Amazing place, everything was perfect
Nothing, everything was amazing

Spacious appartment. Facilities - though we were only there for a night and had no time to use the pool for example. Good value bookable breakfast. Proximity to tram. Sufficient and developing local eateries if required
Manager who was unnecessarily officious about the entrance/exit rule.
Only being there for one night - would be excellent base for a longer break.
5.0
It's quiet
The lock on the door didn't work.
8.0
The hotel was very quiet
6.0
The swimming pool although had to pay 8 euros for a swimming cap.
Staff were friendly and helpful
The corridor stank of smoke - had to open all the windows in the apartment. Every time we opened the main door we were met with cigarette smoke smell. My daughter has allergies and her eyes were bloodshot just from walking through the corridor. In this day you just don’t expect there to be this issue.
On arrival we were charged twice for the rooms (this was rectified) and no linen was in the apartment for the sofa bed (luckily we checked whilst reception was still there and we were given linen). Basic kitchen equipment - no vegetable knifes/peelers

Room service breakfast, all that we needed. Nice large apartment, great after being stuck in a poky hotel room. Lovely and quite. Took the tram into Reims easier than driving, nearest stop only 300m from back door.
Missed dinner, although that was probably due to our lack of language or communication.

The man on reception was delightful and so willing to help - we were immediately made to feel welcome
Everything perfect
Car parking easy
Great swimming pool
That we didn’t organise to stay more than one night as it was so good
8.0
the apartment was lovely, spacious and light
Access was a little strange and instructions from the reception not clear

fair but would not suggest best location with Kids

Great apartment, very clean and very comfortable.good parking facilities.
Location is a bit remote for Reims, but with car doable.
10.0
A big room with all the facilities including bathrobes and slippers and close to major routes. Secure parking in gated compound.
This was essentially an old peoples residential building where empty rooms were booked out which is a great idea. A bit out of town and you need to speak French although we got by. No food so you need to you out for dinner and breakfast.

Everything apart from a very firm bed that spoilt a fab apartment.
The firm bed

We were able to walk to a couple of restaurants & a supermarket.
Very dog friendly, although not allowed in restaurant.
Comfy pillows.
It was quite warm and not having air conditioning would prove an issue in hotter months.
10.0
Good accommodation , part of a senior citizen complex with secure on-site facilities. Restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Not far from the Auroroute.
No major dislikes.

the indoor pool was the favorite part for my family.
the breakfast was delivered and it was only bread and coffee. the place is not a hotel and felt like I was staying at a retirement home. but everyone was very kind.

The room itself is new.
This is actually elderly house. It was never mentioned on Booking.
The area is plain terrible. See Google map.
And the main thing that the room we got was not the room we booked. And on arrival Noone can solve our issue.
They gave us 1 bedroom instead of 2. And it was hardly suitable for us.
No help in solving issue and no English level support was not helpful.
In short my only worst experience with booking.com and I have requested the refund. I have never argued it before here.

Parking was easy. Apartment was spacious.
As a nursing home I am sure it is fantastic, but as a hotel it leaves a lot to be desired. It should be emphasised on booking details that it is essentially a nursing home which rents out spare apartments. They do not provide lunch and evening meals unless you are a resident, although this is not what the booking details lead you to believe. The bar serves coffee and tea, so it is a cafe not a bar! No curtains in bedrooms only metal shutters which combined with the sterile nature of the rooms led my daughter to say that it felt like we were staying in a prison hospital and this was further emphasised by the fact that you were given a tick list for ordering your breakfast, which was okay but not as good as many hotels we have stayed in where you help yourself to what you desire. Not a true continental breakfast either as there was no cheese, ham or fruit. And the view that is mentioned on the details sent to you by the hotel is of a building site as it in the middle of nowhere which is being developed over time. There are no facilities or restaurants nearby. Sadly some of the staff were a little unhelpful.
