious and the receptionist was really friendly and explained everything really well.

The bathroom had facilities that were not properly functioning. The location is really close to a suspicious neighbourhood in Bucharest.

Superb

Very nice receptionist person.

It could be better if there was clothes hanger. No place or hoots for that. It seems my room was not the same as I choosed during my reservation (but it was still acceptable)

Apartment no 4.

Refurbished. Good condition. Owner or the lady who I was in contact with was hospitable. Overall is ok. I suggest that the owners should perform some maintenance and cleanliness inspections in the suites, and not to rely on the employees. It's a pity to loose guests for some reasons that could had been easily avoided.

1. Bad smell in the bathroom. Had to have the exhaust fan always on, even so, whenever running the sink, of flushing the toilet a horrible smell comes from the piping system. 2. Wooden floor in the apartment, even if it looks clean, it is dusty. Needs better mopping. 100% need to wear slippers or any shoes. 3. Bedroom mattress on one side is hard, the other side is worn out, hence shaggy. 4. The balcony dirty, dusty, spider webs in the corners. 5. Location. Very noisy from the main Boulevard. Traffic all night. 6. About the quality of the complimentary amenities (coffee in the main lobby, toiletries) i can not rate... As being "complimentary", but...

The location was close to my work place. I had a parking space available. Clean and comfortable.

A part of the building is still under renovation.

Very clean, nicely decorated and spacious rooms

This was my second stay at Brater. I would not hesitate to book again should the opportunity present itself in rhe near future.

Recommended- Our rooms looked exactly as shown in the pictures.

On arrival we were impressed with the bright and spacious rooms, amazing interior design and immaculately clean!. We both agreed to make sure to book again at the same property for our last night in Bucharest. Breakfast was not served, so instead we bought some food from the supermarket and stored everything in the mini frigo. Will not hesitate to recomend this place to a friend.

While the room was excellent we would have prefered to find tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The facade of the property is rather shoddy but do not be betrayed, the rooms are much nicer then most 5 star properties. We stayed in rooms 17 and 18.

Amazing location close to airport especially but close to city as well with uber, very cheap

There was no tea available, but that's not important tbh :)

Very good

Location is decent, facilities were also ok. Nice, large, bathroom.

The neighbours above were videochating or something because she kept screaming for hours and hours like a cat caught in a fan belt. Other than that, it was quiet.

value for money.

I liked the size, the facilities of the room, sound isolation, access based on code, the balcony and the sight, friendliness of the staff, the organic coffee available 24/7.

Could have been ideal to have the opportunity to serve breakfast. After the pandemic, I guuess it's still quite a shortage of work force. Anyway, in walking distance, can one find cheap and good places to eat.
