Beautiful Condo in a Tropical Resort! This condo is part of the beautiful Park Shore resort. The unit was recently renovated. Great views and best location. Beautiful modern tiles throughout. New kitchen. New Bath. New outside lanai with new modern sliding doors! Very quiet and calm.

This resort features lush tropical vegetation, streams and waterfalls, a large heated pool and BBQ area. The resort also has tennis, pickle ball and handball courts and a fitness center. Fantastic location with the beach and plenty of great restaurants nearby!

This condominium is a deluxe 2-bedroom unit with breathtaking views. Access to the unit is by one flight of stairs. Each room has its own full bathroom and walk in closet. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with new cabinets, stove, microwave, dishwasher and new granite counter tops. There is a washer and dryer in the unit!

Right in the middle of Naples, walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops, within minutes of the Village shops on Venetian Bay, Mercato, Waterside Shops, and the beautiful Naples beaches!

There is a heated pool and a fitness center and an on site restaurant Hogfish Harry's.

After a cancelled trip to St Lucia due to weather we decided to book a last minute trip Naples. Lauren was so easy to work with and very prompt with responses which allowed us to get to Naples within hours of booking the condo. The unit was impeccable and well stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation. This was our second time staying at the Park Shore Resort and we will be returning again next year. The grounds of the resort are beautiful, we enjoy evening walks around the resort and sitting on the balcony listening to the relaxing waterfall. The resort is close to everything, we really enjoy Clam Pass beach which is only a 5 minute drive, Publix is walking distance and there is a great choice of restaurants, our favorite is Hog Fish Harry’s which is on the grounds of the resort. We are looking forward to returning next year!

We have stayed at the Park Shore before . The location is great. I had not realized how many stairs were involved, 17 , I believe. The condo was supplied with everything you could need from dishes to beach chairs to towels etc. I think the condo needs updating. The screen door was old,and moldy and the bottom plate was missing, not to be replaced until the summer which meant we could not leave the screen door open. The washing machine always had to be banged on the lid to keep it going. The furniture is rather dated particularly the small table on the lanai. I am not a fan of felt as a blanket. The couch really needs to be replaced. It served our purpose and the air conditioning worked well. When I explained that the shower door would not slide and I had to enter and exit beside the toilet, I received no response.

We were very pleased with our choice of Lauren’s condo at the Park Shore Resort. The unit was very clean and fully equipped with everything you would need in the kitchen, dining room, and living room. Nice big TVs. All the beach equipment you would need - chairs, umbrella, and noodles. Tge unit is close to the main club house and wonderful Hogfish Harry’s restaurant.

Everything was great - very nice upgraded unit in PSR - very clean and well stocked (including beach chairs, umbrellas and towels!). Good communication with host - check-in was easy. As for PSR - great location (beach, grocery store, restaurants) and great facilities (on site restaurant, grills, pool). Highly recommend!

Lauren's property was perfect for our family vacation. The condo was spotless and had all the necessary amenities. The Tommy Bahama beach chairs, sand toys, cooler and umbrella were a fantastic touch. We would definitely stay here again on a return visit to Naples!

We really enjoyed Park Shore Resort. The pool, restaurant, parking and overall unit was wonderful. No late noise to worry about. It was 1/2 mile from a terrific Catholic Church. It was so close to several nice beaches with lots of parking. We really enjoyed watching the turtles in the water and muscovy ducks.

Feedback for VRBO Keys wasn't coded correctly but the front desk was on top of getting recorded without delay and followed up to make sure that the recoding worked. I thought that I was smart and rough some coffee from my cupboard at home only to find that it wasn't my Bride's favorite but I was thrilled to find Folgers in the unit. Little cracked bowl completely broke Enjoyed the pool and happy hour at Hogfish Harry's, Manda was a great bartender & server, she followed up on the table, paid attention and upsold us to get a huge carrot cake dessert. Lauren's condo at the park shore resort was very nice. It was completely remodeled, super clean and had all the amenities you need during vacation. The Tommy Bahama beach chairs were great, much better quality than some of other chairs I've found at other properties. Everything was great. The only downfall was some noise from the delivery trucks that deliver goods to Hog Fish Harry restaurant, they came almost daily and at times pretty early and it was pretty noisy. I mentioned this to the front desk and they said they were going to address it with the restaurant GM. The condo itself was great. Lauren also replies right away. I didn't have to reach out to her during our stay other than once for a small question and she got back to me almost immediately.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön gelegen, sehr gut ausgestattet, sowohl in der Küche ( Mikrowelle, Toaster, alles was man braucht !)als auch mit Strandzubehör ( Sonnenschirm, 4 Klappliegen, Schwimmnudeln) und im Bad- ausreichend Handtücher/Strandtücher. Direkt in der Nähe ist ein grosser Supermarkt, eine tolle Pizzeria. Eine absolut empfehlenswerte Wohnung, jederzeit gerne wieder!

The place is as described and fresh and pretty. So convenient to restaurant, pool and spa. Front desk supplies pool towels and any local info you need. Shopping for groceries or Starbucks right there. Good mall close and beach close too. Enjoyed the patio on for breakfast and cocktails. Everything you will need to cook if you like but Hogfish Harry’s is right on the property and amazing. Make a reservation if you know you’re going they are busy. You will not be disappointed. Casual but I enjoyed the ambience and space much more than the hotel I usually stay at (Residence Inn). Oh ya cute water way by patio w ducks, turtles etc going right by kinda cool.

Condo is as described and has nice furnishings. Loved the balcony view. Park Shore is a relaxing resort. Close to shopping & restaurants. Had an issue upon arrival but Lauren handled promptly and professionally. She is very easy to communicate with and made sure we were satisfied. The on site Hogfish Harry’s is a must, reservations recommended! Pool is relaxing and never felt crowded. Grounds very well maintained.

Lauren’s home was lovely - newly renovated and clean as a whistle - and I am VERY particular. The bed was comfy and the towels new and fluffy. Do not be deterred by the initial look of the complex. Once you step in, it is filled with beautiful plantings and has a welcoming pool. And the restaurant on the premises - Hogfish Harry’s, had the best food we had during our week’s stay, including allegedly high rated restaurants in Old Naples. Lauren was a delight to work with.

All went as planned, check in was excellent- we had keys and access cards with in 5 minutes of arrival. Kitchen fully stocked with utensils, nice appliances and included a brita full of water in fridge. Beds very comfortable, TV in each bedroom and living room. nice pool/hut tub area. easy walk to beach , close to groceries and a variety of good restaurants in easy walking distance. truly enjoyed our stay - we never contacted host- never had a question from check in to check out
