Beautiful home in lovely walkable neighborhood. Close to beach, shops, restaurants. Open concept livingroom/Dining/Kitchen was perfect for our family with young children. Great Communication with host - answered the few questions we had very quickly. Very clean and well appointed. Will definitely be back.

Great home for a large family. We had 5 adults and 2 teenagers and everyone enjoyed the house, location and charm of the neighborhood. Home was newly renovated, great kitchen and bathrooms. We loved the outdoor spaces surrounded with beautiful trees and shrubs, so peaceful and quiet. Close to beach, shops, restaurants. Host was very helpful and pleasant. Highly recommended! You'll love your stay here.

We so enjoyed our time here. The accommodations were new, comfortable, and spotless. We had coffee on the porch every morning, set up cornhole boards in the back yard, and couldn't help but congregate around the kitchen island.
It is a convenient, charming neighborhood location.
The hosts are responsive and flexible. Very easy to work with!
We can't wait to go back. Thank you.

It’s perfect to have extended family getaway…. We had enough good size bedrooms, plenty of sink space and bathrooms for all. The kitchen is well equipped to cook but also has a giant island perfect for lots of takeout. Neighborhood is adorable and easy to walk the kids around. Will be back for sure!

The house is exactly as described with contemporary kitchen, connectivity. Clean and welcoming; super comfortable beds, child friendly; two cars parking garage with Tesla Charger. Parking pass for near by beaches. The hosts were very generous to invite us earlier and let us stay longer. There are ample and clear instructions, including owner phone number that we didn’t have to use. The extended stay got us another beach day with our grandson and it is truly appreciated. We will make it our home away from home (Philadelphia, Miami, DC) when we visit our son’s family in Boston.

The house was perfect for our needs. Great open format with a gourmet kitchen and a beautiful island. It had 2 outdoor entertaining areas (front porch and patio w/ fire pit). The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed. It was so clean that we felt like the first occupants. Definite 5 star VRBO!

Great property/great location
Great house for family. We had 6 adults and 3 young children (all under 5) and enjoyed the house, the backyard, and the nearby town beaches. House comes with beach pass for free parking at lovely beaches. Kitchen is well-equipped and there is gas grill outside.

Great Place, Great Hosts
Property was immaculate, well provisioned and in a terrific location for us. Not quite enough furniture/seating in the Living Room, given how many people the house can sleep, but still a terrific place.

Well taken care of updated house ~1mile from Craigville beach
We just spend a week at this house and were very pleased with everything. This house was well taken care of and was very clean and you can tell the owners take pride in their house. It was ~1 mile from Craigville beach. You could have walked, but we chose to drive (owners provided a beach pass) as we had chairs and beach toys we brought with us. Within walking distance was the 1826 General Store, Four Seas Ice Cream shop, as well as a playground for young kids.
The Wifi worked great, which was very important for my 12 & 15 year old boys and the house was well stocked with basic items. We only used the kitchen for breakfast and lunches, so no major meal cooking, but appeared to have what most folks would need for cooking dinners. Also the central A/C worked perfectly for those humid August days.
The owners are very attentive to any issues and were very easy to communicate with. When there was an issue with the coin operated laundry, they had someone over to fix it within 15mins. It is coin operated laundry, but the owners did provide us with enough coins to do 10+ loads of laundry.
Just to note, the bedroom with the king bed is the only room upstairs with the 2.5 bathrooms and remaining bedrooms on the first floor. We were going to have my parents sleep in the king room, but because they didn’t want to walk down stairs if they had to use the bathroom at night they opted for a queen bedroom. (There was a Queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom).
Overall, it was a great house and we felt at home during our vacation at the Cape!

Nice family house in Barnstable
Very nice house, newly renovated with a larger kitchen and good sized bedrooms. Everyone also enjoyed sitting outside on the back porch. The house was walkable to a few small stores and playground. And very convenient location for Craigville beach. on the minus side, we would have preferred blackout shades in the bedrooms. They have sun shades, but would have liked the rooms to be dark in the morning. Also the kitchen could use a few more accessories (pots, pans, etc.). All in All a very nice place to stay in Barnstable.

Lovely property in excellent location
We loved our stay in this newly renovated well kept home!
Everything was nice and clean and kitchen was well stocked with equipment needed for eating at home. Plenty of linens and towels.
The location was close to the beach, kids loved riding their bikes down. Also has cute ice cream shop in walking distance.
Many things to do in close driving distance, Main Street Hyannis, restaurants, mini golf, brewery, shopping, and more!!
I would recommend bringing some extra quarters as the washing machine and dryer do need quarters, $2 a wash and $1.50 dryer. The owners did leave enough for 2 loads, we ended up needing more then that though.
We would definitely stay again and recommend!

Great house in a great location
We absolutely loved our stay. The house is beautiful - 3 beds on the first floor, master on the second (no bathroom on second floor), beautiful kitchen and open living space. We spent a ton of time outside on the covered porch and ate dinner at the outdoor table by the fire pit most nights. The location is great - very quiet neighborhood but just a mile to the beach. Lots of good restaurants for takeout nearby, ice cream, etc. We spent a lot of time at the nearby playground too and it was great!
We will be back!!

Great house and location!
The house was beautiful and fully stocked with everything we needed for a week at the beach. Nice outdoor areas for relaxing for breakfast or happy hour. Very easy drive to Craigville beach and close to downtown Hyannis for restaurants, shopping and ferries to the islands. Very easy to communicate with host for check in and any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Forth of July getaway!
We loved the house. The location was great! We loved the porch. The light over the island was not working. We liked that all the light switches we labeled. There was plenty of room for all 7 of us. The kids loved the bunk beds. The beach was so conveniently located and so was the ice cream store. We all enjoyed our vacation! Thank you so much!

This property was the perfect option for our group - a family of 5 with our daughters' friends included (a total of 7 girls ranging in age from 9 to 16). The location of this house is excellent - an easy 1 mile walk to Craigville beach (public; lifeguards; paid parking) and Long Beach (public; no lifeguards; no parking - walk or ride your bike) in Centerville. Also within walking distance: The 1856 Country Store (think penny candy - a real hit with the kids and the kids at heart); a playground (shady, good spot for younger kids to play and older kids to hang out) and the Four Seas ice cream shop. This was extremely convenient for the teens in our group - they were able to go where they wanted without constantly needing a ride from us.The house also was immaculate - newly renovated, clean, modern and inviting.. The open layout was perfect for evening fun - watching TV, hanging out, playing games. The bedrooms are large and arranged in a way that gives everyone some privacy. Each bedroom is large enough to put an air mattress in as well (we didn't opt to do this but it might be nice if you have more people or just need to spread out a bit more). There were air mattresses provided with the house. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a gas grill and open wood fire pit for outdoor time. This house was absolutely perfect - it checked all of our boxes and exceeded our expectations. Centerville is a great location for day trips to Provincetown and the Islands. Locally, check out Gray's beach with the younger kids (lots of hermit crabs) or at sunset; Hyannis (shopping, restaurants) and of course be sure to set aside time for some mini-golf.
